This was my first visit to the Oak Brook location for Wildberry and this place did not disappoint. Although the parking lot that is dedicated to Wildberry is significantly tiny. We were there on a Sunday morning and were able to park in the other parking lots for the other businesses as well When we came in on Sunday morning, there was no way or line so we seated immediately which was fantastic and our server was incredible. She definitely had a lot of energy, super personable and patient with us as well. The food came out super fast and piping hot, which is exactly how I like it. Nothing disappointed everything was super tasty and delicious. What I think is great about this location is that even when it did get busy and crowded something about the acoustics in the set up here did not make it as loud as a location in Schaumburg I would definitely be coming back here again as it is super consistent with the quality of food and the pricing

I went to Wildberry Pancakes & Café on a Friday morning and had such a great experience! There was no wait, and the staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. I had previously only been to their downtown Chicago locations, so I'm really happy to have a location closer to me now. The food is just as good as the downtown locations, which is honestly the best part. The ambience is lovely and the service was fast. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which is my go-to order because I love that their recipe includes jalapeños and bacon. It adds the perfect amount of flavor and makes their chicken and waffles stand out from other places. Definitely glad to have a Wildberry closer to home, and I'll be coming back!

Such a charming little breakfast spot with a ton of gluten-free options, including gluten-free pancakes! Love the fact that they also offer gluten-free bread, and I love the indoor outdoor concept, especially when the weather is so beautiful in the summertime in Chicago. Service was great and we will definitely go back!

The food here never disappoints. Their menu is broad enough to offer something for everyone. I've been here on two weekend brunches and was impressed both times. They are always busy - definitely take advantage of the call-ahead reservation system! The open, airy feel with the added greenery and skylights makes this a treat for the eyes as well. My only concern would be if you're a bit sensitive to heat, you might want to request a table that's not on the patio. It doesn't tend to get terribly hot but in crowded warmer days it can be less comfortable.

Heard this location opened not too long ago, so we decided to check it out. There were quite a few people waiting inside, and unfortunately the online waitlist wasn't working. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes before getting seated. The decor inside is very nice -- earthy and modern. It does feel like they tried to fit in as many tables as possible, which makes it a bit tight for servers and staff to move around, especially when it's busy. I ordered the iced vanilla berry latte and it was a 10/10. I've had it before and it never disappoints -- mostly vanilla with a subtle hint of berry that isn't overpowering. I also got the fresca omelet and it was delicious. The tomatoes really made the dish, and the mozzarella and basil tied everything together perfectly. The hash browns were just okay -- I asked for extra crispy, but some pieces were still undercooked. The other omelets at the table were very good as well. Service was good overall, especially considering how loud and busy it was. I'd be curious to come back on a less hectic day for a calmer experience.

Really enjoyed lunch here and looking forward to trying breakfast! The bright and hip vibe envelops you as soon as you walk in with a cute espresso bar for anyone wanting to just grab a coffee. We were surprised at how much seating there was, we didn't have to wait for a table at lunch time during the week. I ordered the chopped salad and was impressed with the size- I was reminded of Seinfeld's Elaine craving a BIG SALAD. She'd find it here at Wildberry! It also came with a little pretzel roll that was delightful. My friend ordered the Wildberry salad and enjoyed that as well, saving half for later! The breakfast platters that passed us by as we sat looked delicious and I'm planning to head back to try the pancakes next!

We came here on a weekend, and it is really busy, with usually around a 10-15 minute wait, but the waiting goes by really quickly. The place itself is very nice and big, with many waiters around able to help you. They have a very big selection of dishes and drinks that you can order. A couple Saturdays ago, I came with my mom. We've been anticipating this Wildberry opening since we saw it being built. It's airy and modern inside. The seating is a little close, but it works for the type of restaurant it is. We ordered the Blueberry Danish Pancakes, Oreo S'mores Pancakes, Barbacoa Chilaquiles Skillet, Honey Cinnamon Latte, & Gingerbread Chai Latte. Everything was delicious (I did need to add a little salt to my chilaquiles, but not much)! I finished every bite. This is the third location (I know of) so I was expecting average. When I took my first sip of the chai, I knew I was going to be pleased. Our server was attentive and conversational too! I appreciated her because that's not easy to do on a packed day. Another thing I noted was while you're waiting for a table, you can order a latte/coffee and small bite at the cafe intentionally placed where you walk in. Smart! My only critique is a possibility of booking too many tables at once. We added ourselves to the waitlist and were notified that the table was ready, but still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Not an issue with me, but something to consider adjusting (especially for larger parties). Overall 8.5/10

This has quickly become our favorite breakfast spot because of the friendly service, in house coffee bar, freshly pressed juices, massive menu, and speedy service. Most importantly the consistency of the food is always top notch. They are a well run establishment, even during peak breakfast and brunch hours.

The ambience amazing first time at Wildberry at this location. Glad we came early by the time we left the waiting room was packed and out the door. This place had an upbeat, friendly vibe for the food was a little pricey, but after we got to taste the food, we could see why the quality and THE FOOD had the WOW factor taste. You could tell that it was a high-quality ingredients. THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT YOU EAT WITH YOUR EYES ALSO GREAT PRESENTATION OVERALL PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, GOOD FOOD, AND GREAT AMBIENCE. This location is new to Oak Brook and it's already at 5 stars. Normally I figure newly open restos need some time to get the kinks out, not here! I highly recommend utilizing their waitlist via Yelp on weekends. Our group of 3 dined in at 11:30am and it was sardine crammed packed. Luckily we placed ourselves in line before getting there and waited a whole 5 minutes. The space is designed similar to other wildberrys'. This might be my favorite 1 though. It feels more spacious and has lots of natural lighting. Service was consistent, timed out well, and staff members were friendly and kind. Luis their GM is a familiar face from their Schaumburg location and now runs this one instead. He's awesome! Pricing here is on the premium side when compared to other breakfast places, something to keep in mind. I started with the hazelnut latte (decaf with almond milk). It was creamy, nutty and the perfect way to start my morning. For food I had the signature berry bliss crepes and made a few modifications to it (no mascarpone and add pecans). Very delicious! The crepes were cooked exactly how I like them, fluffy yet crispy-ish. The fruit and pecans give it different textures and everything went well together.

Wildberry Pancakes has opened up a location in Oakbrook. I came in on Sunday morning and dine in for breakfast. Nice spacious dining area, indoor heated patio which isn't open as of yet. It has a new fresh smell when you walk inside My server Sherlyn was friendly, attentive and very polite. Overall my experience was really nice. I ordered the garden skillet & a hot vanilla berry latte. I first ordered a cup of coffee but it was super strong with a bitter taste. The menu prices are expensive. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

New breakfast place alert! We love trying new restaurants. Very nice interior, our server is really nice. We pick out food from the specials menu. Dubai Chocolate Crepes - it is really good and not too sweet. Perfect for my coffee! They have good coffee here. They even offer to-go coffee cup before we leave. Omelette with turkey chili on top - this one is good, too! Interesting taste. Their serving is big and can be shared, in my opinion.

How has breakfast gotten so expensive for eggs, potatoes, and flour? The portions are large enough to share one dish. But, when the entree costs 22$? Better to just stay at home because your meal will cost 50-60$, not including the tip, if you both plan on getting your own breakfast and want to try their drinks. Ridiculous read more

It's quite cute inside. They are extremely busy. I recommend going online and getting on the waiting list because we did not and when my husband and I came, they wouldn't seat us until he came in from parking in the car. then they forgot about us until I said something then they sat us. The food is delicious. It was completely worth it and for being as busy as they are, the food did come out quite quickly. I do highly recommend coming here. read more

Very busy day but we were sat right away. Service was nice, informative and attentive. I'm a coffee drinker and my cup was never empty. I went with the Southern Benedict and wifey ordered the scrambler and pancakes to be delivered after she completed her first meal. Which was brought accordingly. The Southern Benedict was tasty with its s savory gravy. The biscuits that the eggs laid on top of seemed mass produced, flat, not spongy but thick and disappointing. I made a reservation several days in advance for 12pm and was surprised when on that day around 11:30 (around 30 before the scheduled reservation) I got a notification my reservation had been canceled. I called right away and the staff member told me that they had called my name and no one was there so they canceled the reservation....I said okay but my reservation time hasn't happened yet. I'm calling at 11:30 and the reservation is at 12. She then said oh you are right is everyone here now. I said no the reservation is at 12 so we will be there at 12 for the 12pm reservation. I don't think i've ever had a more confusing interaction in my life. Once we arrived and checked in we got called shortly after with last call!! We were a little alarmed since we had just checked in but thankful to be seated promptly. The restaurant itself is cute. The quality of the food and coffee was very good too. I enjoyed my latte and portions were large. The place however is VERY loud and hectic. This is expected for the holiday season but here it felt a little more than comfortable. Paired with reservation confusion this made for a STRESSFUL overall experience. Although I liked the food I feel more inclined to choose options nearby with better service or ambiance. As a long time oak brook resident not sure I will return. read more

The homemade almond vegan patty is terrible. It is complete mush. I had asked for it as a substitution for sausage as the skillet I ordered had sausage in it and I wish I hadn't cause it ruined my skillet. I could have picked out a sausage patty but this was so mushy it clung to the hashbrowns and other items in my skillet. The server saw I tried to pick it out and didn't comment. (I had a big pile of mush on a side plate). For the prices, location and atmosphere I expected a more attentive server. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it so I kept my mouth shut. I really like the innovative menu and liked everything else. I would like a smaller sized option for the fresh OJ and the latte. The smallest sizes were literally for two people. If you can send a chef to Prasino and try and recreate their veggie sausage patty I would come to you more. Prasino has captured the texture AND taste. read more

Food and service top notch....but I will not be back. When I meet up with friends at a restaurant, it's to have good conversation over the meal. You will not be conversing, you will be shouting, acoustics are that bad. So bad on this particular Sunday morning, neither my friend nor I finished our meal; simply, we were not able to enjoy it with the noise factor and need to shout to be heard. We expressed our displeasure though of no fault of our wonderful server. She, in turn, notified a manager who did come over with apologies and recommendation that we return on a weekday when it's not so noisy. No it's not about the day of the week, the place was not built/designed with the diner's comfort in mind. $65 down the drain....unable to finish our breakfast....because of the acoustics. Wonder how long this place will last? read more

Went to the Oak Brook location last week- it was delicious! Sunday morning brunch- time is obviously going to be very busy, so I recommend getting on the waitlist online- it will definitely speed things up! Service was great from everyone we interacted with, even with it being so busy, and the lobby being crowded because it was rainy, no one wanted to wait outside till their table was ready. Prices were a bit higher than your basic chain breakfast places, but the menu is much more interesting, and portion sizes were huge. I'd definitely go there again for breakfast or brunch if I'm in the area again. read more

We stopped here on our way into downtown Chicago expecting to avoid the holiday Monday rush - it was packed, but we were still seated immediately despite no reservation. Our server came over right away and was very friendly, we placed our order and had our food in less than 10 minutes. Amazing speed for how busy it was. The amount and quality of the food matched the prices, and everything was delicious. I was very pleased with the gluten free pancakes which had a nice honey drizzle, the bacon on the BLT was THICK, and the portions were huge. Would absolutely recommend and return. read more

We were able to join the waitlist before we left the house. This was a great time saver. The list is updated often so you know when to expect to be seated and leave accordingly. The food is consistently good. The Southern Benedict had nicely poached egg, perfectly made biscuits, and excellently fried sausage. The Banana Coconut crepe was thin and tender. We entered the restaurant when we were in the single digits on the waiting list. It's very crowded and no place to stand. Not comfortable and I have no suggestions on how to fix it -- so I'll grin and bear it. read more

I went to wildberry after church Sunday. I got there before the Sunday rush. Took about 5 minutes to get seated. I had the Belgium waffle with chicken and bacon and she had the ham eggs and hash browns with cheese.Both of the breakfasts were really good .The waitress were very nice and attentive. The ambience was nice. Everything look really good. The restaurant looks amazing. We both enjoyed ourselves and we're gonna come back soon. Good job Wildberry. My only regret is I didn't try one of their specialty lemonades, but I will next time. read more
