Also they had forgotten the potatoes in my order although it comes with the meal but I mentioned it and it was corrected. We also ordered the Belgian waffle to share which definitely isn't "Belgian" style but it was good! Overall decent, I'd come again just for the cozy, warm vibe. Both platters came with home fries and toast, and everything was incredibly fresh, hot, and really tasty. My dining companion also thoroughly enjoyed her meals and the classic diner ambiance. She tried the Florentine benedict ($14), which came topped with perfectly sautéed spinach and tomato, and on the next visit went with the spinach and feta omelet ($13). Our servers stopped by a few times to ensure everything was good. The only minor disappointment we experienced was that our servers didn't offer to refill our coffee, but otherwise, it was a fantastic visit. Maybe I should have asked? It is a terrific experience all around. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want great food, unique history, and a classic diner atmosphere! All I can say is... I am shocked. My girlfriend and I came here for lunch the other day and witnessed something very disturbing. First off, the sandwich I had was okay, but was a bit overpriced. The avocado toast came in tiny portions and the guac wasn't fresh. I also ended up paying over $3 for a cup of mediocre at best coffee, which is simply ridiculous. But that's not at all my biggest concern. I was absolutely disturbed at the owners nasty behavior towards his employees. He seemed to be constantly bullying a kid who looked as though he were still in high school, and acted as though everything was his fault, poor guy didn't deserve that. He was cursing and whispering some things behind the kids back to some other customers, and at this point we were so disturbed that we just got up and left, not finishing nearly half of our almost $40 meal. All in all, the food is average but way too expensive, and the owner is a prick who treats his staff horribly. Also the music is too loud and repetitive. read more

My friend brought me here for brunch and it was literally one of my best experiences ever. The lighting is super natural, not like the typical cafe where you can't see everything clearly due to the darkness. It was my first time to have crepe (don't judge me, I mostly eat Asian food) and the rich, creamy taste of banana got my heart the first second. Not to mention how the blueberries bursted on my teeth and the Nutella wrapped everything up! Their Ice cream is a must-have as well; just thinking about its texture makes my mouth water. Bellmont Caffe has recently changed owners. Rachid is very nice and makes sure that every customer that walks through the door is well taken care of. The menu has multiple delicious crepes, paninis, salads, waffles, wraps, etc. Every time I go, I choose a new food item on the menu and I highly recommend all of them. I am satisfied every time I go. The coffee here is freshly brewed and tastes amazing. From the view point of a Starbucks and Dunkins coffee drinker, I recommend this coffee over theirs. This cafe is one of my favorites in Belmont. It's nice, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's a great place to go with a small group of friends. The food here is amazing, especially the waffles. The one with strawberries and whipped cream is my favorite. They have a wide selection of breakfasts and lunches. The sandwiches are quite appetizing. Their menu is quite original but still simple enough so you can find something for breakfast or lunch. And oh man, reading the description for their grilled Nutella fluff sandwich made my mouth water. Definitely need to come back for that. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so keep the hours in mind.
