Best breakfast I've had in a while. The food was so fresh and good! I can't not wait to be back. Great service and a very vibey ambiance.

Love the Watertown location - they generously donate to the nearby elementary school for our annual cultural event and are a huge supporter of the local community. Their bagels are so large and delicious - definitely check them out!

Bagel choices to please everyone. Made fresh on-site

I had the smoked salmon sandwich (which came with cream cheese, capers, tomato, cucumbers, onions. Price was $15.09 if I'm right. Bagels are made fresh on-site. They have barstool tables if you choose to eat in. Also there's a choice of pancakes, Belgium waffles and French toast as well. Service was very friendly and quick. Smoked salmon was from Duck Trap, a very good quality branded smoked salmon!

Finally tried out their new location after being a customer in Lexington for many years. They make their bagels in house which you can actually see being done through the glass window...pretty cool! My go to is usually a sesame bagel extra toasted with plain cream cheese. Today my bagel was perfect, not burnt, but warm and crispy! I also grab a hazelnut iced coffee which is good--not overly sweet but hits the spot. I was impressed by their outdoor patio and was sad more people weren't using it, I'm sure it'll get packed come summer. It was a nice quiet space tucked away from the city where I could actually hear birds singing and could feel a cool breeze which eating my warm bagel. This one seems to offer more pastries and they also have a full meat counter serving Boars Head meat which is a cool addition. Whether you're in a hurry and use their pickup window or want to relax and enjoy your food, this place is for you.

The way they charged me $1.75 for cream cheese but didn't even fully cover my bagel with cream cheese makes me feel a way.

The way they charged me $2 for cream cheese but didn't actually even fully cover my bagel in cream cheese has me feeling a WAY.

FINALLY!! fresh bagels made in house. Could not be any fresher. All the fixings are totally on point. Sooo good. Best bagels for miles

This place sucks! They don't even greet you when you walk in.

Hope about improvement all the way around. You need either new ownership, new leadership, or training or just shut the place down the food isn't good either.

Bagels were good, not the best I've ever had. The holes in the middle were really big which I don't personally like.

Service is fast and prices are good. Parking available on the street. My only complaint is that I wished it opened sooner!

The girl who took my order didn't really give us a chance to look at the menu, stared, and rushed me when I was speaking which threw me off a bit. They also serve you through a window (looks like a makeshift drive-thru, or "walk-thru") which is cool, but I noticed the same girl was getting easily annoyed when customers weren't quick to receive their order. She also made my coffee in a unique way which really surprised me. They have a giant jug of iced coffee that they keep in the bottom cabinet, instead of having drip or brew. The coffee itself was pretty decent, though. My ham and cheese crepe was okay but there was not enough ham or cheese, it was mostly just egg. My friend's portion was also small but the food was good. I think I would give it another shot.

The store was clean and spacious. Plenty of good looking sausages and meats to bring home for cooking, but I came to grab some lunch. I got the prosciutto lovers and was happy with my choice. The bread was soft and a good texture. The sandwich had prosciutto, fresh mozz, basil leaves, tomatoes, and was seasoned with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Was it the most amazing sandwich I'd ever tasted? Nah, it was standard, but for less than $13 for a sandwich that was longer than my forearm, it was a fantastic deal. Service was speedy and the two folks who helped me out were friendly. There were two people in front of me, but I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Looking forward to trying their other sandwiches!

It is not the lack of familiarity with butchery (which I have a lot of experience with) but the better access to higher quality meats and very specific cuts. This we spoke of, this we laughed about, and a simple friendship started. He is a *very* nice individual and truly genuine to all his customers as far as I've observed each time I visit. He learns each one and responds in a unique way to them. With me, it came down to the meats. First time, I simply told him that I wanted to grill chicken and wanted to taste his take on it. He grabbed a pack of chicken leg quarters from the display case and said he'd be right back. About 5 minutes later, I received 6 massive butterflied legs exposing bone and seasoned heavily to be ready for the grill in an hour. He pulled up one of his house cured sausages to go together with the chicken. His smile in the moment sold it. Hours later, I'll just say that his take on it all was worth the visit and more after. I'm a fan and I really like the ability to order specialty cuts if I called first. I like that I can walk in and ask for something not in the display box that if he has the ingredient, would churn out in an instant (ask for really lean ground lamb and he did that on the spot). I like that he remembers people and treats them in a genuine manner every time. I love that everything is fresh and that the prices are really reasonable. And I like more than anything else the words, "my friend, where have you been? I was worried." Idris, thank you for being that butcher I needed in my life. Cheers!

He thought I was joking. I was definitely not. I LOVE Linda's. The donuts are fresh and divine, but the people are the reason I keep going back. So imma tell you a story about why I will defend their honor til the day I die. One time I ordered a donut and a coffee and sat down to eat. A few minutes later, one of the employees walked over holding another donut. I said, "Oh, thank you, but I'm good." He just smiled and said, "It's fresh, it just came out." I took it. It was out of this world amazing. I've made donuts at home before, and fresh donuts really _are_ different. Warm, soft, and just about the best donut I've ever had. Here's another story: some other time, I wasn't thinking. I bought a dozen donuts for my coworkers and was gonna bring it to work, but I was on my bike that day and realized there was absolutely no way the box was fitting into my panniers. I went back in and asked if they happened to have a bag big enough to hold the box. They disappeared into the back and came out with their reusable Linda's Donuts bags. I suspected there weren't so many of them. I asked if I could pay for it. They wouldn't let me. I still have that bag and use it all the time, and every time someone asks me about the bag, I tell them this story. That, my friends, is how I became a Linda's Donuts evangelist. Re: ambiance, it's super low key. There are only four or five tables, and I've definitely sat there with friends over coffee and donuts. It's not trying to be trendy. It's just a neighborhood donut shop, and that's exactly why I like it. I've seen people complain that Linda's runs out of donuts. FOLKS, they're a neighborhood mom-and-pop shop. They make a finite number of fresh donuts every day. Personally, I'd rather they sell out than have donuts sitting around all afternoon. If you want the best selection, get there earlier. Maybe Kane's or Union Square Donuts are objectively better and have more variety, and fancier flavors like maple-glazed bacon doughnuts. I admit, those donuts are damn good too, but when I think of getting donuts, I always make the trip to Linda's for all the warm-fuzzies and to see all the smiling, kind people behind the counter.
