The new manager was unaware that this location had this offer and said it wasn't valid because they didn't do it at the other location? What lol? I don't care about the other location. Now, we show up for class and my sons class has been canceled and no one can tell us why. If we didn't pay for another six months (I'm surprised the manager didn't claim this one wasn't offered) we would be done and off to Emler. Corporate really needs to put their eyes on this location. The customer experience is terrible, and not because of the coaches. Previously, the place was kept clean. Slowly it has become disgusting. The floors in the pool area aren't maintained, staining throughout the waiting and changing areas. I am sure we will have a new manager in a few months. Hopefully the new one won't hide in an office all day long and be out and about like others.

The compassion and incredible energy we were surrounded with was so far above and beyond, it melted our hearts! We smashed the sh*t out of so many objects and got out so much emotion , and after we got so many genuine hugs and felt like things really will be alright. Thank you so much for giving us a safe place to rage out the pain, and for genuinely caring about our wellbeing and what we are both homing through.

I didn't have it ready because I didn't know this was even an option, but I found a cool ISmash playlist on Spotify that was real cool. You start off by watching a video and an employee also explains what to do. Then you put on protective glasses, face/head shield and gloves. Then you head off to your room for Smash time! It was really fun! We went today, on Tuesdays for half off and they are always having promotions going on. It is a bit pricey, but we are glad that these deals are available. They also have splatter paint and axe throwing which we want to try in the near future as well. A beautiful area both inside and outside. The outside has parks and all sorts of hockey adornments that surround the outer edges of the building. It has a dog park attach here. Bring the family! This is open to the family and the community! Many organizations come and enjoy the experience of hockey . Maybe you're the next silver or golden knight! The staff are always friendly ! The neighbors had to shout at us to leave because their house is next to the court, we made too much noise and disturbed them perhaps?? I really don't understand why the club plays there. I had to leave in 2023 after my incident with Coach Carlos and the many questionable decisions made by the staff. I heard from Coach Carlos a few times since. It's very hard for me to recommend this when I was badly mistreated like that.

There are plenty of other claw arcades that actually grab the plushie and have a much better grasp. Our experience was that as soon as the claw grabbed a plushie, it would drop it because the claw would come to an abrupt halt once it brought the plushie up. Samuel "fluffed" the toys to help us out as he could see how much we were struggling. Honestly, he made my kid happy after all of the struggles, so we appreciate him and being so helpful. Thank you for making our experience at Fantasy Claw Arcade more enjoyable. It's employees like Samuel that truly deserve recognition, and with all of the noise inside...perhaps a raise!
