The new owners are still ongoing their projects of updating many things; yet it seems as if everything has already been done! There has been no detail left out! If you don't, you'll end up like me driving in circles in some of the most beautiful farmlands and rolling hills I've ever seen! That part was great, but, you may panic, like I did! The location is very easy to pass right by it and end up doing this. However, it was because I spoke my GPS instead of actually typing in the address. Also, if you should have any physical limitations, be aware that there are stairs down to the patio and then of course if you're staying in a room on the upper level, there are stairs. This is an Historic home and there are no elevators. Also, be prepared for a lot of winding roads in the areas between Bardstown and Loretto. The roads themselves are beautiful, but there are so many people that live there that drive SO FAST around those curves, that I was truly frightened a couple of times. I suppose the locals know the roads and they're not concerned. I hope someone in the City Council, or the Mayor, becomes concerned, and SOON. Better to advice their residents to cool it on these roads before someone dies a tragic death here. I hate to write that but I don't want anyone harmed on the roads of Loretto, KY. I can't believe the local law enforcement doesn't seem concerned about this.
