We hired this company for our wedding on 5/22/15. Mike was our main contact throughout our booking process. He's super nice, professional and has great communication skills. We booked a 12 passenger limo and the Bentley. White Rose Limo was able to work with our crazy itinerary, which involved driving through various cities and making multiple stops. Within a few days prior to the wedding my father-in-law wanted a limo for some extended family. This time Chelsea assisted me and was able to get me the third limo (with a cost of course) with no hassle. Johnny was our driver in the Bentley. FIND ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY. ANY other limo company! I reserved a mini-party-bus for my daughter's 16th birthday. It is advertised to fit 30 people. The plan was to have the bus pick up the party of 30 teenagers at my home, take them to dinner, and then then back onto the bus for more driving around with the lights and music before returning to my home. 3 hours total. The bus was on time but only 26 people were able to sit and they were jammed in there like sadines! The other guests had to sit on thier friends' laps! These are not large people - most were slim teegaged girls. That was annoying (and unsafe.) When the bus stopped at dinner (I met them there) my daughter told me that one of the window shades was broken. (I had already confirmed via email that the bus was up to date on maintenance.) When you can't darken the interior of a party bus, you can't see the flashing strobe and neon lights, which is a huge part of the atmosphere. This was annoying too. I went to the driver and told him that I wanted it noted on the paperwork that the shade was broken when he arrived (He confirmed this fact and agreed.) When it came time for the kids to get back on the bus the driver locked the door! HE WOUDLN'T LET THEM BACK ON! THE TEENAGERS WERE STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT AND HE WOULDN'T LET THEM BACK ON! I asked the driver what was going on and he told me that the OWNER of the company was on the phone. Apparently there is a PROTOCOL when a customer wants a issue noted on the paperwork that the driver must call the owner. (This must happen a lot for him to even need this protocol.) I got on the phone with the owner and he was incredibly rude. He would not let the kids back onto the bus UNLESS I SIGNED AWAY MY RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN/SEEK A DISCOUNT FOR ANY PART OF THE TRIP! I asked him if he would please let the kids get back on the bus so they weren't standing in the middle of the street while we talked about this. HE REFUSED AND TOLD ME HE WOULD TERMINATE THE REST OF THE RIDE - leaving all of the kids right there - IF I DIDN'T SIGN!! I could not believe what I was hearing. My daughter was in tears, the guests were concerned and I had no way to get all of those kids back to my house, so with complete reluctance I signed my name on the contract where I was told. BUT - I signed my name with the word "FORCED" in cursive as if it was part of my signature in order to note the issue. The kids were then allowed back on the bus and the rest of the party went on until they returned. CAN YOU IMAGINE THREATENING TO LEAVE YOUR ENTIRE PARTY OF TEENAGERS STRANDED LIKE THAT? AND ALL OVER A STUPID WINDOW SHADE? DO CUSTOMERS HAVE NO RIGHT TO PROTECT THEMSELVES? Do not use this company ever. They would not refund even a small portion of money for the false advertising about the minibus fitting 30 people. 30 kids under 10 - sure. 30 adults - not even close. I was very happy to find out that there are good people out there and some of them run the White Rose Limousine company. I was a guest in a limo Saturday night and took a tiny purse with me. During the course of the ride home, my credit card and driver's license holder fell out of my purse while I was getting my reading glasses out and I didn't realize it until the following day. By the time I called them to ask if my cards had been found, they'd already mailed them to me. I was so relieved that I wasn't going to have to spend time canceling my credit card and going to the DMV to get another license! Thank you Mike!! On a referral from a family member, we hired White Rose Limousine as a 93rd birthday surprise for my dad because at that age, he deserved a grand VIP (Very Important Parent) experience more than a thing. Inside, Johnny had put up birthday decorations and birthday balloons and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of champagne on our way to the restaurant. I called and talked to Mike about renting a SUV limo and he gave me an overpriced cost of $1395 for 8 hours...after calling over 10 limo places he was the most expensive. BUT, I decided to rent from him anyway and pay the extra $250 because of the reviews on Yelp. Someone mentioned that most of them are fake and I'm starting to believe so...anyway, he told me that 2 bottles of liquor and a bottle of champagne was INCLUDED in the flat rate of $1395. Yippy, sounds good to me. I told him to please email the contract/paperwork to proceed and all he sent was an email of the details I provided him which said, "includes soft drinks." So I told him please send me a contract so that I can fill out that states the liquor we discussed. He said no contract is given until a 30% deposit is given. Am I an idiot? Hell no. Why would someone give you money without a written agreement of some kind to protect themselves? I wasn't that desperate. I don't like shady companies and I especially don't like shady companies with my credit card number. Later! read more

I had used this company before and had pretty good experiences. However the latest time we had several complaints. The biggest complaint was that they charged my credit card for an additional hour without my permission. I called the company that evening and emailed Mike, the manager, the day after to discuss the time discrepancy with him. He never got back to me and I had to make two more attempts to discuss. He had told me (in a documented email) that we would be charged extra by the half hour, however the driver insisted it was hourly. We were only over 5 minutes and that was due the driver making 2 stops that he did on his own. One of those stops was illegally pulling over on the side of the freeway for one of the guests to urinate- totally unsafe!!!!! The second was to attempt to get an i pod adaptor which the limo didn't have. We were told to bring our iPods with play lists and there would be no need for CDs. However there were no adaptors to plug in and listen to our music. We were stuck with basically no music for a 50th bday party on our way to a concert. As the customer, I truly tried to discuss the fairness of the charges and was SHOCKED to see that my card had been charged the extra amount. I know that if I spent the time to fight it I would win because I have the phone and email records. My time is more valuable than that, so I decided to share my unsatisfied experience instead. I hope others don't have to have the same fraudulent experience as I did. So disappointed!!!!! read more

Although I cannot speak for the experience of making initial contact with the company, follow through, payment, I can say that we all appreciated Mike's understanding of our unusual requests. Hank was their driver and he was nice, accommodating and most important, he showed concern for their fun and safety. Most of the evening revolved around a series of tasks they had to do (kind of like a scavenger hunt) and Hank did his part perfectly. I would recommend White Rose to anyone, but especially those who might be planning a similar event involving minors. I was lucky enough to book a limo for my best friend's bachelorette party over the weekend. There was a 5 hour minimum, but the price per hour was reasonable and worth every penny. Our driver John was extremely polite and knew his way around the area (Huntington Beach), which was great because we didn't! He helped each of us out of the limo at each stop and also restocked the bar. If I'm ever in the Disneyland/Anaheim area and need a limo again, I will definitely use White Rose. read more

My husband and I rented a limo for our wedding from White Rose Limousine. We rented the 1957 Bentley. The day of the wedding the vehicle broke down on the way to the venue (10min after being picked up). We waited 45 min to an hour before another limo arrived to take us to the venue. As most people are aware 45 minutes to an hour is a lot of time taken away from your wedding day. I contacted White Rose Limo for a straight month before getting ahold of the owner, Leo. The conversation from the start went south. He didn't want to accept any responsibility for his companies short comings. His continued response was the following: "if an airplane breaks down, you don't get a refund". LOL! I guess that's the best rebuttal/excuse he has. I didn't understand why is aggressiveness on the phone was necessary. His excuses such as the one above was not over. He basically said you can talk to someone else who explain this business to you. I don't care about how your business is run, hence the reason you're the owner. We finally after going back and forth and in circles got to the point. I asked him to provide us a full refund for the negligence of his company. He said "I will not provide a full refund and that I need to be FAIR in what I want". To be the adult in the situation I said, "what did you have in mind". Again, we went in another circle of Leo stating "I asked you to provide a number". As you can see we did not get anywhere. He lacks customer service, empathy, and managerial skills! He should NOT be an owner of a company that handles precious moments and days in peoples lives. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I encourage All to look else where. There are many competitors that are out there, so STAY away from this company! I'm NOT stopping until I receive some sort of compensation from Leo. I have a third party involvement now and unfortunately he didn't want to handle it as adults and as a professional. We have used White Rose for several high school dances and they have always been great. Professional drivers, responsible, on time, etc. We used them again this past weekend and I was so impressed, I wanted to write a review. We had a group of freshman students that took hummer limos to the dance. I had a list of who was on the limos there and who would ride back. Unbeknownst to me, one of the students got picked up at the dance and did not tell us. The driver, Juan, called me to let me know he was missing one! He knew! I quickly was able to confirm that the student was picked up, but was so grateful that he cared enough to not leave the dance without one student. I also wanted to say how much we appreciated the other driver, Luis, who was very concerned and gracious when we had a student with a medical condition. We just rented the 30-35 limo bus for a group of freshman attending Homecoming. The bus was beautiful. Everything from the booking of the bus to the end of the event was a wonderful experience. They were quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. They agreed to only put bottled water on the bus and take off all glass. The driver was wonderful as well. He had a lot of experience and reviewed everything with the kids prior to leaving. Each kid had to sign a no drug/drinking form prior to getting on the bus. The kids did not have a chaperone on the bus to the event & everything went very smoothly. The driver sent a text when he arrived at the event to let us know there were there. I reserved White Rose to transport 8 people from Irvine to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert on 5/16/14. The limo was on time and the group was impressed with the look of the limo (white stretch sedan w/ fiber optic lighting inside and gray seats w/ metallic silver accents). It was almost the perfect size for 8 people. Our driver was George and he looked very professional. He drove like a pro through the LA traffic with no sudden stops and starts and he got us to the Bowl in time even after a bathroom break delay. We made arrangements for curbside pickup after the show rather than spend $45 for parking and we were conveniently picked up at the taxi area. We went about 5 minutes over our allotted 8 hour reservation and were not charged extra. Speaking of price, we got an absolutely awesome deal at under $600 for 8 hours including tip and bar (vodka, whiskey, champagne, soda, water).
