I'm visiting from LA and this bar made me feel very welcomed! Joe is the best, he's super chill and remembers everyone by name. There's only bar service so be mindful coming on a busy day. They also don't serve food but I brought in a full pizza from a spot next door. They have plenty of options for drinks and the vibes are immaculate. 10/10 would get drunk here again. I'm dr

I love this place. After a long day of shopping in soho. You have this little dive bar oasis thats like the best thing in the world. I wish I could transport the bartender Joe to my neighborhood. I LOVE himm!! Hes got rizz ;) hes a soul that doesnt get affected by the passage of time. He can seriously make friends w anyone. And he always is protecting your drink. If you even step away for a second he puts a coaster over it. Such a sweet gem! I love new yorkers

Cute, old pub feel where the bartender knows everyone's name. We stumbled upon this place midday and stopped for a quick drink. There's a pool table in the back, memorabilia from the moon landing, and original wood work. Great place for a cocktail or beer!

Great spot in Soho! A fun no frills spot for drinks and catching up with friends. Lots of seating and a pool table to hangout. Definitely come for happy hour!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

We started with the steak tartare with Melba toast and caviar. For entrees we had the creamy cavatelli with maitake and squash. We finished off with a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding served with bourbon vanilla ice cream and crunchy toffee pieces. We loved the grandeur of the space and the cozy fireplace. It makes for an ideal business dinner setting

Server was a sweetheart, really relaxed and didn't seem stressed or overworked, she was able to talk and not sprint around the restaurant. Food was delicious, didn't LOVE the broccoli-avocado appetizer, it felt bland but it was still a nice refreshing starter. Ordered the truffle gnocchi, AMAZING! So cheesy but not overwhelming. My mom ordered the beet salad. Not usually a fan of beets but I really loved the sauce (balsamic) and it was actually very good. I ordered all 3 mocktails and didn't have a complaint about any. Not overly sweet but not "dirty". Bathrooms are down a few hallways, not too hard to find tho. Overall, loved it. Definitely felt more like a bar than a restaurant.

From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the décor and ambiance. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail, creating one of the most unique and immersive bar experiences I've ever had. The level of intention behind the design is truly second to none. The cocktails were outstanding-creative, beautifully balanced, and expertly crafted. Every drink felt purposeful and showcased real talent behind the bar. Despite the venue being absolutely packed, the service remained warm, personal, and genuinely attentive. Bartender Juan was exceptional, and manager Andrii led by example with true hospitality. I initially had a seat that wasn't ideal, and without me saying a single word, they noticed. As soon as a better seat became available, they proactively offered to move me. That simple gesture spoke volumes about their awareness and commitment to guest experience. It's easy to deliver great service when a room is half empty. It's much harder when every seat is full, and that's exactly when this team shined the brightest. Bravo to the entire Oscar Wilde Bar team, especially Juan and Andrii. Experiences like this remind me why genuine hospitality is an art. I can't wait to return.

Unfortunately, our server only heard that 5 of us wanted afternoon tea, and one of the tiers of food was smaller than the others. We also had to pay extra for additional tea, which we were fine with, but service was severely lacking throughout. Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check. We would have been happy to pay the $65 each for afternoon tea, but it wasn't worth it and frankly, I was agitated by the whole ordeal by the time I left. We were also disappointed by the food items (as they were lacking) and nothing about this was like other experiences we had with other afternoon teas. I can't in good faith recommend this place, nor do I see myself coming back after the atrocious service we experienced.
