Where You At Towing...If I could give zero stars I would! On the morning on 10/2/2023, I called for roadside assistance at approx. 6:17am.. I was told this towing company would be to me within the hour...close to two hours later, I called 'WY@', 248-402-3787 to check the ETA of the driver. I was told "he'll be to you soon", I, in return asked "how soon" and was told "he'll call you in a couple minutes".....NOTHING! 30 minutes later, I called AGAIN and the driver was reached and stated he's on Grand River and Inkster. As I stand at the edge of the parking lot looking in that direction, at 8:23am, here comes the driver, in the opposite direction, so immediately, I'm thinking "he wasn't on Grand River and Inkster". When he FINALLY got to me after a little over 2 hours of waiting, he got out in basketball shorts, hanging past his behind looking like he (literally) just rolled out the bed, no safety vest on...NOTHING! Originally, when I called, I requested a ride to the auto shop with my car. I was told that was fine. I get in the truck, the seatbelts don't work!!! This is NOT ok! I'm in the truck, no seatbelt and we're FLYING down the street! Not only that, but with the music BLASTING, windows down and heat on...all this before 9am, make that make sense, I would have felt more safe riding in my car on the flatbed! The music was about "Hoes and Titties". Not once was I asked if this was ok with me. I mean the music was BLASTING. I had to put my earbuds in to keep my sanity. We rolled through STOP signs and in my mind I couldn't help to wonder if he noticed what those red signs were. As if that wasn't enough. WE RAN A RED LIGHT as he's looking down on his cell phone reading, texting, writing...doing WHATEVER! There was no GPS in the truck so the phone was multipurpose, it played the music synced to the truck, gave direction and apparently kept the driver a bit occupied. Meanwhile, my seatbelt isn't working! I have anxiety. My anxiety was so high by the time I reached my destination my legs felt like noodles when I finally got out from nervousness and me pressing my imaginary break to stop/slow that sucka down! I had an out of pocket fee of $35, yeah after all that, they still wanted the payment, when I payed (with a card), it was a $5 fee on top of that. When I mentioned I felt it should be waived because of the obvious, I was told "ain't my fault they had you waiting for 2 hours, we just opened up"....uhmmmm, the website, phone number, Facebook and everything else I found tied to this company name says "24/7" sir, he looked studded and asked "what website, OUR website"...is he really SERIOUS at this point?!?!?! Then he proceeded to tell me "you must be looking at our old website from 2020, that's old, we don't use that one". MIND-BLOWN!!! I asked who the owner of this business was because I was going to call to complain myself. He said "that doesn't matter, but its me and my brother". I did however pay my $35 + $5 as he swiped my card through his cell phone and was told I'd get a text receipt. If this company was registered with the BBB, I'd go that route as well, it isn't. I made the best detailed complaint to the roadside assistance company that sent this truck my way, they must be made aware of the type of service that they're sending to customers, they couldn't believe it! My next contact will be to my bank to dispute this $40 charge, it's just no way I can let that go. Said he was gunna send me an address and blocked me. The driver ruined my break line and now I'm taking legal action. Please no one ever use this company he hung up on me 3 time so rude. Don't recommend thus comparing to anyone when I frist called Omar dispatch was rude ask hell didn't even say the company's name asked me what I need ask me where pick up was and drop off and what kind of car told me about 30 mins and hung up on me sat there for 2 hrs called him back told me pretty much to fuck off and find someone else not even 5 mis later tow truck driver called me said he was 15 mins out so after sitting there another 30 mins he showed up then after he loaed my truck up then he told me it would be 250 even though the site says 75 flat rate and 5$ a mile after which is cool but I called back to the office and Omar was rude once aging say if I don't like it to pay the guy top drop it then was racist calling me a white boy and since he know where I worked I could afford it and alot more but bottom line is I would not recommend them to my worst enemy read more

Waited over 2 hours for my car to be towed. Asked 3 separate times for an ETA and was told about 20mins away after i'd already been waiting an hour in a half. Shows up 45 mins later and does not have my drop off location and seemed like he didn't have a gps. Website states towing within 30 mins which is extremely false. Would not use them again. read more

WY@ Towing company is Full of shit.. The guy came to tow my car pulled up 9 am music loud blowing honking the horn after he just told me he was coming down the block nd I said ok I'll be out there.. So then as I approach him he say how you paying I said cash he said oh I can't take cash this early cause I don't have change.. mind you he charging me 85 and I'm giving him a $100 .. so I'm like ok I guess I'll just use my card.. so he like you got tap im like no I got a chip. and he like idk if it's gone work bt we can try it. so I'm instantly like he on some bullshit. then he goes to put my truck on the bed I'm telling him it does not start he keeps asking the same question. so he finally link the chains around the tires or whatever under the car.. he's pulling it bt the car isnt positioned right like my tire was rubbing the top of the bed like it was gonna pop my tire I'm like you sho you don't wanna redo it cause I don't want my tire pop .. he like no it's good.. so Then boom we get to payments he take & swipe the card then say do you need a receipt before I could answr he say no yo don't need a receipt it won't print anyways. So I'm like it's gone come to my phone anyways bt thank you.. bt I was looking at him funny like damn if I did want one I couldn't get it ... just Sooo many red flags occurred.. including him asking for my zip code after swiping my card & I didn't think then right away like he don't need that . The tow trucker driver was a good guy. Don't trust their ads though. Took two hours to get there, then tried to upcharge me to 85 even though they have 75 flat rate plastered all over their website. When I questioned it the owner got on the phone and said he was charging me tax for the pickup of 10 dollars. Bad business habits and false advertising. read more

your driver blocked the entrance to my shop and set the car down in front of a working bay blocking it. never asked. dropped it and dropped keys and dipped. please inform your drivers don't block entrances and drop car in approved areas not where they think it's ok. unless you paying me to do his job read more
