I thought it would be a great experience. White Rose was highly recommended and easy to work with for the order. But as time was passing and the limo did not show up, I finally had to call only to be told the car assigned to us was on fire! These things happen and I can't blame them for that, but were they just going to leave us hanging? They had nothing to offer as an alternative for us and our 6 out-of-state relatives to take us to MY SON'S WEDDING that we were now going to be late for. They didn't even offer to send a cab for us. We had no way of all fitting in my car. Accidents happen but it was extremely unprofessional of them to not even let us know they weren't coming and to have no alternative to offer. I will never recommend them just for their inconsiderate behaviour of not calling and not caring. read more

This limo company was great,used them for my husband's 30th b-day this weekend for pick up and drop off for a weekend cruise. The driver Scott was early for both pick ups and was extreamily accomidating to all people on the party bus! They have competitive prices and they have a nice fleet of limos. It's too bad other reviewers had a poor experience, we had just the opposite. Mike was a pleasure to work with and more than accomodating. I rented a 12 person limo and a stretch hummer limo showed up, just because Mike wanted us to have a really good time. WE DID! Juan our driver could not have been nicer or more professional. Our group of 10 adults booked a 12 passenger limo with White Rose to take us from Dana Point to Hollywood Bowl for the 4h of July concert. Their customer service was exceptional from the initial request for a quote months in advance to the night of the event. Speedy response to phone calls and email left me confident we had chosen the right limo company. We had used another limo company once before and it was a horrible experience - driver actually doctored the credit card slip to give himself an additional tip on top of what we gave him in cash. I did lots of research before contacting White Rose. They own all their own limos and are not a middle man or third party booking agent. The drivers are their employees. not subcontractors. They even sent me copies of their insurance documents! The afternoon of the event our limo showed up early and waited outside our gated community until the scheduled pick up time. We were quite surprised to see a fabulous white Hummer park in front of our home. They were heavily booked for the 4th of July and opted to upgrade us to the 14 passenger Hummer at no extra charge! We had room to spare and the limo itself was impeccable. Our driver Tony was fantastic as well. He was congenial, professional and an excellent driver. He even managed to secure a great spot in the limo line up at the venue - very much appreciated by all. Honestly, speaking from experience, do your homework before booking with a limo service because some are head and shoulders above the rest. I booked a getaway car for my cousins wedding and Mike was super nice over the phone. I thought that everything was going to be perfect for the surprise of the evening. I called the company a few minutes before the car was set to arrive because I got nervous I had not received a call from the driver as planned. The person I called at White Rose assured me the driver would call when he arrived. The event manager went to the front of the restaurant and the driver had been sitting there for 20 plus minutes with no call to me. I went to greet the driver and finalize the plan and load the couples luggage and he informed me that he needed a physical imprint of the credit card even-though we had given the number over the phone when booking. I am in a bridesmaid dress and had no clue that was needed so I didn't have it on me, that would be something that would be nice to know ahead of time so you can be prepared. The driver insisted on the physical card after chatting back and forth on his cell phone with his boss forever so eventually I had to call over the father of the bride to help me out. Needless to say I talked to the boss, my uncle talked to the boss, the driver took the phone and talked to the boss, we talked to the driver, we gave the car number to the boss, then we gave the physical card to the driver then we had to talk to the boss again to get the billing zip code all while the couple sat in the card and waited to depart. A simple 5 minute process took over 20 minutes and the bride and groom sat and waited in the car with all the onlookers watching us try to figure out the payment issue. The driver also refused to load the bride and grooms luggage in the trunk until payment had been handled. When my uncle asked for a copy of the receipt the driver refused even-though it was a form that specifically had a customer designated copy. We had to take a photo of the receipt with his cell phone. It was just petty. The company promised just married signs and a red carpet and we didn't get that either. All in all the driver was super rude and we did not get the experience that we had paid for. I would have had an ugly town car pick them up instead to ensure they at least had a friendly and polite driver. After our experience, I shared the story with Mike but he had little to say other then hemming and hawing and saying how bummed he was to hear it. I would choose a different company for any of my special event needs to ensure this doesn't happen to you on your special day. read more

Bad business!! I used this company for my wedding limo and getaway car. I booked the '46 Bentley limo as the getaway vehicle and when it came time to leave the wedding, a different (stretch) limo pulled up. I didn't need a 12 person limo for my wife and I, but they told me that the Bentley wouldn't start. They had tried to call me 1 hour prior to pick up, but being that it was MY wedding, I didn't have my cel phone on me. After the wedding weekend, I expected a phone call to apologize and at least offer me a partial refund, since I payed an additional $150 for the Bentley, but nobody called. Finally, after a week, I gave them a call. They did some poor explaining and told me that they couldn't authorize a refund. They took my name and number down, and said they would have the owner call me. He never called, nor did anyone from the company. They treated the situation as if it happens all the time and wasn't a big deal. 1 star is being generous. read more

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY. We used them for a company event when we had some of our biggest clients in town. When they showed up the air conditioner did not work and everyone in the limo was sweating and uncomfortable the entire way to there. On the way back from the event, the bus started smoking and broke down on the side of the freeway. They did not send anyone to come pick up our guests from the side of the road, and they were forced to call several taxis instead. We were only met with hostility and a bad attitude when we tried calling the company to express disappointment the next day. We never once received an apology for putting our company and clients in danger and were treated like this was our fault. When we asked for a price adjustment on the $1,000.00 we were being charged, (since they did not in fact do what we hired them to do, which was provide round trip transportation for us), they gave us the run-around for days; telling us they would call us back, and then we never heard from them. They immediately charged us the full amount and continued avoiding our phone calls. I would not recommend White Rose Limos to anyone looking for good customer service or reliable transportation!! read more

After looking at all of the reviews, White Rose is not going to like this one. A group of parents booked a stretch limo for our high school students year end party. Everything went fine until our children were supposed to be picked up. At the hours they were supposed to be dropped off, no limo in sight. Cell phones were burning up as we were contacting our children trying to find out where they were. So what happened? Numerous calls to White Rose, no answer, and when it was answered we got a runaround from the dispatcher or whoever picked up the phone. When our kids finally were brought home almost 2 hours late, we learned that when the party was over, (it was at downtown Disney) the limo was no where to be found. The boys in the group waited for almost 1/2 hour before going to look for it. When they finally found the limo, no driver. He was not in the front seat, he was in the back seat where they almost did not see him due to the blacked out windows. They finally got his attention after banging on the windows, he was in no hurry to get out of the back. He said very little to them, he drove over to pick up the girls and they started home. The boys being boys, hit the play button on the DVD player in the back of the lime, and guess what, our drive was watching a PORN movie. ( you cannot make this up) When they arrived home, the father that set up the ride, after giving the driver an earful, found out what was going on from his son, which set him into another verbal lashing of the driver. I contact the limo company demanding at the minimum, an apology, but no one thought it was necessary. I contacted the State of California trying to get some kind of remedy, but the department in charge of licensing was not really interested. I was completely unaware of YELP until yesterday when I relayed this story to a police officer friend of mine, and he suggested posting our experience. Also, I informed the staff at Lutheran High School, where my daughter attended, to make sure this info got out. I am glad no one else, to my knowledge, had the experience we had, but this incidence happened and I pray it never happens to another client of theirs. read more

Best experience in years. We use limousine service about once a year. From now on I will call this company and request Jorge Peralta as the driver. I will also refer family and friends to this company and driver. We used their car service last Friday night. Jorge arrived 15 min early at our home in San Clemente, dressed professionally and very personable and polite. He didn't mind at all when I requested an additional stop. We picked up my adult daughter in a nearby town and continued on to dinner at Benihana's in Newport Beach. Jorge was waiting after dinner and drove us to the Forum in Inglewood for the Bob Seger concert. He maneuvered through heavy Friday night 405 fwy traffic like the expert he is. He got us to the Forum in great time and he knew exactly where the designated limo area was (unlike our last disastrous experience w/ a different company) and assured us he would be there in the same place when the concert was over. Following the concert, as we exited the Forum we were a little turned around and trying to locate the limo. Here came Jorge to get us, he had been watching out for us. Jorge was thoughtful and nice to talk to during the ride. I highly recommend this dependable company and ask for Jorge, he's great! read more

worst company my husband and i were shopping for quotes mike assisted him and we never heard from him again never sign a contract and leo the owner has still failed to call us back it was such an inconvenient we had to do a fraud on our and now file a small claim suit due to lost wages , stress , had to cancel plans so i may get my money and the money i spent on the other services i tried to tell leo what he did i s against california laws , yessterday i called and mike stated he did not care and leo is the owner and his problem he is just a part time employee i than replied his response is not the best as i will get this resolved and take further action and have gotten started on filing a claim with the court house due to no one answering not even the owner leo how would you like if someone took 1200 and ruined your b day without having a consent form signed or contract that is against california laws i refuse to start in the story since you have the $$$ to charge without consent or a conract being signed again leo see you in court read more
