FIRST TIMER! Great experience from ordering over the phone to picking up to trying MIKES PIZZA! Prices, UNBEATABLE. Quality, AMAZING. Service, A-1. I got 8 large pizzas for around 70 bucks. My first time hearing people call the Supreme pizza a "garbage" pizza. Unsure if it's a Midwest thing, but I LOVED their garbage pizza. Mikes pizza is more of a thin crust pizza. The pizza is not the extra doughy type of pizza where you get a lot of bread. The ingredients/toppings are evenly proportioned to the dough. Service was quick. Took about 30 minutes from the time I ordered to pick up. This is a pick up/delivery only. Not a sit down restaurant. Thank you to the two female employees who brought out my pizzas to the car so I wouldn't get burned from the hot fresh pizza. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality fresh pizza! read more

Last Saturday, we ordered pizza after our late-night concert at a place that turned out to be the perfect spot. The pizza was very good, with a great price, fast baking, and delicious toppings. The guy who took our order was really nice, and I couldn't help but notice how affordable the prices were for the quality of pizza they gave. It's a small, little storefront with some seats and a bench to wait. I only waited 5 min too! The pizza was fresh and delicious. I would definitely order again from this place if in the area! Great pizza. Great pricing. Long wait time most days. But the pizza and the price are well worth it. Just make sure to order ahead and be flexible. You may end up waiting slightly longer than you were quoted, but I find it very hard to complain about the price or the quality of the product. It is carry out only, no seating available. read more

The Garbage Pizza is the bomb. It is loaded with ingredients. It is spicy, but we like it that way.

Where to start so here we go, For one my company called to put in for a 12 pizza order and then the woman that takes the order is rude as hell and demands that we pay them additional 30% for delivery on top of regular delivery charges and gets an attitude and questions us about paying for additional charges. Yeah right. So mike's pizza read this and get a firm understanding no company is going to be hassled and talked to as if they are working for mikes pizza and with that woman demanding a company to pay additional $45-$50 for a delivery charge on top of a $100+ food order on top of regular delivery payment have y'all lost your minds but as of today we will not be doing any more business with mikes pizza so thank your new business model for that one. UPDATE: let this be a business reminder as how not to try to extort money for food for delivery schemes and trying to make people pay more for these. Ridiculous prices for one food delivery costing people additional monies. So we took or business to little ceasars and ordered a whopping 34 pizzas and they was pleased and happy to do business with us. read more

The pizza from Mike's Pizza is very good if you're fortunate enough to receive it accurately and hot. Two of my last three orders have been wrong and/or cold after being delivered more than 40 minutes after their stated delivery windows. Both with the same driver. Fortunately, I placed my orders through the Slice app so I can have a safeguard against what has been a rapid decline in service from Mike's pizza as of late. Tonight, pizza was ordered for a birthday celebration. It arrived almost an hour late and wrong, so I reached out to Slice chat support. They offered the option of a refund or replacement, and I chose refund because recent negative experiences with Mike's does not instill confidence in them doing the right thing. Slice followed up saying they could not authorize a refund because Mike's would not agree to it, but that Mike's would send out a replacement pizza. An hour and a half later, Mike's is closed and there's still no contact nor pizza. I contacted Slice again, who basically told me I was S.O.L. I called their contact number and explained the situation to the phone support person. 10 minutes later, I got notification of a refund. I had been ordering from Mike's for more than a year without issue, but all good things eventually come to an end. I'm not going to knock the quality of their pizza, but if you decide to order from them, I strongly recommend picking up your pizza yourself. read more

I'm usually nice when ordering over the phone. I mainly do deliver. on 12/16 I order pizzaa half chicken and half beef with green peppers, onions and black olives and I guess the person ordering was getting confused and said ughhhh really mean and hung up on me. I called back and the phone never pick back up for a long period of time. this was did on purpose . Then a young lady ask me did I want to speak to a manager. I said yes. he never called me. Then the young lady ask me did I wanna to place my order I said yes and I ask to add on a sausage pizza. When it came for delivery it was still messed up. Never got my half chicken half beef pizza. She only charge me for 1 sausage pizza and I had 6 kids over that night, I was very upset. I end up ordering 2 pizza's from papa John's. I will not be ordering from mikes and that is my go to pizza. 2/2/2025 the woman, named Jasmine, manning the phone, needs to learn phone etiquette, RUDE beyond words, my pizza was cold, we ate what we could, decided to call and give them a heads up for the next customer, she was so unprofessional, I told her that I've been a loyal customer since the 70's. it went south from there, we went back and forth, I don't kindly with anyone getting smart with me over the phone. I did end up saying that maybe I should go by there, she told DATZ KOO!! I called back to talk to a manager, the person told me they were the manager, I told her the problem, they put me on hold when they came back on they informed me the person said they were not rude to me, than proceeded on telling me, I TOLD YOU I WOULD GIVE YOU ANOTHER PIZZA! I've been ordering from Mike's for several years now. Pizza tastes good , especially for the price, but their customer service is terrible. I ordered a pizza this evening and the order taker repeated my order back correctly but the pizza I received was not correct. When I called back to tell them that this happened, not only this time but the time prior (same order I've been placing for 2 years almost weekly), I was told there was nothing they could do. If I told them she repeated my order correctly but failed to input it correctly...how is that my fault and how is it that "nothing" could be done. Not an apology or anything. read more

Normally we love mikes and we never have an issue ordering. But for whatever reason this rude ass lady felt the need to have an attitude and not award us the 3 for 2 card. It's a shame, my family has been ordering from this place for YEARSSSS. Despite the issues other people have had with them we continued because we never had problems. My brothers on the other hand who both have a mikes card have dealt with this child before. Been ordering pizza here for over 30 years. This was my favorite pizza place IN LIFE, until recently. The employees have lost their passion and customer service is worst that it has ever been...and they never had good customer service. However, the poor customer service was often overlooked because the quality of the pizza was top tier. But, recently the quality has turned into pure trash. You will be LUCKY these days for your order to be prepared how you ask. Instead, you often either get your food not the way you order or your food with either a random meat you didn't order, piece of hair, or a band aid. And, good luck complaining because they will blame you, refund your money, and refuse to take any accountability. As a result, no more lines and no more waits. I spared the photos because I honestly hope they change for the better but honestly it's not looking good. I would not recommend Mikes at all. First off they deliver your pizza to any address and tell you that you signed for the pizza.Then apologize saying oh we delivered to the incorrect address. Then had the nerve to insult me saying we can give you 6 pack of pop, umm I think not ! I order the pizza at 6:43 and at 8:30 I had to go in person to get my money back, all because the driver claimed she delivered to my house. It's sad that they lost a loyal customer.
