Was a one time visit for us because we only had a few days to spend in Sedona but most importantly Wildflower Bread Company accomplished our mission of finding a relaxing outdoor breakfast spot with views. I had the Sweet Potato and Greens breakfast bowl and it did not disappoint. Any chance at sweet potatoes and I'm all over it, and I loved how they incorporated them into a breakfast dish which I haven't seen too much. The flavors were great and I felt like a got a hearty, healthy breakfast for a decent price (reminds me of Panera Bread) but definitely could have used more sweet potatoes since that was the "feature" of this dish. Outdoor space was great, right next to Hwy 89, but a floor up so traffic wasn't right next to you which was nice. read more

Despite long lines, Wildflower Bread Company has always been a favorite stop on past visits to Sedona. I was expecting our meals and pastry "pick ups" to be worthy of five stars, but a few items did not live up to expectations. DH and I gave our one breakfast here a mixed review. DH enjoyed his pancakes, but found the Taylor Ham was not to his liking. (I later learned it is an East Coast favorite ... not sure why.) My brioche french toast was fine, except for the toppings. The lemon curd was very artificial in both appearance and taste. The berry compote also was lacking. Guess I just made a poor choice in toppings. As for bakery items: We enjoyed the country paysanne bread (which made excellent toast), the carrot cake, and a mini loaf of banana bread. The large cranberry scone looked promising, but unfortunately was underdone. The apricot pistachio roll looked as promising as the scone. But DH was surprised to bite into it and find it was full of raisins (currants?). The name was very misleading as it contained few pistachios and the apricots seemed to be mostly a jam on top. We will no doubt return to Wildflower Bread Company in the future, but will take more care with what we order. read more

Horrible. Waited almost 30 mins for a half tuna and veggie soup. 2 of the staff were texting or looking on their phones where they take bussed plates. One of them at another time took her phone out right after coming from the kitchen to bus tables/plates. Still no urgency to get the food out to patrons. The cashier was gone for 5 mins and no one was at the registers (she came from a back door) and 4 people were waiting. Plates ready to go out were stacking up and sitting there for about 10mins while the cooks and food preps kept putting food out. The servers looked like they didn't know the tickets. A family of 5 who ordered right before me was able to get their food within 15mins while I still waited for mine for another 15 mins more (remember it was a half sammie and soup). I mean when they finished their food, I had to finally get up and hobble down to get the attention of the manager (I have a hip disability) and tell her what's up; that I still didn't get my food. She said the wait was about 30-35mins for food because 4 people called out. I call BS since the family before me got their food in 15mins and actually the 2 behind me got their food before me too! I had also noticed a lady waiting for her food and confirmed with her that she too had been waiting for about 25mins and ordered just a sandwich to go. She was pissed off as I was. She had been standing as long as I was sitting. I gave 1 star because of the views. It's a shame for that location, especially for a nice place like Sedona. read more

Like Panera only so much better! Arrived in Sedona hungry and a little overwhelmed with the crowds and choices of places to eat. I had the roasted sweet potato sandwich on herb focaccia (with tomatoes, arugula, fennel, fig confit, and balsamic dressing. Maybe forgetting some ingredients...)This sandwich was so substantial that I could not finish it (and remember, I was starving!). The green tea with mango was very refreshing. There were so many other possibilities that it was hard to choose. Husband had the roast beef and Gorgonzola sandwich and it was a hearty sandwich and he liked it. Choice of three sides: potato salad, chips or coleslaw. The slaw was ok, not fantastic, but again I was so full, it did not matter. Returned the next day for more iced tea and a loaf of the rosemary/sea salt bread to take on the road. We've already noshed on a few pieces! read more

This is for their service. It's so disorganized. They instruct you very rudely to sit down for to go orders and they will call your name. They don't have seats designated near by to pick up your order so you go sit down and think that will come by to say your name. They don't. You need to go periodically to check your order is done. ------- In an update, the founder did apologize for the customer service. They have discussed about better streamlining for to go orders and I look forward to see this change the next time I visit. If you are vegan, definitely recommend the Wildflower Salad, has lavender flowers in it. A pleasant scent and fresh flavorful salad. Comes with bread. Perfect portions. The location is amazing and the views are spectacular from their outdoor patio. I wish I could say something positive about the staff. Not sure if it's a lack of training or if the employees are unhappy to be working, but here are my issues: -basic question about a menu item wasn't known and clearly made me feel like I was bothering them by asking (I found the answer by googling it) -they have a rewards program on their app and nobody knows how to get points credited from an order and no desire to help -one of the 3 items in my family's order was made incorrectly and the server literally made a face and had an attitude when it was brought to her attention. -the kitchen is always very slow even when they aren't busy -food didn't come out hot Some of the food is good and some of the employees have smiles on their faces. Because of the tourists and the location they are always busy. I think that's why they don't care as much about their customers' experience or properly training their employees. So it's a definite great option if your looking to takeout some food or even eat there (lots of seating available). The restaurant menu reminds me of Panera in a way. Similar food options. My friend ordered their Wildflower Triple Club sandwich which the cashier recommends is a favorite, and it's accompanied by a handful of sweet potato chips. I ordered the Chicken Pesto and Feta sandwich, which instead I swapped out the Feta for some Brie. It's included a chicken breast, pesto sauce (my favorite), mushrooms, and roasted peppers on a ciabatta roll; it was accompanied with a tasty potato salad. Portions were definitely huge! My friend got a turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread and said the bread it was like gnawing on a dog's chew toy. Wildflower Bakery Company in Sedona reminds me of Panera Bread in Vegas. Similar ambiance, menu and order taking. We only have a couple of hours to enjoy the majestic beauty of Sedona so we opt for a quick brunch before we hike. The food was okay and their toasted bread that comes with your meal was really good. I ordered their vegetarian frittata though it looks more of an omelette to me. I'm used to having a baked frittata that is much more thicker than an omelette. It has the same set up and ambience as Panera but the quality of food is 10 times better. The sour dough bread for the Taylor Ham, Swiss & Egg sandwich was perfectly delicious. Their Hazelnut Caramel Sea Salt cookie was the bomb and the Wildflower cappuccino was so good. The served who delivered the food to my family's table was so kind and attentive. The only reason I dropped a star for my review is because the cashier forgot to give me my cookie as part of my order and had to be reminded I had ordered it. They were preoccupied with other orders/people. It was also unclear if drinks would be brought to the table or if customers had to wait for them at the counter. The cashier had mentioned that my drink would be coming out but didn't specify if it would be brought to the table with the rest of my order. It was okay though since I ended up wait for it at the counter anyways just to be safe. Overall, I liked this place. FYI this place is a part of a plaza with plenty of parking but it was pretty busy given that it was breakfast time. I recommend walking to this spot if possible. read more

Best place in town! A friend (former Sedona resident) recommended Wildflower to us during our Sedona vacation. We tried Wildflower four times (3 breakfasts and 1 lunch). The food is consistently high quality and fresh - and far superior to other places we tried in the Sedona area. The breakfast sandwich (eggs with bacon) is amazing! Wildflower serves a generous amount of eggs and bacon on the sandwich - and is more than happy to make customer specific alterations to its menu sandwiches (i.e., exchanging bread listed on menu for wheat). The lunch menu and food is equally awesome. The salads are extremely fresh and tasty. The staff at Wildflower is very friendly and more than happy to address customer questions and requests. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also really nice. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is on a shaded porch, with views of Sedona including the red rocks. Such a great stop before heading hiking! It is a Panera Bread style ordering system. You order at the front, take a number and then they bring you your food. Because of that I was worried the food wouldn't seem home cooked but that was not the case. I got one of the fritatas and it was delicious. My husband got a sandwich, which he liked as well. This is the Sedona location for the Wildflower Bread Company and is located in the Main Street of Sedona. The view from the restaurant is stunning as you can dine with the mountains looking at you. The menu is standard as with other Wildflower locations. The restaurant is very spacious and the servers are very friendly. Their soup options are very good and there is always one vegetarian option available. The soup/half sandwich option is a perfect option for a quick bite or a slow meal. We were interested in the pasta options. We took the butternut squash ravioli and farro green sauté. The ravioli was very smooth and served with bread.
