More like "Wilted Flowers". This place is tired and dingy. The food is underwhelming and served on plastic plates with cheap flatware. My high school cafeteria had better food. The service was friendly, but slow and aloof. If you want good pub fare, try the Firkin Tavern--it's not far away and has way better food and service.

Wildflowers never disappoints. We've gone to dinner, just for drinks, and had take out here. It's a local staple. Nice decor, clean, friendly staff. Their wings, pizza and penne vodka are good. They give back to the community, (baskets and gift cards at charity events) we've held dine outs for my daughter's PTO here for fundraising. It's a local company you want to support. Definitely recommend!

I've been to Wildflowers many times over the years as I used to work in Hopewell, NJ and I'd often stop by for a pint after work. Stopped over for lunch this week with my wife and daughter on our way up to drop her at summer camp. Ambiance is sports pub which is definitely my vibe. Cozy, low lighting, Olympics on TV. Perfect! Service was attentive and working hard to manage an outage with their ordering/payment system. No big deal for us. Was able to sneak across the street to Santander Bank for cash since they were unable to process cards. They handled it all in stride! I wanted something lighter and ordered the tuna salad sandwich with fries. My daughter ordered Gorgonzola cheese fries with bacon and my wife got the Best of Both Worlds Pizza which is a white pie with the BOBW's Salad on it. It was amazing. The Gorgonzola cheese fries (which I've had many times) are legendary. Don't skip them! Tuna salad was delicious. Just what you'd expect. Always a good spot and glad we stopped by to have a meal.

Hometown joint, pretty crowded. Service was inattentive all night sitting at bar. Average drink selection, but diverse food menu. Nothing was overly delicious or worth writing about. You'd think Buffalo wings would slay at a janky pub such as this. Just okay. Loaded potatoes came with two huge ones overflowing with cheese and toppings. Also just okay. Pizza seems to be the big hitter here so would give that a whirl next time.

We drove past all the crowded spots in town and arrived at this more secluded location. They had a small outdoor area with about 4 or 5 tables, so we decided to take advantage of the sunshine. To start, we ordered the calamari and a Greek panzanella salad. Both were delicious, but really loved the sauces that come on/with the calamari. For mains, my husband ordered the meatloaf and I had the lamb burger with beer-battered onion rings. Unfortunately, too full for dessert. Our server was great, didn't catch her name - but she's one of the newest bartenders. She took great care of us and was really helpful with answering our questions, since it was our first time there. The place has a parking lot, but expect Valet at peak times. Regular menu, plus daily specials. Overall, solid neighborhood spot, away from the crowds. Didn't get to look around inside but I'm sure the ambience is nice at night. We'll definitely be back!

It has a rustic farmhouse feel (wood floors with wide boards, multiple fireplaces) but still comes across as more upscale than your typical tavern. The dining room has a warm atmosphere without being too loud, so you can actually have a conversation without shouting. We started with the seasonal pickle plate (beets, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, fennel, olives) and the bread plate (three different breads with two different butters and olive oil). Both were a good way to kick things off. The pickled vegetables had a nice variety and the bread was fresh and paired well with the accompaniments. For our entrees, my wife went with the homemade pasta while I chose the Wagyu NY strip steak cooked medium rare with bourbon maple glazed root vegetables. The steak was cooked exactly as requested and had great flavor. The root vegetables added a nice sweetness that complemented the dish well. My wife really enjoyed her pasta and had enough to take some home. To finish the night, we had the mozzarella gelato (yes, you read that right - mozzarella), along with tea for my wife and coffee and Sambuca for me. The gelato was a unique dessert and a nice way to wrap up the meal. Our waitress Jemma was very friendly and attentive throughout the night without being overbearing. Overall, everything was very good. This is definitely a place we would return to, especially for a nice dinner out.

This was a large historic farmhouse with a menu that changes often. They source most of their food…read moreright from their farms which was cool to see. The service was very friendly, and the food came out promptly. They also provided complimentary champagne for our celebration. For appetizers, the duck bacon and vegetable fritters ($16) and hand-made potato and cheese pierogies ($19) were ordered. The fritters consisted of house cured and smoked duck breast with a whipped lemon ricotta. There were two present and each were fried perfectly. The lemon ricotta was definitely needed to pair with the salty fritter. It was a great compliment. The pierogies were of the squash variety and they came with caramelized onions and sauteed greens. There were about five or six substantial size pierogies and each sized appropriately. The squash layer really made them airy and the filling was tasty. The onions were a little too soft as there was some type of broth present. The greens were ideal though. For an entrée, I had the signature tavern burger ($38). It was a cold smoked grass-fed ground beef patty with caramelized onion, bone marrow, bacon jam, and potato wedges. I also had the gruyere and bacon added to the burger for no extra fee. When I initially ordered, I thought the bone marrow was just going to be on the burger, but I was wrong. Right next to the burger was one of bigger bone marrows I have seen. It was very good with the onions and bacon pieces. The marrow itself paired nicely with the bacon and onions. For the burger itself, I opted for it to be medium rare, and it came out perfect. There was an ideal ratio of bread to filling. The bacon jam was not too overpowerful, and the meat was seasoned well. The potato wedges which I believe were cooked in tallow were also large. They were crispy and seasoned nicely too. It was a well put together meal. I also tried the lamb being offered that night which I believe came with a lamb sausage and a shallot tzatziki. This was solid as well, but there were a number of fatty pieces I was surprised to see. For dessert, the mozzarella gelato ($12) was ordered. Yes, this had to be ordered to give it a try, and it was well received. There was not an overpowerful flavor of cheese, which I was afraid of. It did taste like mozzarella, but not overwhelming. The actual gelato was very creamy too, which I am sure helped. Will I go back? I would.

The hostess was very friendly. She immediately took us to our table. Then our waiter came. She was not friendly at all. It did not seem like she wanted to work there or serve us. We decided to move sections because we wanted to sit near a window since it was so dark in the main dining area. Unfortunately, we got the same server. Also, it was a very hot day and it did not seem like they had the AC on. Weird. The food and drinks were meh. I ordered the peach sangria. It was decent. Not too strong and not too sweet. My dad ordered a Coors Light. They didn't have it on draft so he had to get a cold glass. He enjoyed it. Their cocktail menu was very limited considering they have a full bar. We ordered one appetizer which was the onion soup. For our entree's we ordered the the B2 Bistro Burger, Mustard crusted salmon, and grilled chicken pasta. The French Onion Soup was delicious. Very hot but flavorful. However, it could have used less salt. The Bistro Burger was good. Cooked to perfection and very juicy. The fries were a bit salty but still edible. The Mustard Crusted salmon was meh. The salmon itself wasn't very flavorful. The rice was pretty bland but the green beans were delicious. The grilled chicken pasta was probably the best dish of the evening. It was very flavorful, hot, and cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed that entree. Overall, it was a good experience with minor flaws. I am not sure if I will return but if I do I don't think I will have any major issues. If you are in the area check them out. Cheers!

I passed it on the way to my hotel and immediately decided it was a place I wanted to check out. I'll admit I was a little alarmed when I walked in and realized it was giving neighborhood bar energy instead of the chic bistro vibes is expecting. I happened to arrive during trivia night, and most of the patrons seemed really into it so it was much louder and rowdier than I anticipated. So much for a quiet dinner. I asked the hostess if I could be seated in a booth away from the activity, but even in a less crowded section, the atmosphere remained pretty overstimulating. In addition to the enthusiastic trivia-playing patrons, there were loud, animated conversations among various staff members, music playing from staff member's phone while music was already playing throughout the restaurant, and just a lot of competing noise. After a three-hour drive, I was really hoping for a glass of wine, a nice meal, and a more relaxed environment. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and pleasant. You could tell that they genuinely enjoy working there and enjoy each other's company, which made it difficult to be too annoyed. Eventually, I popped in my AirPods and dissociated so that I could focus on enjoying my meal. For dinner, the Chicken Francaise with a glass of the Italian Pinot Grigio (The name escapes me at the moment). The wine paired beautifully with the meal. The chicken itself was a fairly thick cut and cooked perfectly, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. I also would have loved to see some of the risotto sauce drizzled over the chicken because, while the texture was spot on, the flavor was a little underwhelming on its own. The green beans were excellent. Perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch and lightly seasoned. But the real star of the show was the Parmesan lemon risotto. That risotto is easily among the top three best risottos I've ever had. The brightness of the lemon combined with the creamy parmesan made for an absolutely unforgettable dish. I was genuinely disappointed that I couldn't finish it because every bite was fantastic. Honestly, I could have ordered a plate of that risotto by itself and left completely satisfied. While the atmosphere wasn't quite what I was looking for, the friendly service and that unforgettable delectable risotto made the visit worthwhile.
