Pho with FLAVOR! And all the accompaniments that are necessary for enjoying your Pho. They also have some really tasty Satay with a tasty papaya salad. Super quick service with a smile! They are a clean and well prepared establishment.

Love Wild Ginger! One of our local faves! The food is consistently great, comes out fairly quickly, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

On a cold day a bowl of hot soup is just the ticket. Even though the place was busy our service was just fine. The seating area is comfortable.

I'm once again visiting my son in Asheville, & Wild Ginger was our lunch destination. The workers couldn't have been friendlier. That really stood out. As we were seated, I eyed all the food on other tables, & I knew we were in a great spot. I ordered "Tofu stir fried vegetables in light coconut sauce". I also asked them to make it a little spicy. The dish arrived & I was one happy camper. The curry & coconut & spices & lime & myriad of different vegetables harmonized very well. And the serving was decent size. I totally loved my Wild Ginger moment.

Visiting Asheville, or anywhere out of town really, I always make an effort to check out that city's pho spot. This restaurant was solid for the most part. More authentic than not. The menu actually had items in Viet...which typically entails a good sign. The pho was fairly good and I really appreciate the sides/toppings you ALWAYS look for when having pho. Their sauté was probably some of the best I've had and appreciate them even having it. Good amount of noodles and good amount of meat. The broth was solid, nothing amazing but definitely made due for a pho craving. The menu is a good side with many options. We got their wings as an app but was too sweet to eat it all and had too much of its sauce on it. The service was really good and everyone came off kind and polite. A medium sized restaurant, would come back.

My friend recommended this place saying that this was her favorite Vietnamese place in the area, so she took me here. She said that usually there was a wait time for a table but when we got there, we had no wait at all. I got the Tofu Banh Mi + sweet potato fries and it was great. The sandwich was very tasty, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, the pickled veggies inside the sandwich were executed well. The amount of filling in the sandwich itself was just right. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Filipino desserts on the menu too. Next time I'll have to come back and try them. For me, I wish there the fry portion size was a little bit bigger considering the price. But other than that we had a great time. Service was excellent and always checked up on us. Also our food didn't take very long to come out as well. We felt well-taken care of. Thanks Wild Ginger! I'll be back when I'm in Asheville again :)

Friends recommended Wild Ginger after our return from Vietnam. Apparently, the prior restaurant at this location served Vietnamese cuisine? Service was good and the setting comfortable and casual and busy last Monday at lunch. There is also limited sidewalk seating outdoors. Our meals were good but we were spoiled after having just returned from vacation.

    Just cuteness inside front door.

Yummy! My only complaint is it's small and busy!! Loved both the soups and salads! Get there by 11:30 for lunch.

Honestly this place is a gem in AVL. Best pho in town and great bubble tea. It's a great rainy day restaurant to bring the cheer in.

We had a lovely talk about food and how wonderful the food was. The food is authentic and spice can be adjusted. It was my bf first time having Pho and he would definitely be ordering it again. He ordered chicken pho and the broth was clean and flavorful. Had plenty of noodles and chicken in it. Came with bean sprouts, cilantro and jalapeno. Siracha and Hoisin sauce on side. Next we had the pork shumai. Boy was this delicious. Came with 5pcs and a delicious plum sauce. I definitely will order this again. Last I ordered the Sesame chicken. I would easily say the star of the show. The breading on the chicken was light and crispy with a perfect thick glaze sauce. The side of jasmine rice made it a great hearty meal. All in all it was a great meal and if you haven't tried it please support this local business.

This place was a fusion of Asian foods so I'm usually a bit reluctant to order anything too crazy so we stuck with what we knew. Spring rolls were fresh and tasty. Haven't had it with bell peppers before but it was good with the sauces. Green curry had good flavor but a touch loose for how I usually like it. Ginger salad came really overdressed so we didn't eat too much of that but we really liked the cucumbers. Whatever that sauce it was tossed in was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the stir fried eggplant dish with shrimp. It had a nice sweet and tangy flavor. Lastly I ordered the pad see ew, noodles cooked really well and all the textures were there. I could taste the char from the wok but it did lack that "sweet soy" flavor I'm looking for in this dish. I would say overall we enjoyed most of the dishes and some just needed a bit more flavor but it was still a good experience.

The restaurant is just beautiful and seating capacity is great--inside and outside. If weather is nice and permitting outside, you get a beautiful view of the mountains. The interior has a full bar and modern-decor. The menu features lots of creative fusion dishes. I enjoyed the avocado salad more than I expected. Maybe it was the ginger lemon dressing. It's light and filling. The ramen bowls are rich and the miso vegetarian Ramen is much more bold, flavorful than I had expected. The carrots and roots were caramelized with a sweetened hint. The ramen bowls are generous in size. I'm bookmarking this place to come back!!!
