I got a basic oil change with no additional…read moreservices that they like to try and tack on like changing air filters etc. My car does take an additional quart of oil so there is always a slight up charge for getting more than 5 quarts but the price was ridiculous. It was about $100 and I went with the cheapest oil option they had. The guy pulled out my air filter to show me and try to convince me to replace that as well but after I questioned the exorbitant oil cost he didn't try to push the air filter because I clearly was going to say no. Besides being overcharged they were also rude and slow. I was the only car there and my oil change took 40 minutes. Before starting the service I asked how long I should expect and the guy just snapped at me and said it would take as long as it would take. Both of the employees that I spoke to were rude and demeaning every time we interacted. I went here because I was driving by and it was convenient but there are many shops to get an oil change from on this street and I can guarantee I will never come back to this place.

I called them to complain that the compressor they put in broke down in less than one year. I requested an appointment ASAP as I wanted to make a claim under the warranty. To their credit, they gave me an appointment the next day at 11am, but that is the only good news in this story. Upon arrival, they required me to sign an agreement that they could charge me $236 for a diagnostic check. After 2 hours with no feedback, I asked for an update. They said that the technician was doing the diagnostic tests now. After waiting another 45 minutes, I asked for an update, and I was told it would be just 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later, they gave me the diagnosis that the compressor needed to be replaced, and that I should also have them replace my front brake pads. I said that the compressor should be covered under the warranty, but they said the warranty was for only 6 months. I asked why they would put an A/C compressor in my car that offerred only a 6 month warranty when the industry standard for this part is one year. They said that this is the warranty that came with my purchase was my choice to which I repsonded that they never offerred me any choice, and they chose that manufacturer. Then they asked me to pay the $236 diagnostic fee. When I said that they had a lot of nerve to charge me such a hight amount after they installed a lemon of a compressor in my car a year ago, and they should at least reduce the fee, but they refused. I said that I would be writing a very bad review on their servive, and they simply said that was up to me! What a waste of # 1/2 hours of my time. The absolute worst experience with a car repair shop in my 60 years of driving.
