This store deserves above and beyond recognition!! Higher than the moon, the stars and the sun. I have been here 4 times in the past, but not in a very long time. This place is truly a gem shared with other businesses and has a nice parking lot for everyone. Prices are affordable and reasonable based on what you are getting. The store is HUGE, and all the aisles are very clean and easy to navigate. Employees hands down are some of the best, and always eager to help you in any way, in every department. They carry selections of domestic & imported groceries including Middle Eastern foods. They sell ready-made hot foods, have an excellent choices of Israeli groceries, deli, dairy, baked goods, and more.. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Also have plenty of products to soothe the appetite of other customers who are not Jewish. Offers catering, Kosher options, and also delivery. This morning I felt like I was the 1st customer when I walked in around 7:30am in the morning. I saw 5 other people inside the store. I guess it was Sunday & everyone was still asleep. They have literally anything and everything from A to Z. I bought me Spicy Tuna roll Sushi, some fresh Salmon cuts, ready-made pasta, 4 pieces of marinated Chicken breast, Spinach & Potato Borekas from their bakery. Also bought a bottle of imported wine from Italy. Their produce department is super fresh. So is the meat department. 3 other things to keep in mind. They don't sell pork & seafood.Closed on Saturdays! They will even help you with the groceries to your car! So lovely and convenient... Established back in 2008 and still going STRONG!!! I don't get to the Valley often, but when I do, I always make a point of stopping by to pick up Israeli products I can't find in the city. This time, I went during Purim. I grabbed some things I can't get near my home, including traditional Hamantaschen cookies to celebrate the holiday. I bought the poppy seed Hamantaschen from Antikovich Bakers. Ten damn dollars for that garbage. Hands down, they were the worst Hamantaschen I have ever had in my entire life. They were so bad I'm genuinely shocked they're even allowed to be sold in the United States. The cookies themselves were awful, but the so-called "poppy seed" filling was the absolute worst -- it was just a weird, disgusting paste with almost no poppy seeds at all (check the ingredients list, it's pathetic). There was barely any filling inside, and the cookies weren't even properly folded around it the way real Hamantaschen are traditionally made. Instead, the factory just slapped a tiny drop of that slop into a cookie that only pretends to be a Hamantaschen. It was fake news from top to bottom. The packaging was a straight-up scam. The bottom of the container curves inward, stealing about half the space so it holds way less than it looks like. Then they slapped a huge sticker on the lid that completely blocks your view inside, so you can't see how empty it actually is. The cookies are just staggered around the center like some cheap trick. Someone went the extra mile to design the perfect packing scam -- and then had the nerve to fill it with the worst Hamantaschen a human being could possibly produce. On the same trip, I also bought some Israeli Elite instant coffee in hazelnut flavor. The only good thing was that it was on sale -- almost half price compared to the regular Elite coffee and the mocha flavor. It was about $6 instead of the usual $12, so I was pleasantly surprised and grabbed a few containers. Biggest mistake ever. When I got home and actually looked at the bottom of the containers, I saw the printed codes. I had to research them online to understand what they meant. Turns out the coffee was heavily expired. I bought it in March 2026, and it had expired in December 2024 -- well over a year ago. WTF?! Why the hell is Cambridge selling products that expired more than a year ago? They slashed the price in half, which means they damn well knew it was expired and deliberately put it on the shelf to dump it on unsuspecting customers. That is a scam, plain and simple. There's no way to sugarcoat it. The attached photos show everything I'm talking about -- the pathetic filling, the deceptive packaging, the expired dates. Read the ingredients, look at the details. It's all right there. Unreal. By the time I discovered all this crap, I was already back home and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to the Valley to return it. So I guess this was an expensive lesson I had to learn the hard way. Cambridge, you need to do some serious soul-searching. Either start inspecting the quality of the garbage you're pushing on your customers, or do everyone a favor and go out of business. read more

Enter the market from the free shared parking lot and admire the flyers and bulletin board promoting upcoming Jewish events or offering local jobs, services and skilled trades for hire. Dear LA Jewish community, you can add your professional services on Yelp! Turn right and head east for the produce section. Here, you can usually find a few exotic and hard-to-find middle eastern fruits and berries like lowquats and kumquats. Oversized eggplants, plum and cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, peppers and pomegranates and everything you need to make your Mediterranean or middle eastern recipes special are here. Many Jewish people celebrate the Sabbath which lasts from sundown on Friday evening until sundown on Saturday. It's a time of rest, no work and no cooking! Everything you need from candles, charcoal, chafing dishes and tea service sets is available here. One of my favorite items in the store is located here, stylish yarmulkes covered in happy faces or positive Hebrew sayings. Shabot shalom! I've been coming to Cambridge Farms Market since I was a kid, I have lots of great memories of shopping here, trading recipes and listening to amazing stories. My favorite memory of Cambridge Farms is pretty good. Picture young forgetful me, many years ago with all of my life savings in my backpack, my family was counting on me to pay the rent.... I left my OPEN wallet in my grocery cart in the middle of the street and returned hours later. The women who saw me leave my wallet behind had stayed at the market for hours to make sure my wallet was returned to me with every dollar still inside. I cried, I thanked them, then I took out all of my small bills and filled the donation tins for victims of disasters, war and terrorism other amazing causes. Cambridge Farms staff urged me to stop "paying it forward" but the wise woman who had returned my wallet said, "She knows what she is doing, she is doing the right thing!" (What a cool lady, like so many Jewish American women!) To this day, Cambridge Farms is still collecting for those incredible causes. It made me happy to put my spare change in a few of those special tins. My friend made me Borekas purchased from Cambridge Farms last month. I've been craving them ever since! I made it to Cambridge Farms 10 minutes before closing. The employees were polite, patient and helped me locate the pastry. They were nice even though I was shopping near closing and didn't try to rush me: Clean store with many interesting foods. I'll definitely be back to explore more. The Borekas I bought were delicious but I think my friend made me a spinach version. Possibly from another brand, but not sure. I wish there was another local alternative. This place is always a mess. Most products do not have pricing at all (as I believe required by law). Many of the products that have prices turn into other prices at the register. Products are often not above the right price tag on the shelf. And then there's the actual pricing... Last week was there and bought the already made Orange Chicken. It was terrible. The sauce was unusually sweet and the chicken was hard as rocks. It was very disappointing. For what it cost I could have bought a whole chicken. It was really bugging me how a grocery store like that could serve food that wasn't perfect. I drove 30 min out of my way to come here because they have the best selection from A to Z!! The store is spacious and clean and always has their shelves stocked. Some of the food options here are good but my experience was annoying. With parking it was crazy to wait . When I got in I asked for schnitzels and instead of giving me cut ones , they gave me the ones that made and ready so completely miss communication there. This place is pretty convenient because I live within walking distance. The produce is OK. I will say it has the best avocados. Aside from that, it's probably the most rundown looking grocery store you will find in the entire state of California. It doesn't look like it's been updated since 1973. KOSHER & ISRAELI groceries, wines, Jewish holiday items, a meat & seafood counter, produce and bakery. I buy my brisket here which is currently $4.99 a pound. (If you go to Gelson's it's $9.99-$12.99 per pound.) Some other items of note here: Israeli cookies and candies, Israeli wines beyond the typical Manischewitz (although they have Elderberry and Blackberry!), and even kosher wasabi! I literally wander up and down the aisles and find something new and interesting each time I come here. The last time I found Etrog (yellow citron) liqueur and a yahrzeit plug in light to use instead of burning a candle in the bathtub overnight. The staff is always polite and sweet. Check out is never a problem and there are free Israeli newspapers and magazines on your way out to the parking lot. Oh, or should I say Oy, about that parking lot- it's confusing with the bidirectional arrows that reverse right in front of the store. You'll see what I mean when you go there... read more

It's not a terrible shopping experience, some of the food is good and it's good to pick up things for when you need something quickly but the lack of masks on everyone really scared me. I would rather drive further to another kosher market and feel safe. From staff to the people shopping, there is very little mask compliance. No thanks! read more

They have a wonderful selection of kosher food. Sadly, they will not enforce the mask mandate. I've spoken with the managers and they said there is nothing they can do to enforce the mask mandate. I can't continue to shop there knowing these same people (unmasked) would certainly wear masks at any other grocery store. read more
