We've had friends and family members purchased toppers and they are so happy with them because they blend in so naturally. I had purchased several cheap wigs online to use for an upcoming fitness competition, but didn't know the first thing about wigs...application, quality, styling, tricks to make them look real, etc. I was feeling rather panicky as I had looked on YouTube and all the information was overwhelming and certainly more than a beginner/first time user could make sense of. First of all, Sophie is so friendly, knowledgeable and generous with her time and help. It was absolutely refreshing. When I came in for my appointment, I easily found her store with her directions, and it's small and cute with a display of quality wigs (much better than the ones I bought!). She did not try to pressure me into buying her products; rather she worked with me on educating me on how to use the wigs I had purchased and helped me style them and suggested products I could use for application. She transformed my cheap wigs with her meticulous styling and methods! I now feel confident I can wear them without anyone knowing it's not my own hair. Sophie has been in the business for over 20 years, and really knows her stuff! But it's her warm demeanor and kind and patient help that really won me over. I walked out of our appointment feeling very confident that she had fixed my wig problem, and I also purchased one of her beautiful high quality human hair wigs that I could not resist when I saw it on display.
