He provided no guidance as to choices and we had to ask alot of questions. I heard alot of 'We Can't" during the whole process. He had no idea what 'parting stones' were. At the visiting hours the water in the drinking fountain was warm, and the staff gave people a hard time when they asked for bottled water. For the church, we had to ask that they arrange for the mother, father, step parents, and brothers be able to park in front of the church to be in the funeral procession first. Again, we heard, 'We Can't" and that was unacceptable to me, so after questioning why, they did. How this funeral home is still in business after the 30 years is beyond me.

Yelling at one of the children (who is very young and just lost his mother) for running when a gentle reminder would suffice. Rolled his eyes when addressing the service announcing it was beginning and had an attitude with guest who asked him which side of the funeral home they were supposed to be at. His overall mannerisms were extremely rude and atrocious. Completely disgusted with the way he treated a grieving family and of all people you'd think a funeral home director would have some sympathy. Will never ever have another funeral here and would be recommend nobody else does either! If I could give zero stars I would
