I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

The dinosaur by the entrance was one of our favorites--my nephew loved it so much and was excited the whole time. One of the best parts was the stage and dress-up theater section. It was so engaging for the kids! They got to play, pretend, and really use their imagination. It was fun watching them interact, perform, and just be themselves. I also liked how social it was for children. Kids were playing together, sharing, and exploring as a group, which made the experience even better. It's not just fun, but also a great place for kids to build confidence and connect with others. Overall, such a fun and memorable day. Definitely a great spot for families with kids! It gave me vibes of a little bit of art, science, hands-on children's play. The decor reminded me of Pea Soup Anderson's vintage old school restaurant vibes and decor. Kids were jumping into the ball pits, and much older children were playing in the toddler area. My son was nearly jumped on twice because there was no supervision or enforcement of age-appropriate play areas. I don't care that admission was free because there was a private party later that day--I would gladly pay for a cleaner, safer, and better-managed environment for my child. Unfortunately, many of the parents seemed completely unconcerned with their children's behavior. The level of disrespect and lack of supervision from some families made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place or return in its current condition. It's unfortunate because, with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety enforcement, it could actually be a very cute place for kids to play. I had no time to take photos because I really had to watch my child then grab them to leave asap.

The playground itself was clean and we had no issues with any of the kids. Love that they have a baby area too. They left you cater your own food. They also help with some set up and some break down. Our group had a blast! We liked the idea of an enclosed party space since we have so many kids in our family/friend group. There is like a 100 people limit though (including kids) as they don't have a lot of sitting space. We brought extra tables and chairs to help with that which wasn't a big deal. We felt everything was clean and I see them actively cleaning the place when we left too for the next party. We would come back again.

When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

The see-thru slide was aesthetically pleasing. The climbings areas are large enough for parents to come in to supervise little ones. There were lots of different ride-on cars and vehicles. There were pretend play kitchen areas. They sold mini pancakes that looked fun. The bad: I tried to order 3 specialty drinks but they didn't have all 3. The strawberry smoothie was quite sweet. There are areas of the playground that are a bit run down or could use some revamping. There was often a wait for the bathroom. The ground was slippery in some areas. I wish they sold savory foods as well. The interesting: They were having an event that day with pop-up vendors that sold craft goods like drawings and knitted clothes. They also had a popup taco caterer outside.

Perfect for younger kids. Parking was probably the only downside. Since you park in the main park area, it was pretty packed with baseball games and birthday parties going on. If you're going mid-afternoon, just be prepared to circle a bit for a spot. Pro tip: get the Groupon! We grabbed a family 4-pack for only $13 way cheaper than paying at the gate, which made it feel like a really good deal. As for activities, pony rides were $10 and the tractor ride was $12. My nephew skipped the ponies but loved the tractor ride. Feeding the animals costs a couple bucks ($2-$3 for pellets), but just keep in mind you can only feed the llamas, goats, and one pony. Still fun though! He also got to interact with a chicken, which he thought was super cool. Overall, it's a cute, simple spot for a quick outing with kids. Just go in knowing it's small and plan ahead for parking, and you'll have a great time!
