Hmmm. I said that this is not a me problem its a you problem and that I have my confirmation email and he advised me that yes this is a 'me' problem and that he cannot get me in for several weeks. Hmm again, its my problem that their system does not schedule itself and I should call to confirm even though they sent me a confirmation email. After many years of having my vehicles serviced at this location (yes online appointments also) as they are close to home, I will never go back to them. I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes. They did a great job on the brakes and for a little less than I expected, and then walked through the rest of the issues, their urgency, and broke down the costs of each in case I wanted to tackle them one after the other. The facility is clean and welcoming and they have a waiting room you'd actually want to wait in, with clean furniture that doesn't look like it came from someone's living room castoffs. They were kind and friendly and easy to schedule with, and in subsequent appointments, their prices have been fair and they've been honest about the work needed.
