It runs great and we thank them for their expertise. And fast turn-around time to boot! My wife I also bought a really cool modular helmet and Chad helped her extensively to choose one that fit her best, even rummaging around in multiple places to find "the one". Even while helping others he made us feel like we were the only people in the shop (ditto Anthony as he explained the repairs and Brian as he walked us around the new m/c section explaining different models). We weren't rushed, just really well cared for. The shop is spotlessly clean, as are the restrooms, and is well stocked with tires, gear (both watercraft & motorcycles) to include gloves, jackets, touring pants, parts & supplies, helmets and, of course, motorcycles. They have a lot of money tied up in inventory so the selection is top-notch. Thanks for reading! Patrick Shaughnessy Chicago, IL

5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Isabel at DPS Motorsports!…read more I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Goldwing from DPS Motorsports, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience--especially thanks to Isabel. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right bike. Isabel made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, never rushed me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude really stood out. The Goldwing itself is everything I hoped for--powerful, smooth, and loaded with features--but what made the experience truly memorable was the level of care Isabel put into making it all happen. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, I highly recommend DPS Motorsports--and definitely ask for Isabel. She's a true asset to the team and made this an exceptional buying experience from start to finish!

Really off vibes if you are a woman. Took my bike in for an oil change and safety check (chain,…read morefluids, brakes, etc) Didnt say hello and just stared at me as I came in and approached the desk. Really odd. Got the bike back after a $200+ oil change and safety inspection, and the broken clutch lever was not even noticed, makes me wonder what else was missed. The bike was dirty when I dropped it off, still dirty when I got it back. Dirty isn't the problem, but the dirt lets me know what was and was not touched. Really wondering if anything was actually checked. And again, being stared at silently like I had tree heads when standing at the service desk was really off-putting. Went back recently and the staff were different guys (the service department has since been moved to the other side of the building). They were more normal and friendly, but I cant get over the weird experience last season and still wonder what was missed that last time. Update: second time I've been in since my weird experience- very friendly and helpful. Worked with me to get my bike back on time before a scheduled trip. Very glad that the odd experience was a one- off type thing.

Danny and Chuck and the bike I requested ready to go when I arrived, gave me a very helpful overview of the bike's controls and modes and then turned me loose. In and out in 10 minutes and they even gave me a frozen bottle of water to throw in my pack. Given the temps this weekend in the upper 80s I was super thankful to have that a few hours later. Bike was great, I am 6' and 155 pounds so not the biggest guy but I had no problem putting 400 miles on it over a few days on highways and in city traffic. Great ride. Drop off was a cinch as well, even quicker than check out. I can't wait to come back and rent again from these guys! One of the best Eagle Rider locations I've been to. Highly recommend!!!

I feel like I got sold unneeded liability insurance - I thought they said it was included in the VIP insurance package I bought. Several people including me did not get the bike they requested. Plus the Street Glide I got had a horrible windscreen that had bad distortion in the top third - very annoying and dangerous. It also did not have a heel shifter that they come standard with. The place seemed overrun by two tour groups plus a third small group renting bikes. Not the personal service we had received for previous ER tour pick ups.
