I called Wicker on a Sunday afternoon (not expecting for them to answer since its the weekend) and also left a service request on their website. I had lost water pressure and the pump stopped working. I received a call back withing 15 min and I forgot who I spoke with, but he was able to walk me through some things to check and reset. I did what he told me to do (clean the points and do a hard reset on the pump) and my system started working. I appreciate the fact that he took time over the phone at no charge to help me. I inherited my father's property who recently died. All the systems are old, including the well. The well pump went out as I was leaving to go on a trip. I couldn't go not knowing what I might have in front of me, time and money wise. A neighbor recommended Curtis at Wicker Water Well. I called at 5PM and he was here early the next morning. The whole system was out of date and falling apart. He said he could do right away. I said yes! So he and his crew spent the next five hours taking out and installing a completely new and modern system; well pump, pvc piping, electrical wiring, breaker box, relay shut off, pressure tank, shut off valve, and all the fittings, etc. that go with it. I purchased land and a new manufactured home where my son and his family would live in Anza. I asked my grading contractor for referrences and he told me Wicker Well Service and Rod Bourgeois Well Service but Wicker would be his 1st choice. So I called and he had Curtis Wright of Wicker Well come and install my new system. He assured me he would winterize my system before freezing weather came. I called 10/01/2022 to have him do this service and he assured me again but "no show". On 12/05/2022 my son called me to say they had no water. I placed 6 emergency calls to both phone numbers for Wicker Well with no response. I called my septic contractor who said to call Rod Bourgeois again and they came out the same day and found the freeze protection sensors had shut my system down. They proceeded to add electric heat tape and insulation to my system. I should have used them the 1st time and warn anyone not to trust Wicker Well or Curtis Wright. read more
