I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I'm not expecting perfect service every time. However, basic communication, attentiveness, and respect go a long way especially when someone is simply trying to pick up an order. I'm leaving this review because the pickup process needs improvement. Management should make sure employees are communicating with customers and following through after asking them for their order information. Crispy, expertly seasoned, I completely understand the hype behind this chain. The Bo Rounds, their version of hash browns, were amazing. Their iced cold brew and coffee were surprisingly good, not something you expect from a fast food place. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it does seem like a good chunk of the original Bojangles menu is missing.
