I went with the Double Double w/grilled onions protein style and animal fries. My mom & grandma got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, fries and a shake. Our food was hot and delicious when it came out, the staff was friendly and attentive. There were crew members cleaning tables in between guests. I don't mind paying more for good food and good service, but when the wait is that long and the food is just average, it's hard to justify. Last Friday we stopped by and got a #1 and a #1 double meat (broccoli only on both), and it was just as good I I remembered. Healthy fast food options aren't easy to find but Luu's checks that box while also being delicious. We were the only ones in the restaurant. One man walked in & ordered, three cars went through the drive-thru. It was a very slow evening. The cashier was very pleasant, she let my grandson sample their juices before he ordered. The place was very clean, not a thing on the floor or any of the tables. Unfortunately, for this visit I would have to give it three ( 3 ) stars. Maybe it was the cook, I don't know, it was almost as bad as some frozen burritos.
