First time to eat here, menu is outrageous. Wide variety of foods and food options. My wife had a steak sandwich, loved it, I think she gave it a good 10. I had the CHZBGRWICH, another good 10 sandwich. I can tell you exactly what I had because I have the order menu in front of me, we decided to keep my order information and I'm looking right at it. The crew was energetic and friendly. They knew what they were doing and were really helpful and nice. The space reminded us like the Subway, but was a lot better than a subway. Which Wich continues to be a favorite of my kids and for me, I have preferences for many other spots. I appreciate the options and concept of this sandwich shop; however, it lacks an edge for flavors and its bread. I dined in with my kids and they each picked a regular sandwich, customizing it with meat and toppings. I asked for a kids meal with roast beef and cheese. They toasted it, which reminded me of an Arby's sandwich. It was advertised as coming with a drink, chips and treat. None of these items were passed over to me with the sandwich so we asked another team member for clarification and help to get the full meal. Which Wich will continue to be a pick up option for the kids. Unless you are staring to death skip this place. It's terrible. Ordered the french dip and the special sandwiches and wish I had wet to the Firehouse next door. Love this place! I used to visit all the time until they took the chicken club off the menu. The staff was kind enough to make it for me even though it wasn't in the menu. Eventually I felt bad and stopped coming as often. I stopped in yesterday because I do enjoy the food and the staff is awesome. I got the club wich. First impression... great sandwich! I never gave Which Wich much of a chance before because I always assumed it was your copy/paste chain store Subway knockoff. Um, yeah, I was wrong! It is a pretty large chain throughout the country (they even have international locations, too!) but I find them different from other big sandwich chains, like Subway, Potbelly and Jimmy Johns. They have a pretty interesting selection of sandwiches combinations to choose from, or of course, you can build your own. I recently tried their 'Bowlwich' option, where instead of a sandwich, you can create whatever meat/veggie concoction you want in a bowl. I opted for steak, avocado and bacon... and it was delicious!!! At least in Louisville, I feel like Which Wich is highly underrated. Since my first visit to a Which Wich I've been a huge fan. Their menu options were great and varied and it was a unique experience, stopping at the menu board, filling out the paper bag (which is what your sandwich was ultimately delivered in), and being able to customize your sandwich with a red Sharpie®. They're recently made a number of menu changes that haven't exactly done anything to reinforce the awesomeness that I used to view them with. I'm sure a part of it is partly due to Covid but some of it takes away from our desire to visit as frequently as we used to. They've added some menu options but took away more than they added. Additionally, they don't have the bags any more for customizing your sandwiches. In fact, there is literally no way to customize your order unless your write in the margins of your order card. Where there used to be spaces for check marks for the items you wanted, that's no longer there. Just a bunch of sandwich selections. They've added a few options that I've tried. The first new sandwich was the 'Za Wich (pizza sandwich). I tried it and I found it to be the one items I've ever encountered at Which Wich that I out right DID NOT LIKE. They've taken away a number of menu options that we would routinely get. 1) No more wraps. Nope. You can no longer get a sandwich as a wrap, only on a bun or in a bowl. My wife would often use the Wrap option...no more. 2) No more spinach. 3) No more seafood sandwiches 4) No more French Dip. All of those are options that used to be there but are gone now. Those are also options that we would routinely order. There are other sandwich shops around that offer up great menu items and that haven't taken away from the customer experience. We'll always be fans of Which Wich, but won't visit nearly as often as we used to. I'm sure this is a corporate directive and not the franchisee, but I'm not one to frequent a location that takes away from the menu/customer experience. read more

We were craving sandwiches but wanted something different than subway or jimmy johns. I'm so glad we decided to give this place a try. We were so Excited to see their ordering system. They have a station with bags and markers so you can fill out and mark what you want. It makes it so much easier and there's no pressure to rush or feel bad for saying all the things you want or don't want! It's just a mark and they make it exactly as you ordered. :) The bread and all the ingredients were so fresh. The fries with the which which sauce were a plus. They even have a Mt. Dew flavor exclusive to which which. We thought that was pretty neat. They have so many different options other than the what t we sandwiches, lettuce wraps, bowls and salad. Vegan options as well. I would say out of all the sandwich shops that I have experienced this lands at number two for me! Super super tasty! The Cali Club on wheat is my favorite so far. Their sandwiches are loaded with toppings. They have a "build your own sandwich" option as well if you want to fine tune what you want. Good chips selection. Overall, very impressed. There are so many fast food sandwich places in this town, and I can't believe I had never tried Which Wich. I stopped in a few days ago, and from the outside, you wouldn't expect such a spacious and modern interior. This place is very clean and very well designed. I was a bit overwhelmed at how you actually order but it's actually very smart. You grab a sleeve that corresponds with the type of sandwich you want, fill out the form with your name and what toppings you want, and hand it to the cashier. I ordered a Turkeywich, which came with turkey, thousand island, and coleslaw. I added lettuce, caramelized onion (love that this is a topping), and provolone. It's not as instant as some other sandwich places, but it was worth the short wait. The sandwich was really good. The turkey tastes fresh, and the lettuce appeared fresh as well. I couldn't really taste the thousand island, but the coleslaw gave it enough moisture anyway. Overall, I definitely want to return here and try a lot of the menu items! Received a sandwich from here for a work lunch. I would say the food is similar to subway, with a more fresh and better variety of ingredients. I was excited that this place had a vegan and vegetarian menu for everyone to see. You didn't have to order something random and pick and choose what you can and can't have. I had the avacado sandwich with lots of fresh veggies. Very tasty. They have a variety of chips. I had their house chips, delish! Not the best sub place, if you've had others such a Jersey Mike's. Which Which has been consistently good for me. Although I like Firehouse and Jimmy Johns about the same I really like the chicken at Which Which. So if I'm craving a sliced chicken sub, I come here. I always get the chicken! I usually add lettuce, tomato, mayo, American cheese and roasted red peppers(yum!). On my last visit I got a large with double meat($3 extra) and it hit the spot. I like that they toast the subs. I think it helps bring out the flavor of the sliced chicken. Anyway this particular location is pretty new, very clean with friendly staff and good subs. Overview: easy to customize, decent price, good bread When I first walked in it was really confusing and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. There is no clear markings on what to do, but you can figure it out. You pick out the right bag, grab a sharpie and start customizing your meal right on the bag. We got the large drink and the cups are actually really nice hard plastic. I'll probably keep mine to use in some way at home. It didn't take too long to get our sandwiches and when I got mine I was shocked at how big the large was. Two people could share a large sub at this place. I have basically a sandwich left over for work tomorrow! What I liked about the sandwich was the bread, nice and soft but with a crunch outside and each component was good quality. What I didn't like is that there was not enough sauce, this was probably because I ordered extra meat, but it logically follows to add more sauce when you add more meat. What a great new sandwich concept. Imagine a new and modern Subway with more imaginative choices. The thing I most loved about it was the number of vegetarian choices. Most sandwich shops only have a " veggie" sandwich which is a just a boring "no meat" version of a turkey sandwich; like an afterthought. Here they had a caprese, an avocado, and a chipotle black bean patty sandwich. And with every sandwich you have a wide variety of interesting toppings like caramelized onions, hummus, and blue cheese. Both my daughter and I ordered the black bean patty on wheat (although they also offer wraps or lettuce wrap). Mine I topped with caramelized onions, spinach, roasted red pepper, banana peppers, spinach and olives. It was toasted but sandwiches can be cold as well. I stopped in for my first visit the other day. The food is good and the price is accessible. However, I feel like they need more instructions. If you've never been here before, it can take a moment or two to figure out what to do and where to go. You begin by picking up a sandwich bag on the wall. There are different bags, so make sure the bag you pick lists the options you want. Then you are supposed to take the bag over to the counter. I saw two signs over the counter. One said "pick up." The other said "pick up and pay." There was no sign that told you where to take the completed sandwich bag. I just called one of the employees over and they took the bag from me. Also, be sure to put your name on the bag. I do like that they have fries as a side option. I know fries aren't healthy, but the sandwich and potato chip combo can get old. I also like that you have the option to turn a sandwich into a wrap. Unlike some other sandwich places, here, they don't create overstuffed wraps that are difficult to eat. Found this little restaurant while looking for anything but a burger. We walked in, and we were confused about the ordering system, but it's actually very convenient, especially if you always fumble on ordering. You take a bag and a marked, the bag either has all of the "wich" choices, or one for build your own wich. You fill it out, then give it to the counter. They serve you the wich warm in that bag. Wow! That's all I can say. There was NOTHING wrong with your meatball sub before. Let me start by saying you should change the name of your Meatball Grinder to the Impossiwich, because it's impossible to eat. Perhaps you've changed this only in Louisville since we're the home of the famous knife and fork sandwich known as the Hot Brown. The difference is, us meatball subbers, aren't here to eat a knife and fork sandwich. The next time you're at a restaurant and see someone eating your meatball sub, please watch them from start to finish. Watch how they have to strategically attack your sandwich. It isn't comfortable. The meatballs aren't any better than meatballs you had before. And what's with the cheese patty? It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the melted mozzarella your meatball subbers are accustomed to and love. We've been forced to attack this sandwich with precision and accuracy. Once I chopped your 3 meatballs up into 12 parts, I then had to chop your cheese patty up into 12 equal parts. As your meatball sub was before, we just picked it up and ate, getting all flavors in a single bite. Now, it's a Herculean task to make sure I get a bite. And in order to get a taste of everything, I have to play a game of Operation like I'm trying to pull out an Adam's Apple with the Bread Basket. You have made eating this sandwich uncomfortable. Congratulations. I ordered this sandwich EVERY time I went to Which Wich. I may be done now. This place wasn't really anything to write home about. I think the name is clever and all, but I find the whole process of making your sandwich selection with a paper bag quite impersonal. In addition, it's really hit or miss with the ones that have available. I tried one of the hamburger ones and it wasn't a good translation of a burger. I left feeling very unsatisfied with what I had bought. On my second pass, I customized my sandwich and it was a bit better, but I'd rank it below Jimmy Johns but better than Subway. Everything is good except that the place has very loud music. Ive been there at least 5 times and the last time I was there I left while filling up my orders because the place is very loud.
