Great car wash, the location by Costco has great employees who are always so nice! Best car wash in the Katy area!

Absent minded employees. Not paying attention directing you in. Hit my car with the Broom, shrugged his shoulders 'like ooops, no biggie. Took my truck thru there, ripped off my front license plate WTH ‍ Can't get upper management to call me after Several calls to the Corp office SMH. Equipment is NOT maintained. Employees are RUDE and disrespectful...no help, Don't Care ! Basically stealing your money and damaging your vehicles...Steer Clear from the one on FM 1960. Wish I could leave ZERO stars. read more

I've had a membership with Whitewater car wash for over 4 years with no issues. At some point in time, there was an issue with one of my payments for my membership and someone offered to help me. Somehow this moron managed to set me up for two memberships and I was charged twice. I went back to Whitewater car wash to get a refund. However, the employees who tried to help seemed incompetent and did not know how to process a refund and they asked me to wait for their manager to return to get my money back. I've been charged three times on my account in one month because the dense, incompetent young men that worked there did not know how to correct the membership issue. I went back and the manager/franchise owner (as he states) "Lane" refused to refund my money because he was mad that I was upset about it. I had to go back up there three times for this to be corrected. Be glad "lane" that it's not enough to take you to Small Claims Court because you would've definitely paid me back and then some. Now, I have to dispute the transactions with my financial institution because Lane and his bozos messed up!! Yes this is the location in Katy right in front of the Costco!!! read more

the spinning washers inside the wash knocked my driver side mirror out and left it hanging through out the duration of the wash and when it got to the drying portion it started swinging my mirror everywhere banging it on the side of my car and completely shattered my mirror and severely scratched my car up. when we told a worker that worked there he was visibly upset and said he'd get the general manager edgar rodriguez. When the manager came out he asked to see the car and for me to describe what happened which I did so. The whole time I was talking to him he VERY CLEARLY didn't show ANY sympathy at all. not one time did he apologize or anything of that sort. He asked for my information and said they'd have up to 72 hours to call me back with an update and then he left. Not once did he seemed like he cared bor did he offer us a refund. we went inside after sitting parked very upset about the situation and asked for a refund because we shouldn't have to pay $15 for a wash for my car to be very damage. We asked for tape so we could tape the mirror back up which one of the kind employeea did supply and he apologized when we were walking back out but the manager still never did. Crazy how your casual employee shows more care than the GM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! read more

Great place to get your car washed and detailing you do on your own but it's great. One thing missing and I wish they had is a spray system for car smell...new car spray, lemon scent spray...etc. most places have this. read more

Zero Rating went thru the wash bay and the blower broke my passenger mirror , next i called them to report no one ever answered the phone it was broke , next I went in person told them about the mirror and asked if they found the back cover to it they came back with it and said next time I can tape it down! What do you mean? It broke here, they basically tried to dismiss me. I asked to do a incident report and after getting my mirror cover from wash bay, they still stated we have to review footage, clearly it was broke in tge wash bay they literally brought me my mirror, after a few days manager called , no empathy not even a im sorry or apology, simply said since your car is more than 7 years old they won't pay for damage! I have a 2017 nissan murano and had no mirror issue prior to this day. They reminded me that my monthly payment was due and asked if I would be paying. I asked for corporates number and was not provided with it. Be careful because when we sign up for deals, they dont tell us these specific details like if some damage happens and your car is older they won't pay, and I was told monthly I was to pay 15$ they are attempting to draft 29$ and to top it off when I told them to cancel all that , they said for me to come in and scan the code on the wall if I want to cancel. I work in industry of hospitality a hotel next to the carwash and I do not vouch for them because even when something is out of our hands and cannot be fixed ,we show guest empathy apologize and ask the guest how can we make it better? Lack of customer service most definitely and how unfortunate me driving an older used car and carwash breaks my mirror and domt pay for it because It isnt new! Kind of like a discrimination and rip off, i should have went to Tidal Wave carwash they pay for damages at there carwash and ensure complete customer satisfaction! I pay for a monthly service and really frustrated that half the time multi vacumn do not work. If they do they have poor suction. The soapy water ( not so soapy no suds) to clean bugs from grill is filthy. the last 3 times I have gone through the Tire wash does not work.If not rectified soon I will cancel my subscription. Car wash is good. Employees have always been very friendly except on a few occasions. The reason for three stars is because almost every time I've come, they are trying to sell me when I've clearly said no. Again, friendly employees. I just wish they didn't have them trying to sell while they are "helping" me push the buttons on the screen that I can clearly do myself. read more

Had a great experience at this location! They have improved overtime. I can say that maybe 5ish months ago, it wasn't like this. They were really on it this time. They were really attentive and were smiling! I ended up signing up because Thomas is awesome with the customer service. Another name I can remember that made me smile was Carlton & Ram. When I needed assistance with my mats, they helped me with no problem. They helped me out on two occasions && Im really grateful because I was struggling. Keep up the good work, guys!!! read more

Worse car wash. I got the $15.00 package and they charged me the second month $26.99 . I want my money back I already canceled. But they are fighting back with my bank when I only use the service twice in one month I canceled the same day they changed me $26.99 so I never used again. read more

This wash has come a long way since they have received new management the property is always clean and everyone is nice and helpful. The wash is great and leaves my cars looking fantastic. The prices are super fair especially the memberships they offer they helped me understand how i can save money by getting the membership. read more

I regret getting my truck washed here!! I had zero problems with my truck arriving to the wash. 2 miles down the road my truck starts making a sound. My truck starts smoking from the hood and is leaking underneath now. Now I have to take it to the dealership to make sure there's no severe damage from the drive up car wash. Beware!!! read more

I've taken two vehicles to this wash, and both times the vehicles came out with deep scratches, noticeable dings, and lots of chips in the paint. One car was a Mercedes coupe, and the other was a Chevy SUV, so any type of vehicle is vulnerable to this car wash. On the Mercedes the car was riddled with water spots stained into the car, so I had to take it to get professionally detailed to get them out. Unless your car is already beat up as it is, don't use this car wash. It's convenient on the way home from the gym, but clearly the first time wasn't enough for me to learn. Hopefully this saves someone else from expensive paint corrections. read more
