I ordered this through Uber eats. It arrived quickly and the food was still hot. I have been living in the hell hole known as Florida for the last 15 years and there is no Wienerschnitzel in Florida. I order their chili dog tried their hamburger and their Polish sandwich. I got the regular hotdog with chili dog. It was messy and delicious at the same time. It might be me but I thought the hot dog was a little bit on the salty side but that's OK. I also tried the hamburger for the first time cheeseburger I had a grilled onions mustard ketchup and raw onions... this too was messy messy but it was delicious. I thought the Polish sausage sandwich was very good too the only thing I would've preferred was if they had actually toasted rye bread. But aside from that it was good With me saying how good this fast food is , is an example of how bad and nasty food and restaurants are in Florida.. I honestly don't know what is wrong with the girl who made the drinks. We ordered two southern lemonade floats. One wild berry and one watermelon. As we got up to the drive up window the total came out $28 with our 2 orders of the chili cheese fries, chili dog and a corn dog for $4.99. An order of chili fries for $1 off. The drinks were $4.29 each. My stupid boyfriend had a hard time reading the menu for their new drinks when ordering it and look at me with a confused look to assure if the drink is correct. I told him to order one of each flavor I mentioned beforehand but, he can't comprehend something so simple. He stutter and only order one. I was frustrated with him so I reach over the seat and asked the young girl to add the wild berry flavor as well. As we got to the drive thru. I notice her sweet tone voice changed. Once the boyfriend ask why it was so much when she gave us our total cost. He told her we had two orders of the coupon deal. She quickly fix the problem. Think she forgot to discount the second order. No biggie. It happens sometimes. As she handed our drinks I notice there was a lot of ice in both drinks. The lemonade was less than half filled up to the cup. The soft served was completely sloppy with still more than a quarter of room left on top. I knew immediately that they did it on purpose because I can hear the girl who made the drink and the girl who took our order was laughing in the background. I don't know why they did that to us. Maybe because miscommunication at the intercom with the drink order and boyfriend wasn't listening correctly to what she was asking or because the boyfriend made a comment that the price was incorrect and she took offensive to it. So the other co worker probably overheard our convo and decided to bust a shady with the drinks. For 4.29 each with a half ass drink I was pretty upset. I didn't wanna request to have em remake it thinking they'll do another shady shit. Haven't been to wienerschnitzel for a good min but my little family wanted Taco Bell so I decide to grab some mini corn dogs for my 3 year old since he doesn't eat Taco Bell. Bathrooms are outside, so gauge the need before venturing out. Would have been a 5-star experience but there was a careless area of stickiness near the soda dispenser that obviously had been there for quite some time. I have not left a review for awhile, so for me to take the time to review a fast food restaurant is something! The restaurant was very clean, might I even say impeccably clean! The lobby, behind the counter, what I could see of the food prep area...the real closer was the restroom! It was cleaner than most "fine dining" or upper end chain eateries! How a crew cares about their livelihood is often first reflected in their efforts to keep thier work location clean...and these people care! Which leads me to my next point, the service. I went in today, a Wednesday at about 1:30 pm, and I'm not sure if the gentleman working the register was the owner or not, but he was friendly, attentive, and definitely gave off a vibe that he cared. There was a young lady going between working the drive thru and cleaning what already looked like really clean entryway doors, but she was working to get them spotless. There was another gentleman working the food orders and he appeared to be working very efficiently with his female coworker on the fryer. Lastly, a final gentleman was arriving to work and as he entered, some patrons which had already ordered stood at the counter as they awaited their order, and even though this gentleman was barely arriving, he immediately inquired if the were in need of assistance. Now the food, it was a good as it could be. I come to Wienerschnitzel expecting some comfort food the reminds me of food from a county fair. But everything was great, from the temperature, to the look, taste, and texture. This was by far the BEST fast food experience I have had, maybe ever. read more

That is what happened to me today when ordering something as simple as a chili cheese dog for some reason I end up with a pile of onions and hardly any chili at all! Pitifull pitiful !!! I ordered one chili dog and one milk shake. Then I waited in line behind an SUV that was at the window.....15 minutes!!! FINALLY they started their engine and drove off without even getting a bag of food! When I got to the window and asked the "rude" cashier what was happening being I'd sat behind that car for 15 minutes and they left without even buying anything.....the cashier ignored my question. Obviously it was friends of hers and they were just "chatting" because she was hanging out the order window and laughing. This location has some actual seating inside but it's in a crappy part of town so I generally grab and go or drive thru. the staff here are super funny and very laid back which makes going here a lot more pleasant. I made my order through drive thru. They miss 1 if my order thousand island fires. I call 20 times. 3 of the calls I made someone just pick up and hung up on me. I would have been fine with just informing them about my order. But now I will have to wait til the next morning to call again and now I want my refund. We occasionally get food here because we love the corn dogs. That's not what made it into our bag, though when we ordered the $10 crowd pleaser (3 corn dogs, 3 chili dogs, 3 fries) plus a couple other things. We got everything but the corn dogs. So I sent my husband back to the restaurant while I called and explained the situation. I got some argument at first, but the assistant manager made the situation right. I used to eat at Wienerschnitzel a lot in San Jose, but I stopped because several locations gave me food poisoning. I decided to try them again but here in Sacramento. This time I didn't get any food poisoning, but there food tasted exactly the same when I had them in San Jose. The only difference is they have a wide variety other than usual basic hamburger, chili dog, hot dog and corn dog.I ordered a large chili cheese fries and the food came out hot. The fruitpunch was diluted just as the other soft drinks. I won't be coming back to this restaurant ever again. read more
