Unfortunately, my friends and I had a very poor experience here today. A group of 20 of us came for brunch and were treated very badly. Obviously, when 20 people come in for brunch, it is expected that the dining experience will take longer than usual. We were given one server for all 20 of us who only came by about every 30 minutes to check on us. With bottomless mimosas, it is usually expected that we should be able to have more than two mimosas a person. However, service was so bad that we had to go up to the bar ourselves and ask for refills, even for water. The food was really great by the time it finally came out. After all of this, it took an hour to get our checks and our server was not even a little apologetic, even though we were clearly unhappy with our experience. Overall, all of us can agree that we will not be returning to Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot any time soon. read more

Our waitress Cassie was inattentive at best. My friended ordered a drink that was overly sweet the waitress replaced it without argument, however she returned with the wine in a severely dirty glass, it was instantly noticeable. From there my drink took about 10 minutes to arrive and the bar was less than half full. My second drink took over 15 minutes. We ordered avocado toast and poutine, it sat in the window for so long the cheese crusted and the avocado browned. Meatballs are back! Unfortunately, I moved shortly after they were brought back. However, I made sure to go a few times before I left. I know this is a whiskey place, but how about a drink or two with tequila? Whenever I ask the bartender to make me something with tequila they kind of give me a weird look. A few times I was made a tequila sunrise, then I asked for one a different time and was told grenadine is not something they have at this bar.....how? However, the other times I had a tequila sunrise there was grenadine in it. Weird. I miss this place. read more

5 stars for their BOMB FRIED CHICKEN! Probably the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. The outside was super crispy topped with a sweet glaze and sesame seeds. The inside was juicy and tender and perfectly cooked. I didn't even order the fried chicken, my fiance did, but I couldn't stop eating it. It was totally worth the dagger eyes I got from him all night. They were out of tuna (boo) so I ended up getting the shrimp tacos. They were good but I can't stop thinking about that fried chicken...drool. My glass of Cabernet Sauvignon was not very good at all. It tasted old and stale, which I'm not a fan of. I've had cheap wine that still tastes good but this was just awful and hard to drink. As good as their fried chicken was, the wine was bad and worth a whole star. read more

I am surprised at how great this place is. Talked my boyfriend into coming as even though it's raining it's a Friday night and we needed to get out. We didn't arrive until after 10 but they serve food until 1am so no problem there! Right when we got in and were seated at a table my boyfriend decided this is his new favorite spot as we were seated in front of four big screen TVs, and my boyfriend loves sports more than he loves his own mother. Good for me, gives me time to leave a review. I thought this place was a rowdy bar that serves food, but it's the opposite. A restaurant where you can drink a little too much, but primarily a restaurant. And a freaking fantastic one. We started with the pork meatballs, which were served on top of chili. Need I say more? For entrees I got the Caesar salad and Papi got the burger. Papi is always on the hunt for the best burger. We are from California and nothing compares to In N Out for him, so he is ordering a burger at every restaurant until he finds the one. He says he's found it. I've never seen him eat a whole burger and this lasted ten minutes. He has declared it easily the best burger in Denver, and with his expertise that opinion holds weight. Caesar was delicious. It had that something different that set it apart from your average Caesar. Maybe the garlic croutons or the dressing you could tell was made in house. We will be back again and again and again and again. Especially as all the sports allow me to browse E! News freely. I meant to write this review last month but I totally spaced. My sister and I went here for our monthly get-together. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. We made a reservation because we want to make sure we can get in when we're enjoying our time together. It took a while for us to be acknowledged, much less seated. They finally came by and told us we could sit at the bar. We told them we had a reserved space and that's where we wanted to sit. We were seated and that was great, but it did take a few more minutes to get the waiter to wait on us. The waiter was wonderful and informative once we were taken care of. The whiskey flights were delicious. The food was just as wonderful. The fried chicken did not disappoint! The homemade ice cream sandwich was a great end to the evening. I was accused this evening of falling asleep at the bar. I had just got off work, I am a local. I plan to speak with the GM.

My issue was with the food, which was an above average price point for "meh" food. I ordered my gyro without the wrap because I'm gluten free. I wanted the ingredients on a plate like a greek salad would be. It was a tiny amount of food and it was dry, not enough sauce, and not the best gyro taste regardless of the missing wrap. My parents enjoyed their whiskey and the food got eaten anyways. I may give it another try but not anytime soon. It's in a great area though! read more

Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer with some friends. Great space, even though the bar tables get really crowded with little to no walking room. When the weather gets nicer I can't wait to take advantage of the patio! Love that they have such a variety of whiskeys. Our server was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and was able to give good recommendations based off what we already knew we liked. My table got the tuna tacos, french fries, cheese curds and pork sliders that were the evenings special. Everything was delicious- Can't wait to go back. Wow. This review is based on food delivery only. I have yet to make to the establishment but intend to do so as soon as possible (especially since they carry pappy van winkle...major respect...although I will say, as a former bar manager, that the price of the pappy 23yr is outrageously overpriced). Anywhooo, I am a native New Yorker...born and raised in the city that never sleeps. That said, I am a food delivery snob. But enough about me....the cajun turkey sandwich, the fried chicken sandwich, the poutine, buffalo cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and fries were outrageously good, especially when considering that they were delivered! I can only imagine how great the food is fresh out of the kitchen! Will continue to be my "go to" delivery option in Denver and can't wait to hit up the bar for some libations. This place confused me at first when my burger came on an English muffin but it turned out amazing! They have a decent selection of whiskeys and other liquors for you to try as well. Tip, sit downstairs after it gets late/dark. There's not a whole lot of lighting besides a few TVs on the rooftop so you'll be struggling to see your menu/food. read more

Came here on July 4th and expected the bar to be crazy but it was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night! Great for conversation. The food was incredible- Hands down the best burger I've had in Denver so far. The "special sauce" is heavenly and I've never had a burger on an English muffin before but it actually worked really well and definitely was a great burger to bun ratio. The fries were also amazing and the sriracha aoli that accompanied them was even better! Their draft list is extensive and the cocktail I had was fabulous. Late night coming in from Fort Collins on a Monday. Nothing was opened and we were told by another bar to come here to get something to eat. This place wasn't bumping but it had a small crowd going. Me and my friend decided to order a drink to wait for our meal. We order the Foxhatten and the Breckenridge. I never had whisky before since I just turned 21 that Sunday. So this was the first place I ordered my first drink and it was strong yet delicious. We both order the Whiskey Tango Burger and an order of fries. I am going to say it was the best burger I had in Denver so far. The fries were nice and crispy as well. The service was great and bartender was friendly. This place is very neat inside! I love the name, that's why we chose to try it! The chicken Caesar salad my wife ordered was very good. The WTF P.O. Boy was excellent! The sauce was great and the mixture of chorizo and fried shrimp tied it together well. Toast that bun and it would have been perfect! The sandwiches don't come with any sides, so you have to asked to order separate. I didn't realize that and the waitress didn't suggest anything so was a little surprised. read more

This is a really cool place that is a little bit off of the normal bar stretch in Denver. It has a good size bar and a patio as well as a roof top that is nice in the summer. They do trivia night on Tuesdays that I have attended a few times. I've gotten a couple different dishes and so far everything has been spot on. It can definately get loud sometimes (as it's a popular place) but that's to be expected at a bar. They have plenty of TVs so you dont have to worry about missing your favorite team while enjoying a brew or some food! read more
