Another business bought the name. Service is now poor and pricey to boot. So far it's three weeks since my loved one passed and they haven't yet gotten the death certificate so we can start arranging the estate. They screwed up submitting their info to the county, had trouble even getting the body. Then when they came back to apply for death certificate they failed to have enough cash to file the form! We had a very small, simple service graveside. That was OK, although seemed a bit rushed. Prep of the body seemed okay but he had some weird glittery coating over his eyes. Their whole staff seems to be various family members, none of whom were particularly helpful or sympathetic. Just one excuse after another and everyone passing blame to the next person. NO ONE seems to actually take responsibility to make things happen. Stay away. They are not the old funeral home of the same name.
