These have included panosteitis, TPLO surgery, severe hotspots that became large and ulcerated (we paid dearly for a dog dermatologist and for specialized light therapies to heal his skin), pancreatitis, dietary issues requiring lifelong expensive special food, discoid lupus erythematosus, and optic nerve hypoplasia that has left him blind in one eye since birth. It feels like every time we finally identify and learn how to manage one chronic condition, another one appears. His medical care has easily exceeded the already high cost of purchasing him. Unfortunately, the last time my dog attended, we were informed that he was expelled due to an interaction that he had with another dog. I was very surprised, as he has never shown any aggressiveness towards other dogs or people. He has attended numerous times and there was always positive reports at pick up. When I asked for the video, or an account of what happened, the staff was not very understanding. I was told that he was approached a few times by the same dog to play, and all times my dog did not want to, but on the final time, he responded inappropriately. I think that was really unfair. Why is my dog the only being held accountable? Additionally, when I asked how many dogs and people were in the yard, I was told 25 dogs and ONE person, which is "standard". What if the person had their back turned and did not see what happened? How is one person able to mange that number of dogs at one time?Why wasn't there any redirection or intervention the first few times the dog approached my dog? None of my questions were answered and I could sense attitude on the other end of the phone. I think that the situation was handled poorly and I wish I would have done more research on this place as well as any and all required trainings by the handlers (if at all), cleanliness of the cabins, person to dog ratio, etc. After reading and doing some research, I realized this was not the only one who experienced this. Disappointed but not surprised.

I brought my dog in for a possible ear infection and I paid $222…read more My first complaint is that I paid for a cytology test and I never got the results back. Nobody has called or emailed results. My second complaint is that when I asked them to show me how to visually put in medication in ear and how to use the ear flush, they were no help. They didn't show me how, they only read me the instructions. I had to go home and watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Which was really hard to try to put in medication in my dogs ear and my dog doesn't let me. They should have gave me oral medication or gave me my best option based on my dog or at least gave me tips or tricks on how to put in medication.
