So refreshing and delicious! It was a hot day, so my friend and I were in the mood for something sweet and icy. This was just the spot to quench our thirst. She got the sugarcane juice, and I opted for the The Amazing Grace which was a lychee and peach tea mix. I really enjoyed that our drinks were not too sweet, and very refreshing. The fruit pieces were fresh fruit, not canned, and finely chopped so they added a great texture to my drink. The drink was large and was a pretty good deal! The interior is a little small, with a few tables to hang out at, but very clean and it was relatively empty when we went in (~6pm on a Wednesday). Nothing to write home about, as the appeal of real fruits in the drink doesn't translate to more fruit taste on the drinks. The owner was super friendly and willing to answer any questions if we had any. We got one of the spring specials which was the Arizona sunset it had crystal boba, dragonfruit, passion fruit and Sprite. Very refreshing and not too sweet. I got the Ho Dynasty which is an Oolong green tea base with strawberry and mango. It was perfect and so refreshing! The cup was literally filled to the rim with ice. The worker inside had an attitude and said " so you don't know how to drink sugar cane?" This used to be my favorite drink place ever but since new management took over, it's gone completely downhill. I've gotten to the location about 45 mins before closing now and both times the woman at the front said they already shut down the machines to clean them and she refused to make the drink. My new go to spot for Vietnamese coffee. It was strong. I had a couple sips and had to rush to a bathroom. The portion is more than fair and cost is fair comparable to other places that charge more and you get less. Also! they fulfill your request for light ice, which other places lost my business because they wouldn't or charged me extra for. 8/24/24: almost a month late but Coco Shack is a place to remember. This particular Saturday afternoon we were in the area for styrofoam recycling and got hungry. While searching for a place to eat lunch, we got lucky -- Coco Shack was a couple doors down from lunch. So glad we stopped in for a drink. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, explaining their drinks and making sure we know they are NOT a boba tea house. Reading their menu it was hard to settle on what to try but what we ended up with were delicious and stopped the sweet tooth cravings. The decor is very fun and playful, some cool items such as the cat wood puzzle next to the register. Coco Shack is not in our neighborhood (about 20 miles away) but if we are in the area again, we will be certain to stop in -- and with any luck, this locale will prove successful enough that a second (or more!) location will be opened up closer to us. read more

It's not often I leave a review, but the certified bangers absolutely warrant going out of my way for a 5 star. I want to specifically highlight the teas here, I've gotten the guava and peach teas now and both are life changing. I think there's something illicit in real cane sugar because its unbelievably good, and I'm normally a half sweet kind of person for how they make me feel. The fruit bits are super tasty and not too concentrated, so each sip gets a bit of each without a compound of syrup muck. To top it off, the jelly is actually a really nice texture and taste that doesnt take you out of it. Just very well balanced, has me thinking about it and wishing for more after! read more

We were so excited to see a sugarcane shack opening up near us! The drinks were definitely tasty but i wasn't getting enough sugarcane aroma/taste from the Canetastic. It tasted more like coconut juice but it was still good. The Lychee lemonade was also light and refreshing. We'll definitely come back again to try other drinks. -edit- I just saw on their menu they offer a Pure Cane which is most likely similar to the Nuoc Mia I'm used to drinking. read more

I LOVE this place! I am so happy that it is close to our house and not on the east side like most other places that we enjoy. The Canetastic is my favorite and my go-to every time. Our son loves the lemonade with coconut meat slivers in them. Hubs has ordered several things off of the menu because he is much more adventurous than me and he has not been disappointed. I ordered the Goomba Garage and the Shenron (I really wanted to try the Mango D. Strawberry too but I'll have to come back for it). The Shenron has a solid green tea and matcha flavor and isn't overwhelmingly sweet. This is definitely one of the better matcha lattes I've had outside of my own kitchen! The Goomba Garage is a real treat too! With chunks of real fruit, lime, and mint, it's not just cute, but great for a hot Arizona day. Came here after my class around 6pm and they ran out of coconut water!!! So I didn't get to try their coco-sugarcane drink...which after California I AM OBSSESED... so it was saddening that I didn't get my fix. But I did order their sugarcane drink and it was top notch. Super fresh and refreshing. They also serve other drinks there and I ordered the lychee butterfly tea which was tart and cooling. Butterfly tea doesn't really have a flavor it is good for looks and pictures. So it was mostly a lychee drink and who doesn't like lychee. Cute little shop, well decorated, and clean.
