I mean it's a beautiful, expensive, California grocery store. Everything is perfect inside. There…read moreare no carts, you can be handed a basket if you need one and the aisles are very narrow in comparison to other grocery stores. Like these are one way aisles pretty much unless you are a California size -1. I'm old fat and cranky so parking is the biggest concern of mine and I actually googled which is the Erewhon with the least hassle free parking and this one came up and it's true. There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there. Would I go there regularly if there was one available to me probably not but I would go occasionally. It just seems now that it's a lot of content creators or people who want to see content creators, or people we're just going there is a tourist. I can't imagine anyone doing their weekly shopping here.

Ah yes, the famous smoothie for $20, you people disgust me. Anyway I came in and got the smoothie…read moreand some Mac and cheese. Smoothie had good flavor, strawberry taste to it. Overall it was above average. The Mac and cheese was mid if I do say so myself, had little bitty specs of cheese and the overall flavor was mediocre. End of the day I would not come back. Stop! Put down the…read morelatte, text your catty, break-up prone friend later -- she'll still be at the salon getting her overprocessed hair did anyway... Press rewind for a moment on the DVD that is your life. Stop at age six. Mom is telling you to eat your Flintstone's chewable vitamins, so that someday you'll be big and strong like Popeye, or... I dunno... Fred Flintstone? Now press play, and watch the video from age six until now. Oh, honey... That's a LOT of coffee, candy, and sleeping well past midnight, isn't it... And you're NOT Popeye yet, are you ("thank goodness," said my normal chin and forearms). Don't blame mum -- she was only trying to help. And don't blame the chewable vitamins -- you're the one who doesn't eat one every day, right? And you're also the one who has the live fast, die young mentality, aren't you, Mister or Miss "I never met licorice, liquor, or lips I didn't like..." Okay, maybe it's really just me, trying ever so hard to make it look like I'm not alone in growing up to become a scrawny, 105 lb twig. It's not too late, whether your twenty two or a hundred and fifty two! Come to Total Nutrition! Leroy Colbert, the owner and former professional bodybuilder, is the COOLEST man on the planet (take THAT, Fonzie). His entire shop is plastered with autographed photos of the various body builders and celebrities he's met throughout his life, including Arnold "Let's Castrate California" Schwarzenegger and Mike "Let Me Eat Your Children" Tyson. Mr. Colbert's knowledge of nutrition is immense, and he's incredibly discreet and non-critical when offering you advice on what kinds of powders, vitamins, or shakes you should drink, either to gain or lose weight -- or turn yourself into a surefire winner at Muscle Beach. "Stop running so much, and pick up a dumbbell, dumbbell..." He has bar stools set up at his sales counter for whenever you want to shoot the breeze or talk smack about GNC and the Vitamin Shoppe. If you've got time on your hands in your busy day or are chronically unemployed, Mr. Colbert can entertain you all day long with fascinating stories about the community, sports, or how our country has lost its way (you young punk ;-P). It's like being in a hardware store talking to the man behind the counter while your dad shops for drills. Except instead of drills, you're looking at pills and herbal diet teas and chalky candy bars that are supposed to turn you into He-Man or She-Ra. Prices are reasonable, too -- much less than you'd pay for something less effective at a chain vitamin shop or a Rite Aid. Plus Monsieur Colbert will threaten to kick your ass if you don't do what he says! Best store, EVER. Oh, if you ARE a hundred and fifty two, please make sure to visit the Guinness World Record people -- AFTER you come to Total Nutrition, of course. I think my chest and arms are getting bigger already! Maybe? No? Give me time, baby. By the way, I think you accidentally pressed pause on your life-DVD. You had the COOLEST mullet in high school. Who are those losers you're with? Do yourself a favor -- don't let them get any closer than Facebook range now, sweetie.

I took 3, the suggested dose, and by the next day my pain had gone from a 7 or 8 to about a 3 or 4. When pain softens, life softens with it. My mood shifted almost immediately because my body was no longer carrying the same level of strain. It's amazing how much brighter everything feels when the edge of pain lets go. I'm very thankful for the suggestion to give this a try. For me, it brought real relief, and that is no small thing.

The cashiers are friendly to your face, some of them are very genuine, I've been shopping here since 2017. But like the store experience, cold as you walk away. They're jealous of the people who shop here. I don't know how to explain it. The food has premium prices so things are on the expensive side. If you have the money to shop here or even EBT the cashiers can be snide. They talk about you while you're around the corner like I just don't understand. One of the cashier guys (one who was fired for this) who works here has to feel better than you, like it's a popularity contest and it's a grocery store. He calls you loco and then hides in the back so you don't get his name on his nametag. And he has brown and grey in his hair like how old are you??? I don't think it's a race thing (although I have had to complain to corporate about the C#+#k on their dumpsters in the front parkinglot. I think it's a spoiled, entitlement thing. I feel like people should be grateful to have a job. Maybe this location is not the best place to shop if you have social anxiety or are sensitive to mean people.
