They wanted to come out again and charge me a grip to put another band-aid on it. I called Alex with 72 Degrees HVAC and he sent Eduardo out the next day. Eduardo assessed the situation and told me the best solution would be to replace the unit. I agreed, and Alex immediately ordered a new unit. We had a hot spot on our floor and suspected a leak under our concrete slab. Our HOA plumbers…read morecalled CPL. they can the next day and spent 1 hour mapping out the pipes in the walls, floor and ceiling using acoustic mapping. They marked the leak. The plumbers went through the slab and found the broken pipe where CPL had marked. After the leak was fixed we felt another hot spot a few feet from the first leak. CPL came back and found a smaller leak. CPL was effective, quick and courteous.

It was a big leak. On the second visit they want near $295. They found a tiny crack that could not be the source of water causing the three cavities discharging lots of sand. At no time did I see them use their best technology the sound detector. I spent over $600 on my workers and worked on the project without pay. I watched the technician hang out in front for over an hour and he was 20 minutes late. I am very unhappy! Buyer beware!
