This spot seems pretty new and very popular. I walked in on a Friday morning and it was packed with people working from there and ordering coffee or some food. I ordered their Indian Summer as an iced latte and it was really good. I considered getting the Pistachio latte but will have to go back for that. I've been to dozens of local and chain coffee shops all over the USA and have a very short top tier list, but WhereUBean easily takes 1st place. I've come and gone from the Tukee area over the last few years and they have consistently provided top tier service and coffee. You simply can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but if you want want a nice WhereUBean sample, then I recommend starting with the Sausage Burrito with extra mild salsa (absolutely addictive), then a mocha for your daily java, and finish with a slice of carrot cake. All of their bakery items are made in-house, so if carrot cake isn't your thing then you'll still have plenty of delicious options. Beyond the food and drinks, the service is consistently top notch and the vibes are immaculate. This is a family run business and they have proven time and time again to be customer service driven and passionate about their business. I love this place so much! I have yet to find a coffee shop that sells cardamom syrup (which is not seasonal), but they have it daily and make it in-house! The staff is so kind, and my coffee is always made to perfection! I get a double espresso on ice with one pump of cardamom syrup, 2% milk, and cinnamon. Nestled in an unassuming strip mall in Downtown Chandler the interior is coffee house chic with padded chairs, couches old school wooden tables and clearly an open invitation to sit a spell while you enjoy perfectly prepared coffee concoctions. They feature Inteligista Black Cat espresso which provides a dark, earthy backdrop for your favorite libation. The staff is friendly, fast and skilled. Bonus fact- freshly in house baked goods, extra super special bonus- zucchini bread, and much to my good fortune was still warm on my visit, absolutely delicious and the perfect accoutrement to my cappuccino, yes I deviated from the latte since the cap was available in and 8 oz and the latte wasn't. Disclaimer I did not go inside coffee shop- my husband and sister ran into this coffee shop and as soon as my sister came out she said " they deserve a really good review". Coffee was super good - but the reason for my sister's response was their customer service. She stated they were super nice and went above and beyond. Apparently how they were treated was so superb that they were taken back. Besides the lattes we also got a breakfast burrito and an almond croissant. I'd say both were good but you can't go wrong with a good almond croissant. We will return when in the area. read more

First, want to caveat my review to say I went during COVID (did curbside pickup) so my experience may be different than those who go in-person The online ordering portal has lots of options for customization, but can be a little overwhelming/unintuitive depending on your order. Though the wait time was reasonable, it did take longer than the stated time by about 5 minutes. They explained that it was because they were brewing a fresh batch, so no issues there. The staff was also very nice, making sure that we got a punch card ("it adds up!") and just generally had a very pleasant demeanor. When we went, they had run out of most baked goods (especially bummed about the coco monkey because it sounds perfect), so we will definitely be back! read more

WhereUBean is a little off the beaten track because I didn't think I'd find a nice little local coffee place in Ahwatukee (outside of Dutch Bros haha). Definitely has a kitschy vibe like a cool bohemian basement with limited/various seating. I love the wall of tapes and CDs! Not terribly expensive either for my non-fancy iced coffee, about $4. Definitely smoother than most iced coffees can taste around the local scene here. And thank goodness they don't charge for all the extras like some places do. My friends enjoyed their drinks too and we had good conversation! I wasn't particularly hungry, but their sweets definitely looked enticing. read more

Reminds me of the dozen or so eclectic, bohemian places that use to line the streets in greater Seattle and Bellevue when we lived there. Where have you gone Tully's? Meaning... the friendliness of your Battista and comfiness of the seats were all that mattered. Oh and of course, a good cup of Joe. When I first saw that the actual name of this shop included a hashtag, as #WhereUBean Coffee, I thought to myself "You affogato be kiddin' me!" ;) With a trendy name like that I was expecting some highly sugary/syrupy, watered down yet highly popular coffee drinks. However, after looking at the menu I was glad to see it was the opposite situation. I was also intrigued that they offered Intelligencia Coffee beans, I had never had them before so I figured I'd try them out. The menu has all your standard espresso based drinks. I saw that some people posted photos of flat white on Yelp but I didn't see it on the menu. The barista said he'd be able to make one for me though which I appreciated. The flat white had a good microfoam on top, and the coffee itself had a fairly neutral smooth taste to it, it didn't have any strong flavors but was assertive enough to let you know you were still drinking coffee. It's one of the better flat whites I've had. I also like how they were open late (Until 10 PM on Friday) if you wanted some late night caffeinated drinks. The barista didn't seem the friendliest but hey I suppose I wouldn't be all that jazzed to be working late on a Friday. As long as they make a good espresso drink that's what counts. Visited this coffee shop for the first time today at the recommendation of Yelp. Super awesome coffee! I got a Quad Shot Latte, iced. Little less milk and extra ice. 12 oz. Shots were not burned and the taste was on point I believe. There were lots of chairs and places to sit. Wi-fi was available. Standard shopping center coffee shop but appeared to be locally owed, just a one off coffee shop. I would recommend if you are in the area and would go back! Came across this place when the power went out in our house and I needed a place to work. I LOVE this place. First of all, the lavender bourbon vanilla latte is the BEST - so yummy and secondly, the work space is great. Big tables, lots of charging ports, and an overall comfortable environment to be stuck in for a few hours. Oh, and the customer service is great. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. I only gave it 4 stars (not 5) because the cost of my favorite drink is off the charts. Once I add whip cream, Coconut milk (instead of whole milk) and the brown sugar lavender syrup, my drink ends up being about $11. Therefore, that is a treat and not a regular occurence in my life (probably a good thing). Great coffee place though. I will definitely be back. read more
