Thank you, For having the best Deli in the region. Order the BART Special Vegetarian Sourdough roll, ALLthe veggies, your choice of cheese and a yellow mustard. The bomb !! Cheers

Upon entering the store, you immediately come upon their impressive produce section. Highlights included locally grow strawberries, early girl tomatoes, and fresh basil. I also purchased a fresh made sandwich (called the Henry Cowell). Super tasty! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool market :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Turkey sandwich on sourdough with avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, jalapeños, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers. 11.5/10. Delicious!

Stopped by here for lunch after hiking at Henry Cowell. 10/10 satisfied with the sandwich I got. $11.99 for a Turkey sandwich on sourdough with avocado, sprouts, carrots, jalapeños, cucumbers, and all the regular veggie fixings. Delicious!

    Front window a reminder!

Organic is at the heart of this Felton Market, from Fresh Fish, seafood, poultry, and grass-fed beef. Let's not forget cheese, dairy, and more! Organic is a significant option. Knowledgeable Members of the team staff the homeopathic area, helping make helpful health decisions. The staff are engaging and attentive! Wait, wait, the bulk organic buckets of spices, flour choices, grains to nuts, not to forget sweets!! Go and enjoy!

So anytime I go camping or a day trip somewhere, I'll always search out a local market where I can stock up on food and drinks. I'll bring some stuff from my fridge as to get rid of somethings, but some things I wanna get it as fresh as I can. Plus it'll support the local economy on where I am visiting. Wild Roots is super similar to a Whole Foods selection wise. Everything is organic and more natural, thus avoiding the national brands. The meats and produce are more upscale, thus also more expensive. For a few days worth of stuff, I don't compare prices around. I just go with one place. There's about 5 long aisles, most things you find at a regular grocery store, you'll be able to find here, just in that Whole Foods mode of quality. They had a counter butchery with very little already wrapped and ready. If you're getting meat, you'll have to go through somebody, old school style. I kinda like it. I was able to get a 'whole' naturally raised flank steak for a really good price. Like $12/lb, but you had to get the whole slab, they wouldn't cut it for you, as it gets harder to sell to people as they collect smaller pieces. Understandable. I walked away with 1 3/4 lb, when all I wanted was a pound or slightly over. Just had bigger portions for the meals that's all. Lol There's also a deli area that seems popular during the day hours. I didn't try, as I like to get my ingredients and make my own snacks and sandwiches as I go. I did get a large baguette from here from a Watsonville bakery that was awesome. It was a dense and chewy sourdough with all kinds of seeds on the outside, most being pumpkin seeds. I've never seen that before so I had to try. It was legit and very filling. Like a little 4 inch slab, cut to make a sandwich was incredibly filling and satisfying. I munched on this with different things for my trip. I came in twice on my 3 day stay, for small pick ups and ice. The cashiers were pretty nice and the parking area is suffice. Easy ins and outs. That's all I need for my mini-vacay's grocery needs.

I'm so sad. This is admittedly an irrational review, but this is my first postpartum sandwich that I was beyond looking forward to and I asked for a sprouts and they put pickled jalapeños on it instead. It brought me to literal tears when I got home and unwrapped it.

They keep ordering the wrong food at this store and it ends up costing $10 extra in food every time.

Excellent customer service in the deli and pharmacy. Great organic veggies and fruit along with a first class meat department.

All the aisles had very well curated selections. The deli was amazing. The Henry Cowell Club was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!

I must admit this store has had some issues especially during Covid times. Ok that's over. I have…read morecome back and have been finding new and interesting products on the shelves. I appreciate the fresh produce. And as for everything, look it over. I have found "old" stuff available even in Costco. In the mountains, it's a long drive to other popular markets. This is convenience. Usually Ben Lomond produce may last longer than the farmers market. But, I try to take advantage of all. I'm so glad to have much available to me here in the mountains. My friends in other states do not have this much available to them. Love it here

All the employees are very sweet and helpful except one. The snide older "blonde" woman is terribly…read morerude, both to customers and her employees (I believe she is either a manager or possibly one of the owners). Constantly scolding the kind cashiers in front of customers for very minor transgressions which is not a good look. Very disrespectful atmosphere. No wonder turnover rate seems high. Little containers of fudge at checkout covered in fuzzy white mold. Frozen goods are icy/freezerburnt and seem like they've been defrosted several times. Prices are consistently high. They recently added a self check that has not been turned on/usable a single time in the few dozen times I've been here, what's the point? I go here because it's 15 minutes closer than Felton Safeway, but the "convenience" is heavily outweighed by other factors.
