I've been looking for a local bike shop and a couple different friends recommended these guys. I…read morewas thinking about getting some performance work done to my Harley, but wasn't sure if I wanted to put the money into this particular bike, before I had a chance to make a decision my Indian left me stranded on the side of the road. I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.

Sharing this from my google review, great shop!…read more Helped me multiple times with different bikes. In one such instance, I had a victory that needed clutch kit replaced. It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Decided to hire these guys for a pickup ($100) 8miles, drop off($100), diagnose…read moremy motorcycle due to a fall ($100) and overall inspection($150) around 1pm. I literally told Will "one of the owners" that I think it's just the battery since the bike did not turn over and the bike only has 600 miles on it. I told Will "who was rude" to call me when the bike made it to their shop. He said it'll be around 3-4. Never called me. I called at 5pm, Will told me my bike would be ready for drop off same day. After my 2nd call to Will he tells me the battery is no good and offered me a battery that he ended up not having. I didn't know this until hours later after I called them again for the 3rd time for a status check. At this point it was 8pm. I did not want their services anymore and informed Will who exploded over the phone cursing at me admitting to being busy with other stuff and me calling for the status on my bike is not helping. I ended up canceling the inspection and just wanted it dropped off that night as Will stated earlier in the day. Out of anger Will said no. I had no choice but to set up a date and time for a drop off over the phone with Will for 15 minutes as he tried to argue with me about leaving the bike their and charging me for another aftermarket battery to be installed the next day that I did not want. Later that same night around 10:30pm, Will calls me apologizing and decided to drop off my bike... If it'll take more time or something goes wrong why would you not communicate that to your client? C'mon man... Only thing that went right was the pick up and drop off.

William is an automotive mechanic, and Miki specializes in motorcycle repairs and engine builds. William also helped me with upgrading and tuning my cars in the past-I always go to him for performance upgrade advices. This is a drop-off shop. I stopped taking my work to the dealerships long time ago. These guys have definitely have high attention to detail, which is always a good attribute in their line of work.

I called them on Wednesday PM I dropped off my FJR1300 on Thursday AM The work was done by Thursday PM The tire change went as expected at a fair price. And during the 4000 mi inspection and service, they discovered a mouse had started building a nest in the airbox, so they cleared that up and verified no other damage was caused by the mouse. They also found that my 4000 mi 2014 FJR had brake and cluch fluid that had turned brown over the years of sitting (which I expected might be the case). So, they replaced and bled both. They also found my Shaft splines were dry so they lubed those properly. Finally, they gave the bike its full inspection and tightened everything to factory torque specification. M & M only takes cash and their pricing was far better than the dealer quoted. I must say, the guys at M & M seemed super knowledgeable and fair. They also did not push work that was not needed. For example, they recommended I buy tires online from Revzilla to get them cheaper than if I had M & M get the tires. I did do that by the way. All in all, I highly recommend M & M Motorsports!!!!

(Stage Two With Cam Upgrade) He sent me quote for the work we talked about. I am a person who wants to know how things are done, I research & research what I want to buy or want to have done. I started asking questions about the build and Jason was forthcoming. I found some issues I wanted answered, typically the tuner for the bike. Jason turned me over to Nick who responded. He said he had done this build with other Harleys and it worked well. I kept coming up with more questions and I believe for this build (Trike) they just got tired of me asking away. I wanted to know how the tuner chosen by them could actually tune the Trike if it didn't have any maps for a cam upgrade? Just pipes and air cleaner. Nick responded that he had done many tunes with it and it works? For this build the bike should be dyno tuned. GP did not have a dyno for a trike. Only place was Woodstock HD. After talking more, Jason wrote back stating he didn't think they could get me to where I wanted to be so advised I go some where who could. In all, I guess I am upset somewhat that if I had not researched my build I never would have learned the issues involved in the stage two upgrade I was trying to do. I would have had them do it possibly not getting the true performance out of the bike I had hoped for. I can't really say anything about the quality of the work they do, ratings were pretty good. I wanted to pass this along for others to read and be aware of. Bill
