Love at first bite! Snow White Drive‑In is a classic. The burgers have that nostalgic, old‑school chargrill flavor that's hard to beat. We also got chicken tenders which were not bad at all! The BBQ and thousand island sauce tied it all together. The fries, though thin, are golden and crisp, a perfect sidekick to any order. Service is fast, friendly, and genuine--these folks clearly care about getting it right. The outdoor patio adds that charming drive‑in vibe, ideal for a casual date night or family outing. If you're in Lodi and want a throwback meal done right, this is your spot. Can't wait to come back!

We had spent a few hours kayaking on Lodi Lake and were starving after...This was right across the street and not busy at the time. Talk about the "way back machine"... this reminded me of a burger place in a small town I grew up in. It was fun and the food was good. Look, it is a small funky burger place...it is what it is and we enjoyed it. The crinkle fries were delicious, my grilled cheese was basic but that is what I expected and my husband's hot dog hit the spot. The butterscotch shake was such a treat!!! We noticed at least three sets of locals that came in and the servers seemed to know who they were and had their orders ready. It was a fun place to go for a bit of nostalgia and a great shake. We would defiantly go back next time we are at the lake.

1950s hamburger drive thru stands are a blast from the past. Not alot of the genuine structures exist anymore. The allure is real for me. So when I happen upon one, I'm apt to stop on in unless it's really icky looking. Sno-White Drive In on West Turner Road, in Lodi, CA, was not the icky at all. The burger and taco was yummy. It didn't hurt my tummy. The cashier was a delight. Super friendly. Hmmm, she may have been the owner. Anyways, the food came out quick and fueled my soul, put me in a happy mood to continue on my weekend local backroads road trip. I got a taco. It's ground beef served in a house made tortilla. The tortilla size is larger than street taco. They crisped up the tortilla on the flat grill, I liked that. The taco was filled with ground beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese (2 cheese blend), and cilantro. They offer packets of taco sauce. The meat had hints of cilantro cooked in it. But it wasn't strong enough to overpower the flavor. I'm not a fan of cilantro. With that said, I still totally dug the taco. Yum! Stellar. Plus the price was $3.25. Bargain. The fries were thick cut and came out hot. Yes, they're frozen, not fresh cut. I have no issues with that since they were tasty. A small order was $2.99. Hubs had the cheeseburger combo $11.99 with drink and fries. $6.65 just the cheeseburger. The burger fixings were fresh. The burger came out hot. The patty was mostly likely frozen but not a bad quality. It tasted good. No complaints. Right now are winter hours. There are a few tables under an awning. The tables and patio was super clean. The cleanest hamburger stand I have ever seen. The parking lot was paved, easy to maneuver about. The neighborhood was safe and not sketchy. The place has no public restrooms, typical of hamburger stands. But Lodi Lake park is across the street, there are public restrooms there. I didn't utilize it though. Also there are shopping plazas with anchor stores not far away. History Lesson: A bit of history, Sno-White Drive In chain was created in Stockton, CA, in the early 1950s. By the late 1960s, they were franchised and California had 200 throughout the state. The franchise no longer exists. This Drive In opened in 1959. A few blocks away is the General Mills cereal factory which opened in 1940 and shut down operations in 2015. Lodi Lake is across the street from the Drive In.

There were two employees working. The lady who took our order was high or on something, she was talking slowly and her head was unnaturally folding towards the counter. It took us 5-7 minutes to ordered 2 burgers, 1 corndog, and a milkshake because of how many times we had to repeat ourselves. We were there last customers of the night. There was one family who ordered before us. The family before us got their order after 45 minutes. After that the diner lights went off. We walked over to ask and they didn't make our order. We paid cash for our order and asked for a refund. My dad spent the next 3-4 minutes repeating to the same lady who took our order that we paid cash. Finally we got the refund. While we wasted our time waiting for our food the other guy who was working there was outside cutting the bushes for 30ish minutes. The sprinklers were on and his jeans were wet from his knees down. He came back in to make the order before ours. Honestly, they had bad service and we had an horrible experience here. DO NOT COME HERE !!! The wait time for the food was unbelievable!!!!!!

Snowhite Drive In is an old fashioned burger stand that serves your typical burgers and fries, as well as a number of other items, and ice cream. I always get the turkey burger and curly fries. They've been pretty good at getting my order right so far. I recommend calling in your order before coming to pick it up, which will reduce wait time. Note that they only accept cash, so come prepared.

Wonderful throwback back to simpler times ! Burger and fries were tasty! Nice stop to pick up food to take to lake Lodi park right across the street.

I tried this place out and from what I've tried was the double cheeseburger which was very good, their tacos were "ok" but nothing to get excited about. It probably gets really busy here during the summer since it's right across the street from Lodi Lake. I will come back again to try some of their other menu items!

Onion rings really good. Burger was your basic burger, frozen patty. If served fresh patties this would be 5 stars. Tenders were tenders, your average frozen tenders. They were good. Fries served hot. Served was good, friendly. Bring your patience as service can be slow. Overall nostalgic drive-in.

Wow. SQZ Burger has been open for nearly three years in Lodi and I never noticed it. I know I've…read moredriven past it many times, but I guess their signage is too modest compared to the huge "IDOL BEER WORKS" on the other end of the building. I figured it was just another iteration of the original (now long gone) Squeeze Inn in Sacramento, and I was right. I don't think the various locations are franchises, but are more likely independently owned, and the quality varies from location to location. The one that used to be in West Sac, for instance, was terrible, which might explain why it's been gone for years. And the mid-town was also a resounding MEH, and also gone. There's nothing at any version of Squeeze Inn/Burger that I want more than just a basic Squeeze (or in this case, SQZ) with Cheese, though. I don't want a taco, nor a BLT, and especially not chicken strips. I want that which made the brand famous. A cheeseburger with all the traditional toppings and a cheese skirt just dripping cheese grease off it. SQZ Burger delivers the goods. The cheese skirt was just the right size, not too big, not too small. At one point in my life I would have said that there's no such thing as a cheese skirt that's too big, but a couple of years ago I had a cheese skirt that was so big that I felt sick afterward from all the cheese grease! In addition to the just right amount of cheese, the burger had lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and a healthy schmear of mayo and mustard. Damn near a perfect burger. The owner was running the register on my visit, and when she brought my food out, she asked if I wanted a side of ranch. I'm the kind of guy who would drink ranch dressing if I could, so of course I accepted. I didn't even ask - It was nice of her to offer! There's a throughline from the original Squeeze Inn on Power Inn Road to SQZ Burger, too. The father of the husband half of the H/W ownership team owned the original location. Brandon and Katie ran the Galt location for several years, and have now brought the goodness to a Lodi brick and mortar spot. I'll definitely be back.

And my strawberry shake was good also. We had about 45 people all land at the same time, and SQZ was able to quickly get us all served in short order. I do love the vibe of both SQZ & IDOL. It was a nice little drive both ways with an epic food stop in between.

We were seated quickly and served waters right away. My husband ordered the fish and chips, while I went with the jalapeño chicken sandwich. The sandwich came with a grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, crispy fried onions, and jalapeño dressing on grilled ciabatta bread. I also upgraded my fries to their Bleu fries (topped with bleu cheese crumbles and bleu cheese dressing). The fries were definitely a highlight--served hot, crispy, and perfectly paired with the bleu cheese. My husband was really impressed with the fish and chips, which he hadn't tried here before. The fish was beer-battered and fried, served with fries and coleslaw. He especially liked the coleslaw, noting that it tasted fresh with great flavor and wasn't overly coated in mayo. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and the experience. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

I was recommended to try the pork schnitzel by my friend and it did not disappoint. I got my sandwich with a side salad. We also ordered the deviled eggs to share. My friend has never had the deviled eggs before and pleasantly surprised and delighted that the eggs were absolutely delicious. They're very smooth, eggs were cooked perfectly and the touch of bacon was just right. It does come with a small helping of mixed greens topped with pickled onions. The pork schnitzel was crispy & crunchy due to the breaded pork loin, came with pickled onions, slaw and the chipotle aioli sauce. The sauce does have a bit of a kick to it but it wasn't too spicy, well, at least for me. My salad was very good too. It was colorful and had an interestingly tangy dressing on it. It paired well with the sandwich. One was spicy and the salad was tangy but refreshing. My friend also ordered the pork schnitzel with beef tallow fries. I tried some of her fries and they were thin but still crispy. Overall the food at West Oak Nosh was so good and delicious!
