I was told that I had a leaking cut off valve under the sink by the dish washer repair man. Jose responded in the time I requested. Was prompt and friendly. He closely examine the cut off valve under my sink. I told him that the valve had been opened and closed recently to fix the dish washer. He said that when the are opened or closed they typically leak briefly. He saw that is was not leaking now and charged me nothing. He left laughing and speaking of karma! Great guy! read more

I had a kitchen sink drain problem. They tried the clear it with the snake but claimed they couldn't. They will charge me for the snake work even though the it was still not working. Then they told me I needed the hydro jet. In the end, the cost was significantly higher than I expected, and why did I have to pay for the snake job to begin with? They had to remove my toilet and emptied it out first of water. The clog was in the old pipes between the toilet and main sewer drain. There was a sewer flood in my commercial basement. I hired two plumbers to find the leaks in the sewer pipes somewhere but no luck. The water just kept coming down slowly for more than two weeks. Finally, I was referred by a roofer to try this plumbing company. Without much expectation, I met with Jose who came earlier and he suggested that I do sewer line camera and later jet the pipe. I agreed. However, after the job was done the situation was worse since the sewer water was still coming down even faster. Jose came back within an hour to try to locate the leaks. Jose and his assistant, crawled into the small space where all the pipes located underneath the floor. After more than 2 hours, they looked at every connection of the pipes, they finally found big leaks in the pipe hiding in the back. They came back the next day to open the floor and replaced the pipes that were leaked. It was not an easy job since the leaks were not visible from the outside. It took almost 20 days that the leaks finally found. They were my life saver. I highly recommend this company since they are punctual, reliable, flexible, responsive in every step.
