I have never understood the craze behind White Castle. I am not a fast-food person but I will say they must be doing something right for it to stay in business on Queens Blvd. I walked on to get some munchies for my older brother and the place was packed! When it was my turn to order, the young man told me to stay on line and that the girl to his left would help me. Um, ok. I placed quite a large order with the young lady who was very nice: 10 fish sandwiches or burgers, six impossibles, two orders of fries, one order of onion rings, and one order of fish nibblers. Not too long of a wait ensued but when my order was called up, the same young man gave me the bags. It is a good thing that I always double-check before I exit anyplace because he had forgotten to place inside my six Impossible sandwiches. Moreover, after I told him (very nicely, btw) about it, he never offered an apology. Weird. Anyway, the total price of purchase was $64 and change which I thought was quite pricey. I tried the nibblers and they're pretty good. The Impossible was mediocre. The fish sandwich was good.

You know what you're stepping into when you visit this location at midnight on a weekend. The cheap sliders, the quick turnaround, people sleeping in the booths. White Castle has consistently provided a quick bite at such a low price point I can't even complain about the food. Whether or not you'll get asked for spare change is another story but the sliders were hot and good (for what they are) and the fries were well done (asked for them to be crispier). Sliders: Each slider was the size of the palm pf my hand and had a slice of pickle, a thin patty, a layer of ketchup and a good ol' slice of cheese. It's a good balance of flavor and leaves you craving the next slider. I like to add fries into my sliders for just a bit more texture Fries: Crinkle cut fries that weren't too salty and crisped up

Awesome food ... the sliders hit the spot perfectly, small and simple, but perfect ... service was also pretty awesome ... the hostess was very pleasant with a spectacular smile ... the ambiance at that moment was kinda noisy ... a few parties had kids that were very vocal ... glad I had my stuff to go ...

Today they dropped the ball. Only one person at the cash register. One customer in front of me. Took a while to place order. When I went to pay the cashier left. Thought she bringing coffee. She said she put coffee together with the burgers. More people came into store- app/online orders picking up food, more customers coming in. All the customers after me placed orders and got their food. At one point cashier holding two coffees and taking order. She was not able to multi-task and give me coffee so I had to wait. After a while, I asked where are the 6 burgers??? One customer waiting for food said they forget something which is common. Staff just looked at each other. There is a screen of orders in system. Someone did not look. They have been slow with getting customers orders and out. One customer said I was here before that guy and he got his food. Only come here because of dad who likes White Castle Hamburgers. Staff do no acknowledge you. They Just say next. You just form a line or ask if person next to you placed and order. Long wait for food. Happened numerous time at this store. Had to ask for creamer numerous times. They only open the men's room for customer use. I do not use drive through cause it's a long wait too.

Ate here today for lunch after working as a substitute paraprofessional at I.S. 227 Q and before working again as a substitute paraprofessional at P.S. 7 Q. I definitely missed eating at White Castle and I'm glad this place still exists that it reopened recently. Anyways, I had ordered the 4 cheese sliders combo craves that it had tasted super good and delicious that it made my day. The service there was also attentive, fast and friendly. I couldn't agree more. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

This location is ideal for white castle, it is not to far from the mall and it is on queens blvd .this is the only white castle on queens blvd .I have been coming to this particular white castle since I was a kid .we would leave QCM and head over to white castle. This white castle has been a fixture on queens blvd for decades. And it is also a landmark. This particular location is a decent size ,so a nice amount of people can dine in this place .but you know what ever white castle you are in. You will be getting that classic white castle taste .some things may change but those good old fashioned white castle cheese burgers stay the same. A taste that has stood the test of time. It is a taste I never got tired of. My favorite is the cheese burgers you cant just eat one .and there waffle and chicken sliders are very good. The staff is always friendly and courteous. And the atmosphere is always peaceful. And you know the prices aren't bad at all. Not to mention they have a parking lot for all you drivers .so I would definitely go back there again.

This place is like a typical fast food joint except the burgers are little heavenly sliders! I had a late night craving so I decided to come here at 12:30am. Thank god they are 24/7! I went through their drive thru and their service was a little slow. I waited 10 mins for the the employee to be ready to take the order of the car in front of me (no other cars in front of them) and another 10 mins for that car to place their order. No biggie tho! At least, I was in my car. I got the family combo # 8 - 10 sliders, chicken rings and fries. The sliders were good. I like the cheeseburgers more than the regular hamburger. My friend, on the other hand, thought the cheeseburger was overwhelming. To each their own! Fries were crispy. The chicken rings were a surprisingly juicy! I'll back for my next craving!

Wanted something quick and learned that they offer plant based burgers. They have the veggie sliders and the impossible sliders. I opted for the impossible slider combo with French fries. It was very good, so much so that I wanted to Order two more. Location has a parking lot. They are very close to the mal so traffic and the restaurant can be congested. I didn't have any issues finding a parking spot in their lot, few tables were open for dining in. I will definitely return when I am wanting plant based fast food. It's nice to see fast food restaurants are offering plant based options.

God help me I like this stuff. I am a frequent customer. My question is how long will you be using covid at this location to keep the bathroom closed and the tables blocked off. Open those back up and make me want to visit more often. Eating while walking not a favorite past time of mine.

Ottomanelli Burgers…read more& Belgian Fries Sal, the owner, was there like an old-school NYC legend, telling stories while the staff treated me like family. That already put this place ahead of the game. I ordered the Double Otto Butcher Burger -- double brisket & chuck blend, bacon, Otto sauce, lettuce, tomato. Absolute beast of a burger. You can taste the beef blend, cooked perfectly, no nonsense, no shortcuts. This is how a real burger is supposed to hit. Belgian fries? Crispy, hot, flawless. No notes. Old-school atmosphere, genuine hospitality, and serious food. When the steaks came out...oh man they were delicious. The char on the outside and cooked almost perfect. On the sides, the fries were the best. We definitely will be back and try the burger. Every staff member was super young--barely legal or not even. Every interaction felt like staff were practicing their lines, playing a role in a play, and us, customers, were just cast. Waiters and buss boys were speaking to us like we were dumb/deaf/on the spectrum/high/drunk. It was so disconcerting. Never had such weird experience. Made me so uncomfortable. We were the first ones in the door with 11am reservation on a Saturday. The place filled up quickly. High noise level. Not the best for large groups. The burgers sell out quickly, as only 68 are prepared daily, so we snagged those right away. So delicious. Double smashed cheeseburger--simple and satisfying. Very rich. Would return for this again. French toast was disappointing. Looked pretty but tasted of nothing. It wasn't French toast in a traditional preparation: it was bread pudding cut into a slice and drizzled with syrup and served French toast style. The texture was of a moist but bland bread pudding. Utterly disappointing. Skip. War potatoes (crispy potatoes that are served as a side, with a dollop of super spicy sauce) were very tasty. Double or triple fried to a crispy perfection. Love me some perfectly crisp potatoes. These are super caloric, so prepare for some heartburn after. Ask for war sauce on the side because it is SPICY. House made pistachio gelato was superb. So many pistachios--I'd eat this daily and would return for this!
