Terrible service. I paid for the Ultimate Car Wash, and my car was still not cleaned properly. There were areas that were clearly missed, and the overall job was very disappointing. When I brought it up, the manager, Olawale, told me I would need to pay more if I wanted better service, which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I felt completely brushed off as a customer. Don't come here if you actually want your car to look clean and be treated with respect. read more

Folks, they clean the car just fine... But EVERY TIME I go there I ask them NOT to do anything to the trunk... EVERY. TIME... and every they move all my shit out of the trunk. I've got stuff back there I don't want anybody touching (like my computer). Now my trunks all wet and I have to let it air dry which I don't have time for. They also enabled my parking brake and didn't think to tell me so now my brakes are all screwed up. It's been a fun run guys but I'm going elsewhere. read more

7 year old car DETAILED at White Glove Car Wash. After years of 4 drive through car washes per year my 2017 vehicle had light scratches, dullish shine with light staining on leather seats. I investigated pricing and the range was WIDE due to car enthusiast ($2000 and up). I left the car with Ola for their detailing inside and out. I was pleased with the work. The service people were great and the price was very reasonable for the cost and attention to the detailing delivered. My car looked as shinny as new inside and out! I go here a lot for car washes... when they were done the employee informed me that he touched up a scratch that I had on the side panel. I didn't ask for this to be done but he did it anyways, and it looks like new. He did not charge me for it which was so kind! I think he owns the repair/body shop next door so this fix was easy for him. These little acts of kindness deserve a good review in my book, and certainly my repeat business. read more

Was solid enough. Did exterior only. They send you through the line. I thought they were going to hand wash the exterior so the marketing is a little misleading to me. Wish I could have just driven it up to the conveyor belt since I don't like people being in my car but oh well. Takes over 24hrs for a car detail. This explains why they badgered me for five minutes trying to have me select just a car wash. Was told 75 minutes ago it would be 30 minutes. Also, pretty sure they overcharged. Website claims $250 for larger vehicle, was charged $450. I drive the smallest SUV on the market, not a Yukon or Navigator. Glad I did not trip before service since this is very disappointing. read more

The manager at this location is incredibly rude. He did not know how to turn on a Porsche, and proceeded to yell at me and berate me, accusing me of not leaving my key in the vehicle. The key had been in the cupholder he just did not know how to turn the car on and really needs to work on his customer service . read more

Worst car wash I've been to. They don't clean wheels. The automatic machine scratched my driver side door. Didn't remove the bit of tar that was near the wheel well. I easily removed it with a tissue. When it pulled up it was literally still dripping wet. Couldn't even dry it thoroughly. There's water spots everywhere. It looks like in some spots they used a towel or rag that had some kind of oil on the paint. Interior is just as bad. Didn't vaccum the area where the seats fold. Center console looks exactly how it did when I brought it in. I'm not expecting a brand new car but for the price it's a bit ridiculous how bad of a job they did. I regret coming here and I regret tipping. But lesson learned. read more

This was my first and last visit to this place. From the interior design you'd think you'd get an A+ experience. Not the case here. It looked like the attendant hastily wiped most of the surfaces in my car. There was a lot of dust and stains that should've been cleaned left behind. I had to wipe everything down again myself. Oh, they also left my car unattended outside when they were done, with the key in the ignition. As if we don't have car jackings happening left and right in this city. I've been to hole in the wall, run down looking car washes that have left my car in pristine condition. This one ripped me off, I paid about $24 for a $7 job. read more

Well originally wanted see if Berts Car wash was going to wash my motorcycle but they are not answering their phone. I googled this place up since it was closer to my house however did not like how their staff conducted their service washing my motorcycle. For a full detail car wash that services cleaning a motorcycle the staff sure bothered me a lot and couldn't decide where to my my motorcycle several times when I was in the waiting room area. I was annoyed by that. Despite that they were more expensive than Berts Car wash on Grand Ave and did not answer they made me pay early thinking that the service was done? Really poor operation. I gave them 3 stars for at least the availability and convenience but for $50 more than Berts Car wash to clean motorcycle I think they could be more organized for specialty cleaning when doing specialty cleaning for motorcycle. I can't say for cars but that was my experience for upkeep cleaning of motorcycle and why I refuse to give tip. read more
