Loved my pizza at wild pie- im writing my review as I'm thinking I need to go back asap! Lots of options- either pick off the menu or build your own. To me the dough was top notch (so hard to find in jax), flavors were on point and ingredients were fresh. I got a mushroom white pizza (hold the potatoes, cuz, scoof, I dont like potatoes) and it was so tasty both in person and reheated the next day. It hurts my heart to not give this place 5 stars, but the apps just werent good... at all. The garlic knots were flavorless and hard to chew. The caesar salad was so basic & a waste of money. Just stick to pizza and whether u r vegan or not u'll love it!

I can't believe it took me so long to try this place. It's amazing! Service was great; pizza was yummy. Let me be more specific. I eat vegan about 2/3 of the year for religious reasons. My pizza options are VERY limited--and usually the crust or the cheese of a vegan pizza is unfortunate. I've dealt with super thin crust options that are not filling and don't hold up to veggie toppings. I've been to places where the "cheese" is a congealed mass of thickened fat. With Wild Pie, the crust is the perfect balance of crisp and filling. At Wild Pie, there is just enough cheese to stick everything together -- and with multiple vegan cheeses, you get a medley of delicious textures. We were so impressed with the Pear Out, the Meatless Lover, and the Rustic Rita especially. We also got one gluten-free crust option and that was a huge hit with those who needed it. I don't have pictures of the pizza because we fell on it like starved lions. I am attaching an updated menu photo.

I'm not vegan but the food sounded so good here that I wanted to check them out. Located in the busy shopping area at Beach and Hodges, Wild Pie looks inviting and like a breath of fresh air, in part thanks to the plants including the live wall. We wanted to try their cooked food so we went with the spicy impossible meatballs and garlic parm monkey bread to start and the power to the pesto pizza. I love cheese and garlic bread, and this one was very good. The meatballs were as well, but they had that density that I've come to know from meat substitutes and they were not spicy. We enjoyed the pizza. The crust was the best part as it was light and chewy, which worked very well with toppings that were a bit heavy. We washed it all down with their housemade drinks - lemonade and mandarin orange - which were self-serve. Overall, the food was good, the place was very clean, and the service was great. Prices in my opinion were a bit high (i.e, $9.50 for six pieces of bread). Having lived on the west coast, I have tried a number of vegan options and this place definitely does vegan food well. However, as a non-vegan, I probably wouldn't choose this place over a regular pizza joint but I love the fact that it increases the options for all. I might stop back by to try some of their desserts with my lactose intolerant and milk/dairy free relatives. I'm actually quite interested in the oat milk soft serve ice cream, and the chocolate chip cookies looked quite good as they were being pulled out of the oven.

recently tried Wild Pie after a recommendation from a coworker, and I'm glad I did! I ordered the Phony Pepperoni, and it was an extremely good vegan pizza. The flavors were spot-on, though I felt it could have used a bit more sauce. The prices are a little on the high side, but that's typical for vegan restaurants, and the quality made it worth it. Overall, I really enjoyed it and would definitely try this place again!

Finally made it out to Wild Pie pizzeria serving a 100% plant-based menu. They offer innovative pizzas, salads, "Nibbles" and desserts, located at 13500 Beach Blvd.in Jacksonville, FL. This all plant-based pizza shop is quickly becoming one of my go-to lunch options! I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I enjoy the pizza here, nonetheless - and it's a good option for anyone doing meatless Mondays or anyone who doesn't feel like cooking, but also doesn't want to resort to something too unhealthy. I usually do take-out, but there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well. It's cute. Pizzas come in three sizes, with the smallest at just 4 slices. I think Power to the Pesto is my favorite, although Kale Me Maybe and different versions of a build-your-own have also worked their way into my repertoire. I wouldn't have guessed that all the food was plant-based and dairy-free if I didn't know ahead of time, but I also wouldn't say it's exactly like your typical pizza place. There's something unique to the flavors here, in a good way. Hence, if I'm really craving pizza, I probably wouldn't come here to fulfill that jones - but I also catch myself specifically craving Wild Pie sometimes! Note: They have a mobile app you can use to order ahead and earn loyalty points that you can cash in for free food (and who doesn't love free food!?). The app is rather minimalist in its design, and I haven't found a way to see your current point total or a list of all the redemption options - BUT it will alert you upon checkout if you have enough points to apply to your order, so you don't need to worry about any points going unused.

Accidentally found this place and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. I was really excited they were dairy-free and plant based. Hard to find. Boy howdy, am I glad I did. My wife and daughter were hesitant. They changed their minds quickly. Upon walking in, the crew was super friendly. The place was super clean and laid out nicely. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered small just to make sure we liked it. We ordered the seasonal 8" pizza, A Pear Affair and the Meat(less) Calzone. Both were outstanding and absolute delicious. Cooked perfectly. Tasted amazing. They also have oat milk soft serve in vanilla, chocolate or twist. So looking forward to this but unfortunately, the vanilla machine was acting up :( Maybe next time because there will be a next time. We are addicted because this place is EPIC!

    Garlic Parm Monkey Bread
    Christina S.

This is a completely vegan pizza place that offers different specialty pizzas, build your own pizzas, salads, and more. My coworkers ordered a few things for our team, and everything was so fantastic! She got us a pepperoni pizza, the meat-less lovers pizza, and the garlic monkey bread. The pepperoni pizza and meatless lovers were similar, but I prefer the meatless lovers since it was a bit spicer because of the vegan sausage. The garlic bread had a fantastic garlic flavor, perfectly cooked, but a little too heavy on the oil for me. Overall, it's wildly impressive that these are vegan! Vegan or not, this place is certainly worth a try, and the flavors will impress anyone looking for a good lunch. I wish they were closer to me so I could order all the time!

If I didn't know what Wild Pie was, I would not have known that the pizzas we had were 100% plant-based. We ordered POWER TO THE PESTO and VEG OUT. The pesto was our fave. I've never had potatoes on a pizza, so that was a nice surprise. The dough had a great chew and flavor. The veg out was decent, I love pizza loaded with veggies. The downside is that it weighs down the slice. All in all, we were pleased with our choices. Service was with a smile, and the staff was helpful. Super cute interior and some outdoor seating too. So many things I want to try -- oat milk soft serve, salads, brussels and breads. Will definitely be back!

Ok, y'all betta listen! % vegan pizza parlor and it's super cute, but that ain't the important part BAYBEEEEE, Wild Pie tastes so darn goodt!!! It tastes freakishly real! If this place wasn't % vegan, I would have been up there to verify its vegan status because the taste was unbelievable. Then the prices--got 2 pizzas and garlic knots for $40, usually I spend $30 buckaroos on just 1 pizza! Don't even ask about the cheese, 'cause of course I Googled it! It's apparently only available to restaurants in wholesale, but listen doe, THAT CHEESE WAS AMAZING! Oh, oh, oh! And baybe, they're open from 11 am till 10 PM, Monday to Friday! They're not playing with y'all!! This game right here, they said, "hold my pizza I GOTZ THIS!" Then they're gonna start doing delivery Saturday, December 2nd, so you already know--pizza for lunch at work! Baybe, I haven't had pizza this good in like ever. I've had a second best, but hunnty no! ‍ And I ain't even mentioned the service! In fact, I gotta ask ole girl her schedule 'cause I dang near refuse to go into that place when she ain't there! I don't know her name, but she was on it! I mean, down to when I was stuffed, working my way to having the ability to go up and ask for a to-go box, she was on some telepathic stuff 'cause she brought me a to-go box and didn't forget the to-go order i ordered when i first came in 'cause I most definitely would've walked right out without it! And she was just overall so knowledgeable and kind about everything. I haven't given a place a perfect rating in a hot, hot minute, but baybe, they earned it!!!!

The staff were fantastic. The food came out quickly. As a guy whose esophagus closes up when dairy is consumed I appreciate the heck out of this restaurant . The pizza (Kale Me Maybe) was delicious. The side salad was good. The cookie was really good! Overall, a solid 8.75/10. Definitely recommended!

It's a one-person operation, so service can be a bit slow, but the food feels authentically made with care. We ordered the 2 burritos, 2 tacos, and a drink deal. Burritos are medium-sized, comparable to Chipotle, and while one is enough for me, the full combo would just satisfy a bigger appetite. The burritos were a bit soggy and could've been more generously filled. The tacos were the stars -- palm-sized but packed with flavor. The tripa taco was perfectly fatty and crispy, while the lengua was soft and flavorful. I'd come back for the tacos over the burritos. Drinks are self-serve from a cooler in front of the truck. There are two self-serve salsas -- a fresh green one and a spicier red; I preferred the red for its kick. Price-wise, it's on the higher end for a taco truck, which might be a drawback for some. Still, the taste delivers. If you're not in a rush and want a casual, no-frills taco stop with strong flavors, Jalapeño Express is worth trying.

I'm not sure that that helped me understand this menu any better but, I asked him for a recommendation. He said that the tropical pollo ($10) was their award-winning dish. The meat - steak, chicken, or pork (which they were out of) - is served on a taco, in a wrap, or on a hoagie. The meals come with a side - fries, fresh tortilla chips, or cilantro lime slaw. The tropical pollo consisted of bourbon marinated chicken, cilantro lime slaw, pineapple salsa, and chipotle remoulade. As one who doesn't like a lot of sauces or soggy food, I asked for the remoulade sauce on the side. My meal was ready quickly and it looked delicious! The tortillas were stuffed and the fries were skinny! I took a bite of the taco without the sauce and the chicken was nicely marinaded but it needed more flavor, salt, in particular. The pineapple salsa was good but the cilantro slaw wasn't distinct enough to stand out. To add more flavor, I added some of the chipotle remoulade. The sauce had a little kick to it! Unfortunately, between the sauce, the juice from the meat, and the slaw, the tortillas were soggy, with juice lining the bottom the carton. The best part of the meal was the side. The fries were really good - thinly cut and crispy but not hard. Open for about a year, Wauga Wauga has a unique name, some interesting combinations, and a very friendly owner. The Venus wings were solic with pretty good texture but ridiculously overpriced with a price tag of 13$ for 5 wings which is a scam, if you charging 15$ for wings they gotta be the best wings ever (they weren't). The Buffalo sauce that comes with the wings was definitely hot and the bba and ranch were decent. All in all, it's a solid spot that ! could see myself coming back to for their Mercury burger.
