I never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any communication after my payment was processed. I called and spoke with someone named Mike on June 26, and he assured me the wheel would be shipped the next day. I gave it another week, but nothing arrived. Since then, I've tried calling multiple times, but now no one answers or returns my calls. As of today, July 3, 2025, I still have no wheel, no refund, and no response. I paid for a product in good faith, and the complete lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I'm now exploring options to report this as fraud to my bank and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer protection agencies.

They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common.
