Great location if you want to get a lift kit installed since most shops don't specialize in lift kit installs. Otherwise, if it is anything else other than a lift kit, go to your local shop that you normally visit. Also, I was told that if I purchase my own parts it is $150.00 an hr or if they get the parts & install them on my vehicle it would be $125.00 an hr, FYI. BTW, dealer labor rates are $150.00 an hour. But, if you have specific parts that you want installed that are aftermarket this may be a good location to bring them too since they deal with a lot of aftermarket parts, unless your mechanic is willing to try. Disclaimer! If you are calling this shop, ask to speak to a tech or a tech that you have a relationship with or that you know. DO NOT, speak with the gentleman that has glasses & works the front desk! He does not seem like he knows what he he is talking about, always has to confirm with a tech, very unprofessional & I just don't get a good vibe from him overall when speaking with him. Super happy, couldn't be more pleases! I had gone into Wicked C.A.S with a general idea of what I wanted and a clear understanding of the level of performance I was expecting. Nazar sat with me in one of my other vehicles that I wanted to match or exceed the level of audio performance.This gave him a great baseline to work from of what types of music and the sound and bass levels I liked. I knew I would be replacing factory amp, head unit, Dash, door rear and adding a dedicated sup with new amp. We decided to go with Kenwood eXcelon vehicle specific fit speakers all around. Why this review is 5 stars. 1. Service - from first engagement to installation and finally tweaking and tuning the system, simply outstanding! 2. No hard pressure sales, certainly they recommended products, but it was after sitting and listening to my other system, music likes and a bit of a conversation. Nazar matched the product to my taste to ultimately delivered a awesome product that I'm enjoying 3. Price - I didn't shop around a lot, however, I would have been foolish if I didn't check prices elsewhere, he was right in line with the BIG internet guys. 4. Locale service and installation. So I found out about Wicked CAS through the 370Z forum and the reviews on that site were off the chart. So before I took the plunge I decided to do a little price comparison with Crutchfield to see if I could get the components that you could order with their stealth enclosure cheaper. Crutchfield has great prices but when I included a sub and amp through Wicked CAS I saved over $200 dollars. Not sure how Wicked CAS does that but their prices can't be beat. Besides the prices their customer service was very good as well. I called to inquire a couple of times about choices and what I could use to enhance my stock system and each time I got a well thought out reply. One last note they do military discount which was really sweet since I ordered my 370z Magic box enclosure with the 13" sub and amp, all by JL, during February when they were doing free shipping. Turns out I saved another $150 for a total of$350 in savings. It's rare to come across a small business with this kind of passion. I truly hope they continue to expand and grow. my car starter was not working and i had already been to 3 different places, all of those other places all told me they couldn't help or that it needed replacement.. But Wicked CAS custom helped me right away with out an appointment... turns out the NEW battery i had gotten for the remote was a dud... but even thought it was a simple thing, the guys here did something the others didn't and that was making an effort to help.. they also checked the remote several times and made sure there was nothing else wrong.. even though it was a small problem the guys here were great, nice and Helpful... if I ever do need a new car starter i will definitely go to them.. I went there for a remote car starter and they showed me all my options, These guys were great, no BS. They told me what I needed. You will see some bate and hook prices out there being advertized, Guys at Wicked CAS don't play games with you. They use Compustar, the research that I have done shows the brand is top of the line. I asked them about the transponder modules and they told me they use Idata which I also did research on and they are also top of the line. They did my remote started and I did not have to loose a key by using an idata module... that saved me $100 right there. All other places wanted me to give up a key to be able to install th eremote start. I priced out other places including best buy but the workmanship these guys provide is priceless. read more

I had a system put into my '02 Audi S4 by Wicked in May including Kenwood head unit, Hertz speakers all around plus "magic box" in the trunk, as well as the Drone GPS and alarm. I wanted to wait a while to write an honest review as everything is perfect in the beginning. From the beginning Nazar was helpful and professional making recommendations that were within my budget, and did not "push" options or upgrades I did not need. They provided me with a loaner car (his own brand new car) for the few days that they were working on my car (I came all the way up from Boston, having seen them at World of Cars at the WTC). I have to say a few months later that they did a wonderful job, on the inside and outside. The system sounds amazing and there have been no glitches. The alarm system, GPS and remote start are handy and give me quite a bit of confidence. My only concern as cosmetic - while I expected the "magic box" in the trunk to fill in seemlessly, there was some distortion of the surrounding cover and it sticks out rather unpleasantly. If that had come out as smooth as everything else, I would have given 5+ stars for sure. read more

One of the best car audio shops I have ever stepped into. Nazar was really helpful showing me the speaker I intended to purchase. As a matter of fact Wicked was the only dealer that had that particular model on display and ready to demo (no other dealers around seem to have the top products on display). After being blown away with the speakers, Nazar was very prompt to make suggestions and arrange installation. Justin, the installer was very helpful answering every question I had about the install. Everything was done in a timely manner and I did not leave the establishment until my car sounded its best. I was so satisfied with the service that I spontaneously decided to buy a high end subwoofer enclosure (another item I have not seen on display in other stores). I live in the Boston area and was very glad my trip to Kingston, NH paid off. Even if you are just thinking about making an upgrade to your sound system.
