Came in for my to get a battery cause mine done. They tried arguing with me that my battery was fine just cause the battery reader said so. I drive my car everyday I know it's ins and outs. I'm telling them I understand what the reader is saying but the battery is shit. They try telling me it's the alternator etc. of course I insist it's nothing other than the battery. I place the battery back in my car and they place the reader on it again and low and behold it reads "bad battery" I could be wrong but I think it took all this simply cause they didn't want to honor the warranty, but hey who am I to say. In the end everything was taken care of the way it should've been handled in the first place. Also they should probably get some better or updated equipment read more

Before the youngster had the opportunity to type it in he was pulled from the counter to be scolded for no less than fifteen minutes, along with the only other visible staff member, for spending too much time and giving too much attention to the previous customer groups needs. I've been in before, good group of youngsters. Management staff is not effectively equipped to manage the staff or the client. When given the opportunity to lead young men, do so. Not sure why, but AutoZone seems to have a toxic workplace environment culture. The manager at this autozone (a woman with bleached blonde hair) was so rude to her employees that it made me uncomfortable. I felt bad for the young man who worked for her... He was clearly new and she was embarrassing him in front of customers for not knowing how to process an exchange. The manager upland store on baseline is worse... mocking employees kills business on so many levels. Crazy that upper management lets this go unchecked. Incompetent... go to Napa in Rancho if you can. I've been treated with respect there on multiple occasions. read more
