When the buzzer went off, my sister picked up our order only to discover one bagel was plain and one was correct. She went back up to flag the mix-up, and the same woman who took our order looked her dead in the eye and informed her that no, we had not ordered them the same way. And that was simply... that. Case closed. Court adjourned. The service is a firm 1/10. The food is so good it almost makes you forget you weren't wanted there. Almost. As a local, I'll be back, the food will make sure of that. But I'll definitely talk myself out of it a few extra times because of interactions like this.
