We had a great experience last night at Redstone. We had never been before and wanted to try it. While we didn't have the pleasure of eating outside (too cold) - we definitely will be back to try that. We ate at one of the booths in the bar and the bar itself is huge - and looks like a great casual place to grab a drink with someone. For drinks - we got the Signature Doli. While we still preferred Sullivan's rendition of the drink - this one was tasty. For appetizer - we got the Jerk Chicken Fondue. I would recommend this. The jerk chicken was quite good and I would love that as just an entree or in a salad. The fondue came with variety of veggies, and croutons and fruit. It was a great starter to share. For entrees - we got the Filet Mignon Cobb Salad and the Chicken Rotisseiere Salad. I loved my chicken salad and the honey lime dressing was delicious - especially paired with the bacon and corn bread croutons. It was delicious and my husband really enjoyed his steak salad. All in all - a great experience - great attention from the wait staff and lovely interior. We will be back. read more

If we could give zero stars! Hubby and I decided to try Redstone for the first time. When we pulled up, the aroma coming from the restaurant was smelling good, but that turned out to be a whole lie. Everything was ok until we got seated. The server's name was Taisha M. The service was slow and she knew it. She kept apologizing, saying that there was a birthday party she was serving even though we didn't see it for ourselves. When I went to the bathroom, I observed Taisha leaned back with her elbow on the counter having a convo with her coworkers. She had time to talk and hold entire conversations, but not enough time to give us better service. The drinks took forever. My husband's rose margarita was good. My sunset lemonade tasted like regular juice. I didn't like it but I drunk it anyway. About 15 minutes later, Taisha slammed the soup on the table. The Redstone chicken soup tasted like it came out of a can. It was more veggies than anything else. Very little noodles. Very stingy on the broth. Very disappointed. So here we are almost 1 hour later and still munching on this canned soup. No main dishes yet. I mentioned the slow as a snail service and my husband agreed. So we finally get our pasta dishes. He ordered the Chicken Pesto Bellagio. The chicken was paper thin and dry. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi that turned out to be a disaster. The shrimp in my scampi wasn't deveined as you can see in the picture. The pasta sauce was thin and lacked flavor. He asked for Tabasco sauce so he can eat the dry chicken in his pasta dish. I asked for Parmesan cheese so my sauce can have some sort of flavor. Even that was a fail! We didn't get the sauce and cheese until 20 minutes later (in my Spongebob voice). The cheese was obviously old. You can see the old and dry chunks in the bowl in the picture. Everything was bad all around except for the margarita. We wasted $97 and some change for mediocre food and service. I'm mad because it was my idea and ended up wasting our hard earned money. We always ask the million dollar question after every new dining experience: Will we return for more? The answer is an unanimous NO. Zero out of five stars. Will not recommend. read more

Not sure why this spot has low ratings, our experience on Christmas Eve was great! We came in as a family of 7, with a sleeping baby in a stroller for Christmas Eve around 3pm and we were seating at a nice table in the side room. Our server was BJ, and he was awesome. Right away he was willing to take many photos for us and was responsive to our many menu questions. We ordered a variety of things but my favorite was the ahi tuna appetizer and the chocolate cake with caramel sauce for dessert! Absolutely delicious, the sauce was the masterpiece of the cake! Everything that was ordered at the table was tasty, there wasn't anything that disappointed anyone. Well this place has history with me ! We were a band back in 2016 or 2018 we played music on the patio on selected Friday Nights! The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great! I came with a group of ten. I ordered the turkey burger and truffle fries. I have to say that I have had better in Wisconsin. The burger was sort of mealy. I only ate half. The truffle fries arrived warm, not hot, with little taste. In fact, the theme of the food was tasteless. The waiter apparently was new. The manager recognized this and proactively assigned additional help to the table which sped things up considerably. Overall, I really appreciated the ambience and the proactive service, so I would come again, but try a different dish. read more

Parking lot and friendly greeters. I was seated quickly at a bar table. The bartender Pepe was pretty busy and did his best to remain attentive to all of his tables. I ordered a beer nice cold and crisp Crab dip, nice flat bread chips and cucumber slices. The dip was nice and creamy. The artichoke pieces weren't chunky. I really enjoyed this dip. Spicy Thai noodles... Mushrooms, brocollini, and bok choy, Hot and steamy in temp upon arrival. Well balanced heat/flavor. I ordered chicken with mine and upon first sight the chicken looked raw but I was skinless and cooked to perfection. Nice and juicy to be exact. I even tried the key lime pie. A huge slice. Pretty good flavor. Glad I gave it a try. I would return as the ambiance is nice. The music was good. Fire place indoors and outdoors. A singer was outside entertaining patio diners. Came for lunch on a Saturday! Our waiter was nice, the drinks were well balanced, and the cornbread was tasty as always! We also ordered the buffalo shrimp appetizer and I'm disappointed at only 4 being on a plate for $19!! I came a couple years ago and it was basically a platter but I guess inflation?? Nonetheless, the shrimp were still good. The entrees were as expected from the menu. The appearance of the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. My drink from the bar had almost no flavor. Our calamari appetizer was sitting in pools of oil. The side salad with balsamic vinegar dressing was tasteless. My linguini and meatballs were without flavor, and the meatballs were not cooked through. The chicken tempura was the only redeeming part of the meal. It was prepared well. Although the staff was attentive, we were not in the mood to quibble. We just wanted a good meal, not negotiate a passable meal. We will never go to Redstone again. A total waste of time and money. I had a great time! The service was fantastic and the ambiance was dark and the noise was moderate which was perfectly fine with me! :-). The meatloaf was tender and I loved the cheese steak egg rolls! Macaroni and cheese was cooked to perfection! Loved the loaded mashed potatoes! I tried the blueberry lemon drop which was made with blueberry puree very tasty! I don't usually get dessert, however, I am happy that I did! Loved the vanilla crème brûlée topped with the pear! Went for brunch purposely made it for 3 o'clock to have the dinner, unfortunately, it wasn't that great It still had breakfast out and some of the meat you could tell was sitting there from breakfast. It was dried out like the prime rib and ham They didn't end up putting new meat out till after four we were pretty much done by then not worth the $65 a person. read more

I celebrated my birthday here yesterday. We were sat down right away but there was a delay of any server coming. The general manager took our drink and appetizer order. The waitress Emma came but had no idea the manager had already gotten us started. Overall the food and portion sizes were good. My suggestion would be for Emma be more attentive and wait for the response if you ask a question such as do you need anything. We also heard other birthdays being celebrated with the exception of asking at the desk when we checked in this was not mentioned or acknowledged. The restaurant was busy but not to loud. I may return because of the food with the hopes the service is better next time. read more

I rarely write reviews, but due to the quality of food and concerns about food safety, this experience warrants one. I hosted a private birthday dinner at Redstone American Grill on December 14, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of both the contractual expectations and the standards appropriate for a private event at this price point. The issues began with the first course. The salads served to my guests were brown, wilted, and clearly not fresh. Although the manager removed the plates from the table, no replacement course or alternative starter was offered. This lack of resolution was disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, the quality of the remaining food was equally concerning. An order of cornbread was served at the beginning of the event as an appetizer, but I had requested it be served with dinner. Instead, the cornbread sat out for hours and was later divided up and served as part of the dinner service. No fresh cornbread was offered. The private dining room was uncomfortably cold, forcing all guests to keep their coats on. Service was inattentive, and despite soft drinks being included in the dinner package, no soft drinks were served to my guest and we frequently had to track down staff just to get water. Basic service expectations were not met. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality, service, or professionalism promised in the contract or implied by the cost of the event. What should have been a memorable birthday celebration instead became a deeply disappointing and frustrating evening. By the conclusion of the event, I was extremely dissatisfied with how my guests and I were treated. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Redstone American Grill and do not recommend the restaurant, especially for private dining events. I wish that my guest and I would have taken a few pictures of the salad to further show the presentation and quality of the food served. Again, I wish I would have went with another restaurant to celebrate. read more

Easter Brunch is a tradition with my family and the last few years we've been visiting this restaurant. We had a 9 AM seating time, and it took a few for our drink order to arrive. The pomegranate mimosa was delicious. The buffet wasn't 5 stars. I think they forgot to light the sterno under the food because the eggs and other items were lukewarm. We were in a room off the side that had an outside seating area that looked cozy. The servers were very pleasant and professional, and the Easter bunny was a hit with the littles. read more

My chicken salad was plentiful with a generous amount of the rotisserie chicken that is a house specialty. i wasn't too crazy about the honey lime vinaigrette, but it didn't ruin the salad. We split a wedge of their delicious cornbread but we felt the price for a full skillet to be too high at just under $20 (for cornbread??) Redstone is consistently putting out great food. I haven't had a bad eat here . First the ambience is relaxed and laid back. Walk in and you have a massive bar area that greets you. You also have a nice outside area with a huge fire pit. That said, the food Is consistently on point. Array of offerings. I ordered a wonderful turkey chili cup of soup that came out in a small black kettle bowl...nice look. Very filling. Worth it. Because it was sooo filling, changed my mind on the entree and went with a nice ch9cken Cobb salad. I do recommend making a reservation though. My parents always rave about this place, specifically the Buffalo shrimp: which were AMAZING!!! I wish there were more than 4 though, especially for the price. We ordered 2 drinks, lemon drop and a strawberry doli which is their signature cocktail with a strawberry purée. Delicious! Appetizers were the Buffalo jumbo shrimp, Caesar salad and the Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection. The shrimp were the star of the show but those Brussel sprouts were close. The main meal for me was the Cajun cod and risotto which was pretty good. Those egg rolls though??! Chef's kiss!! But similar to the shrimp, I wish there was more. I just finished having first-time dinner at Redstone with a group of nine. I am not one to complain but when both the service and food come up so short I have to say - Good Luck! The server disappeared for 10-15 minutes repeatedly and the food was for the most part over cooked. It took 1:45 for our entrees to come out because of the slow everything. I got to the point of just wanting to get out of the restaurant. Excuses were offered but I don't go to restaurants to hear excuses. I entertain a fair amount for work and this is a place I will never visit again. Perhaps automatic tipping made the server not care or follow through. read more

In a word, "underwhelming." Firstly, this place is loud. Be prepared to have to talk over other patrons, which exacerbates the issue, I know. We were led to our table, a booth, and on the one side was a large tear, around 8-10" in length, exposing the foam. No attempt at even a cosmetic repair. I can't say I had ever been to a restaurant that did not set the table with water glasses for the patrons, or at least offer water, until now. Water was not brought out and was never even offered. When it came time to order, our group of four went around without issue. A few minutes after we placed our orders, our server returned to inform me that they were out of the NY strip that I had ordered. This was at 7p on a Saturday. It wasn't a special. It's the plain old regular NY strip on their regular dinner menu. How do you run out of something as ubiquitous as NY strip? In the middle of dinner service on a Saturday night? I had the prime rib instead. Although they forgot it when my companions' dishes arrived. My prime rib came out a few minutes later. It was fine. Service was mediocre- just barely attentive enough, and there's a lot of reaching across patrons, which is rude. All in all, I'm not impressed, and see no reason to return when there are just so many other options which are capable of handling the very basics. read more

Where to start here... there is a beautiful fireplace upon entering the restaurant and it appears to be a nice place. Where we (8 total adults)sat there was another table that they sat in the same area and it got soooo loud, we couldn't have a conversation within the table only those that sat next to us. The waitress did not come back a refill drinks or check on meals. Meals were delivered by mulitple different people. Would have been nice to have seen her come by or at least management to check on us as she was handling a few large groups. We ordered the cornbread and brussel sprouts appetizers and I have to say this was the highlight of the meal. Both are fantastic which made us really excited about our main courses. I ordered an espresso martini and it was heavy with alcohol and I couldn't taste the espresso. It was creamy throughout as well when normally when I order these drinks they are dark on the bottom and have a layer of creme on top. I then ordered the steak cobb salad and wasn't impressed for a $24 salad. As you can see in the picture it wasn't large and just wasn't worth the $24. My husband ordered a steak and baked potato and his steak lacked flavor and the baked potato was burned as you can see in the pictures. The rest of our table was also disappointed, we has a pasta meal where the pasta wasn't cooked all the way and another steak that as over cooked which they expressed lacked in flavor as well. If you go I would recommend sticking to the appetizers, specifically the cornbread and brussel sprouts. Both have a slight tang but are not spicy. read more

When you are seated you're given warm towels and lemon cleanse your hands. Their restrooms are so clean & beautiful mirrors. The food is prepared fresh, there are a number of pescatarian options. I went with my mom to celebrate my birthday. The Brussel Sprouts were so delicious cooked perfectly. We also had wings for appetizer, they were jumbo sized wings. I had the grilled fish tacos with French fries as it was an late lunch early dinner. My mom had the Mac n cheese and fish and chips. We ordered the apple cheesecake for dessert it was a huge slice almost as if 1/4 of the pie size. Everything was beautifully presented piping hot! The ambiance was very relaxing we took a picture by fire place. We drank hot teas warm beverages. Prices are on the high end but definitely worth the expense. read more
