He was willing to work on the old broken automatic starter but for the price of the new unit and to have a warranty on it I just had them install a new one. It took exactly as long as they said it would and it works great. They are definitely a good value and seem to use only high quality parts. When I buy a new vehicle I will definitely use them again for aftermarket upgrades.

The service was quick, well-done, and the products have lasted without any issues. More recently, my boyfriend, who lives in Peabody, got a new Honda CRV and wanted the same work done. Since I'm local to Chelmsford, I recommended this shop to him, knowing from my own experience that the work was great. Even though it was a long drive for him, I assured him it would be worth it. When we picked up the car, the guy who installed the rain guards mentioned it was his first time doing them and hoped they would stay on. I was a little taken aback by that, but I figured everyone has to start somewhere. A week later, my boyfriend went through a car wash, and the rain guard immediately fell off. We called the shop, and after about a week, he made the drive back for a replacement. When he got there, they opened the box and realized they had gotten th him the wrong part. Honestly, I felt that they should've double-checked the part before he drove all that way. After a few more weeks, the correct part was finally installed, but just three weeks later, it fell off again. At this point, we're extremely frustrated with the repeated issues--three times in total. We've wasted time, gas, and money, and the whole experience has been disappointing. I won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. If you're looking for reliable rain guards, I suggest looking elsewhere.

He showed me his receipt, from Boomers audio, in NH and confirmed the % tint. However, my receipt from carisma showed no such details apart from the services provided. I went back to carisma to inquire about my tint % and below is are the details from the response(s) I received from the owner: 1. They provided me with 40% tint. When i requested 35% 2. When i asked about why 40%, i was told that my factory windows are by default tinted by 5% so they use 40% for a final tint of 35% 3. After the fact that my tints were not the percentage i requested, ( confirmed with my dealership the windows were NOT tinted 5%), the owner stated that for me to get the darkness what i ORIGINALLY wanted, he would have to charge me the SAME price for the work as well as an additional charge for removal of the wrong tint that they installed!!! A month had not passed, but carisma conveniently states on the receipt , which does not detail the product provided, that refunds on services is contingent on owner approval. So it was obvious that i could not go that route of demanding a refund . It would have been a nice gesture to at least meet me halfway with a reduced cost for the service, considering that their explanation of their tints was given to me after the issue was brought up. I am instead using the money to have the tints service done the right way with honesty and integrity through boomers audio in merrimack, NH. They even offered a reduced quote of services when they heard my story. Hopefully this review can be used as a tool for service improvement for carisma and to ensure that any customer will not have to have the feeling that i had upon purchasing a car service or product. I was very impressed with Matt and his crew when I met them up at bike week in Laconia June 2019. I…read morehad already upgraded my '18 Street Glide's sound system to a Rockford system the year earlier, but I had been wanting better sound performance. They installed an Arc amp, a dsp, and Hertz speakers in the fairing and lids, and they packed up the Rockford stuff nicely so I could sell it on eBay. The sound was improved quite a bit, but after a few weeks, I was looking for a bit more volume. I emailed Matt for suggestions, and he had me come in to switch out the fairing speakers for a different type of Hertz speakers, which did the trick. He did not charge me for the new speakers, and wouldn't even take a nickel for his time! Later last summer, I was getting some cutting out on my sound. When I brought it to Matt, he couldn't replicate the issue, so he installed a small led warning light, which could show what the issue is if it ever happened again. The cutting out thing got worse this summer, and he had me come by, even though he was buried with work, and through the sequence of the led indicator that he had installed last year, was able to easily diagnose a speaker wire that had been run incorrectly by the shop who did my old Rockford system. Matt repaired the wire in about five minutes, and ran it correctly so it would stay safe, and all was well with my system. Again, he would not take my money. This guy and this shop are incredible. In a day and age where few stand behind their work, Audiowerks deserves the five star reputation they have earned. Work with Audiowerks and you will not be disappointed.

It had all these same aftermarket parts on the car with the old tune in it for 60k miles. We freshen up the engine, rebuild the head that had bad valve seals. ALL OEM gaskets and parts.
