He said he could take a look at it in about five minutes. I appreciated this because time is money when I'm driving for Uber. Kirk solved the problem by getting some zip ties and securing the loose metal that was hanging from the bottom of my car. This took him about five minutes to complete, and he didn't even charge me. Kirk turned an awful experience into a good one. I will definitely be coming here for my car needs in the future.

David apologized and cleared my check engine light and asked me to call back. In the meantime the check engine light came on again confirming I had a bad oxygen sensor. I had purchased my own parts and was ready for the installation. When David and I next talked he offered to come to my house pick up my car and take it back to the shop to fix the problem. David came to my house and repaired the car and brought it back. Wow what service! The price he charged me for the labor was very fair and lower than any other bids I had obtained. Despite the early appointment issue David more than made up for it with his kind offer. The car runs fine and David gave me the old parts verifying the replacement. He said that he would fix the A/C and asked if I would put a deposit down. He tried to get ne to put $2,000, I agreed to $200. He made a copy of the title to the vehicle and wrote on the title stating that I made a $200 deposit. Later I see that the name on the title was a completely different name than the workers at the auto repair shop. I no longer felt comfortable purchasing the Jeep. Also, I didn't feel comfortable because I did not truly believe that he would fix what was wrong (why the check engine light is on). I then asked for my deposit to be refunded and he stated that the Jeep was already sold and that if I wanted my deposit back, I would have to take him to court. Monty comes off as a good guy but it is really just an act. After I asked for my deposit to be refunded, he was rude and mean. A totally different person than the person I met when he tried to sell me a Jeep. He seems comfortable with keeping peoples money even though he has no written policies on refunds. MONTY IS A SNEAKY DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!

Got a call around 3:00 PM, told me they had not yet got to it and wondered if I wanted to leave it overnight. I said I didn't and was informed it would be in in a bit and they would call me about the repair. Never got a call back and looked up the hours they close at 5:00. Drive up at 7:30 PM to check that my car was locked up or inside.....no car in the lot or in service bay......did someone loan it out or drive it home or is my car stolen with my registration and garage opener inside it... I'll be back in the morning
