I had a squirrel infestation in and under my chimney and the Wildernex team, specifically Dave were SO incredible. They were able to come to my house same day to remove all the squirrels and wrap my fireplace to ensure there would be no more squirrels. We ended up finding not 1 but 2 more under my fireplace. Dave and team were so great about coming to my house 3 more times to find the squirrels (spent all Saturday at my house trying to coax one out) . We found them -- finally! Dave did have to take apart my fireplace but he made sure it was all put back together and cleaned up as if it never happened.. thank you!!! We had a ringtail cat who made it's home in our attic. Jared, at Wildernex, was able to catch the culprit in a matter of days and was very thorough in getting all the entry points closed off as well as our attic sanitized. What a great service!! We originally called them to evict a fox from our land. Jared came out promptly and was honest in telling us he would be happy to safely trap and relocate our fox, but another one would likely take up residence within the month. So we talked about our other fear- snakes. We have 3 dogs and worry about them meeting snakes on our property. So Wildernex comes once a month to check for snakes and they safely treat for rodents so that the snakes don't have a food supply. They promptly came out to help when I spotted a coral snake by the gate. Can't recommend them enough!! read more

Widernex indicated they could exterminate bees but fell short in eliminating the infestation. For a rather expensive trip visit their representative indicated it was a small nest and puffed some powder in the opening resulting in a few dead bees the next day. A week later and no diminished bee activity the same exterminator came out and drilled a few holes in the soffit and sprayed more powder indicating he would "come out as many times as it takes." Five days later still considerable bee activity so I called again and was told to give it time to work. I felt at this point they were indicating that either the nest would die over time and they didn't want to return for another visit. I took matters in my own hands and eliminated the infestation. I have followed up with the owner and have a much better impression of the company but it does not change my initial experience so I cannot provide a better rating for this trip. read more

UGGGHHH. They came, long after the contract was over, and after I updated this review to 3 stars (even though they completely screwed up) and they TRESPASSED into my yard and climbed up on my roof. They didn't ring the doorbell or knock. Just right on into the backyard, setup the ladder and up they went. I can't imagine any legitimate reason why Wildernex would do this. I did call their main number and let them know that they were recorded. Bottom line - there was ONE HOLE that the squirrels were using, Wilrdernex sealed the hole before catching anything and then the squirrels chewed a new hole (obviously) and are still going in and out of the attic. Wildernex trapped NOTHING. The big excuse was that there was more than one hole. Sorry guys there was ONE HOLE according to YOUR person who came out and looked at everything before I hired you. And now they've trespassed on my property. I am filing complaints with TDA and the APD. (original review below) I used the Austin, TX branch of this company. I showed the guy the one and only hole where the squirrels were coming and going. The squirrels were coming out once in the morning and going back in the afternoon. This Wildernex guy was so bad that I wonder if he even knows anything about trapping squirrels. SO he seals the hole, before he even caught anything. Then he tells me he spread poison in my attic. The squirrels of course chewed a new access hole in a different part of the roof. Now the problem is worse. read more
