I've tried numerous times to order to-go and no one picks up the phone when I call. I went to the location yesterday to hopefully eat lunch with a friend and we walked in and stood there....and stood there.... I looked for an employee... No bartender no waitresses no hostess. Finally I saw one waiter waaaay across the room who made eye contact and still didn't walk over to seat us. Yes the sign that said please wait to be seated was out. Another recent visit I noticed the lunch bar (that I was told by management was taken down and not coming back for sanitation reasons) is back.... Gross. (Score is a 90 not 93) Of all the places in the area that a person could get wings this place is just not worth the disappointment you'll probably experience after getting the check. read more

Solid place for a wing lover. I've never had bad service here either. Only bad thing would be when they have live music because you feel like you're at a rock concert and you can't hold a conversation with whoever you came with. Overall though, a good place for anyone that likes wings. read more

Disappointed with the last 2 times i've got to go orders from here. 1st time i had bone-in and they were extremely overcooked and oily. 2nd time we had boneless and again they were overcooked and dry. Wow, what a difference. Service used to be frustratingly slow and food was only passable. Tonight, no wait on a super busy sports night and our server was around in 5 minutes with drink orders. Took our food order right away, which came out in 15 minutes, hot AND correct. She checked on us no less than 3 times, and the food was really good. No waiting on the check either. Don't know if it new management or something else, but this is a place I would certainly recommend for wings, burgers, and sports coverage. read more

Total rip off. Twice now we have ordered 30 wings to go. We've requested blue cheese for the sauce and PAID for 5 additional blue cheese with the order. Two Words THE BOMB!!! I and my spouse went last night and the customer service was on point. The bar drinks were good I ordered an amaretto sour, perfect, and my spouse ordered a liquid marijuana she wasn't too pleased with her drink because there wasn't enough alcohol. Then she ordered and enjoyed a lemon drop shot. The fountain drinks were flat and left an aftertaste. The food OMG the food was great we order the nacho bowl, 6 nuggets and 6 wings, and fries. Everything was seasoned, sauced and cooked to perfection. I even enjoyed the band. We will be visiting again!!! read more

We have been to Wild wing Cafe in Briarcreek maybe 10 times and they always have a big crowd. The place is noisy but the wings are the best we have found in Raleigh. The 25 pcs sampler plate is the way to go - they have about 50 styles of wings to choose from so you should be able to find something you like.This place has many TVs so you should be able to catch your favorite game.This is your typical wing/sports bar so it will always be loud and often will be packed with people. read more

I got take out from here once and it was ok. The blue cheese and ranch flavored wing sauce were what I chose on that order. I took my Dad there tonight on a separate trip and wasn't impressed. The wings and beer seem overpriced. .50 cents for a half full ranch cup to dip onion rings in..... I understand paying .50 for EXTRA dressing, but shouldn't onion rings come with at least one free dipping sauce??? Anyways, the waitress was nice. I also wish they had more local brews. First time at this restaurant today & most likely will not be returning. Ordered takeout & was told to go to the back of the building in this small room right next to the kitchen. There were no signs outside indicating this is the place for Togo orders which is weird. I ordered the 18 wings with three different sauces. While I was waiting in the cold creepy Togo room other customers came in & were wondering where the person behind the counter was. There was only one girl back there by herself, I told them she will be back out. While waiting for her, I spotted smoke in the kitchen, the other customer had a better view & said it was one of the cooks vaping. I don't care what it was but it shouldn't have been going on in a kitchen, & I'm referring to sanitation concerns. I normally wouldn't make a big deal about this but they messed up my order. As for the food that's what was the main cause for the poor review. The wings are tiny & they had barely any sauce on the wings that did have sauce. One of the three sauces I ordered wasn't included & I had six bare wings. This is what really ticked me off since I wanted to see if the sauces were as good as they advertise. Maybe instead of your cooks vaping they should pay better attention to the ticket orders. Well, I was actually excited about trying this place today and though the food was okay, the service was HORRIBLE. Our server was miserable - left our entire table wondering why she was even there. Had one of the worst service experiences of my life on Wed. night. Waited two hours for a table when the restaurant wasn't extremely busy - then we discovered that they had given our table to another party by mistake. The error was tolerable, but the way the manager handled the situation was unnacceptable. There were several options that would've been reasonable efforts to make things rights -- explain to the party that was just seated in our place that there was an error and seat us instead, offer to comp our meal and/or drinks, shift some other tables around to accodomodate us, etc. Instead, the manager basically said "tough luck" and disappeared to the back rather than try to deal with us. He hung the poor hostess out to dry. When we asked for a round of drinks to be comped as compensation - he shockingly refused. It's also a rather clichey place with a lot of regulars that seem to get favorable treatment. A cynic might think that they seated their friends before us. In addition, it was trivia night and we were leading the contest until a final round that included five personal questions about the trivia host -- again, if you weren't in the WW cliche you were out of luck. The food here is OK and I've heard they have good bands ocassionally (although the two times I've been when they had live music it was brutal). However, the eight of us in our party on Wed. won't be returning - the manager was so disrectful that we cannot see giving this poorly-run franchise any more business. Go-to for Sunday football. Always have great service and food. A lot of the wait staff always say hey because they recognize us. Yes they have smaller tvs but they accommodate you and will even allow you to move if you arrive late and can't see your tv right away. Also a good place to grab a drink and chill. They always have bands on the weekend so if your trying to hear a game don't go there when the bands playing. They usually start later though. read more

I will NEVER patronize this establishment at this location. I live 30 mins away and called at 10 pm before I drove here to get more information. Hostess indicated our order would have to be put into the kitchen by 12 although they do not close until 2 am. We get to the establishment at 11:30 only to find out that they only have a late night menu consisting of only traditional and boneless wings . If you have an individual who is answering the phone EDUCATE them on what to tell people when they call in for information because clearly I would not have drove 30 plus minutes for nothing. The waitress was very nonchalant about the situation and did not offer any type of consideration for what we were saying although it was not going to change the fact that they did not have a full menu available. We left and came to Ale House where it is clearly posted "Full Menu available til 2 am. Only gave 1 star because I wanted to give 0 but it won't let me post without a star rating. read more

Customer service is very poor. The bartenders were nice and sweet, but I cannot recommend the manager. A part of my order was missing and I called back at least 12 times but it kept going to voicemail during business hours, so I had to drive back to the restaurant. The manager on duty seemed unconcerned about my inconvenience. I alerted him to the fact that phones were not being answered and he didn't even apologize or pretend to take action (he's losing potential phone orders)! I asked for my money back and was told because I ordered online (from their official website) that online orders are handled by a third party website and to go back online and call the 1800 number listed. There is no 1800 number listed and per the website all issues with orders should be handled by the restaurant. I contacted the regional manager about this issue. It happened after corporate business hours and if the regional manager handles my grievance satisfactorily I will update my review to reflect this. read more

Went there on my lunch to get the wing buffet. Once we were seated and ordered our drinks and went up the wing bar there was no food on the buffet except the macaroni salad. After telling our waitress who stated she told the kitchen 5 minutes earlier we waited another 15 minutes before they brought anything out. Mind you it was the "lunch buffet". We have lived in Brier Creek for 5 years and been here many times with decent service and pretty good food for a bar. However this past week the wife and I, both professionals and 50's needed a quick beer and food on Saturday. When we sat at the bar it was obvious the pair of young guys next to us were seriously intoxicated. Loud, pushing each other, you know the scene. My wife approached management only to have the "manager" (who ended up being just a host, pretending to be Mgr) go to the drunks and let them know we were complaining. Rather than call them a cab/Uber he pretty much set them upon us. One threatened my wife while the other myself. While, knowing neither were any threat physically in their state we simply stood and left. Wife forgot her sweater and when returned the "real" manager met her at the door and did apologize. However no effort made neither to compensate or remove drunks. read more

I LOVE wings. We had the 25 wing sampler platter where you can try 5 different sauces. The wings were meaty and the skin was crispy! All in all a winner for me.
