Frustrating when you pay for a service and do not get what you paid for. My review is actually for Kim's VIPet Salon an extension of the feed store. What good is showing a picture of your goal if the groomer is going to cut the dog and make it look like every other dog in town. When I called to speak with the groomer, all she could say was "I guess I didn't look at the picture good enough, and I cut her how we always do, and I will write it on her chart." Don't bother writing anything on her chart because she will not be back. Her face was half way grown out, now that you shaved it, I have to start over and have 2 more months of an awkward stage, thanks for obviously not listening to our wants, and giving us exactly what you give everyone else. Complete with one bow in the middle of the head when we specifically said and showed the picture of one bow on each ear. My dog looks absolutely HORRIBLE and I am embarrassed for her. I will be telling everyone where she got such a horrible haircut, and how bad she smelled and how bad her hair felt, and how I had to bathe right away her when she got home, I guess bathing is not included. It is the worst feeling to pay for something and get nothing close to what you want. Once again a Safford business has failed. Small business owners wonder why we all go out of town for things, this is exactly why. Sorry does not fix what you have done to my dog.

Making the decision to let her go was the most difficult thing we've ever had to do. Dr. Emma Houlton and her entire staff were absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable, explaining everything to us with such kindness, sweetness, and compassion throughout the entire process. She made an unbearable day so much more bearable. I wouldn't have wanted any other vet there caring for her -- I knew she was safe and in the best hands despite the heartbreak of the situation. Dr. Houlton is the stellar, most perfect example of everything you want in a vet. She's an amazing person and an incredible doctor. If you need a vet, bring your pet to her. She is truly wonderful.

It is very easy to find and in a nice location. There is a separate parking lot for this ER, so you can park very close to the entrance and get your pet in quickly. The building itself is very clean and calm. There were about 6 other dogs there in the waiting but the waiting room is divided in such a way the dogs can still have privacy while waiting. Almost like little cubicles. I only waited about 20 minutes to be taken back. The vets are knowledgeable and very friendly. Our vet explained everything in detail and her nurse made our dog feel at ease. We were very happy with the service itself. Lastly, they are upfront about all costs. They don't force you into anything and give you a full breakdown of each cost. You can request notes if you need them for insurance purposes. If ever an emergency, we will definitely come back here.

We would be up most of the night letting our dog out because he would have diarrhea. We moved and decided to seek out a vet closer to us. WHAT A MISTAKE. After several tests (a lot of money) and medications for our dog he continued to have diarrhea. My husband decided to take our new dog to Dr. Miller. After one visit she was able to tell us that he is likely allergic to something in his food. She gave us a recommendation and our dog is GREAT! PROBLEM SOLVED! THANK YOU DR. MILLER.
