Great food and beautiful atmosphere! The fries and garlic aioli they serve are out of this world!

For many of the Robson Ranch folks, this is only game in town, since the Covid pandemic hit and I do want to say that since that time, the Wildhorse Grill folks have gone above and beyond with their take out/delivery service which is safe, consistent, and on-time in providing some pretty tasty meals and drinks. Prior to the pandemic, their meals were mostly excellent in taste and interest. Some examples: gluten free portabello stuffed mushrooms, triple salad choice lunch, steaks, chicken and fish cooked in mixed various international and local styles and more. All of this is still available for take out! So in short, I highly recommend the Grill which also serves the local community. They have maintained their high standards with their food quality and choices and deliver with a smile. read more

The Sunday brunch food was just so so! Staff seems to be the issue in this beautiful setting! Server brought coffee after a very long wait, got cream but no spoon to stir! Server showed up twice in one hour,,only to ask if I was ready for my check? How about a second cup of coffee for my three bucks! Wait staff seems lost, no attention to details not even the little things! Moved into this community for the lifestyle only to find better service awaits me at Mc Donalds. read more

Not a big selection but quality in every bite. I have eaten here three times and each experience was great. Salmon, awesome served with zucchini noodles (zoodles) was very simple but prepared perfectly. Hamburgers, grilled over hickory/oak and juicy. Most burgers today have no juice and most are not grilled over wood. These are some of the best burgers ever. Soups, twice and loved them both. Key Lime pie....awesome. Service has been great and of course the place is beautiful sitting on top of a hill looking down on the golf course. read more

Wildhorse Grill has a very diverse menu and does well for feeding large groups as well as small parties. The fries and onion rings are really good. The salads are fresh and tasty. I especially like the chicken salad. It comes in a sandwich and on the chicken San Jose salad. The flatbread is tasty. read more

A nice restaurant in Robson Ranch. Food is good but a little expensive. Service has improved and it is usually crowded. Worth a try. Their Sunday morning brunch is a highlight. read more

Well, didn't we choose a bad night to attend! My husband loved his Chef salad but, I found mine, more than lacking! It was pork chop/mash potatoes and multi-veggies but, neither of us felt that was a good choice. This restaurant is inside a retirement community. read more

this place has the best food. great staff, great prices. my server was attentive and very welcoming and on top of everything and constantly had all our drinks full and everything we needed. great service and great community. will be coming here more often! read more

Overrated for the price. Dark in there. Did not stay because I did not make a reservation but got a gun and tonic for 8 dollars. Nah!

My wife and I invited our parents over here for their Prime Rib Dinner. We were not disappointed! The prime rib was juicy and flavorful and the sides were great as well. The staff was top notch and very up beat. They were at our table almost the exact some time we seemed to need something. The environment was relaxing and almost felt like eating at home. I highly recommend this place for their Prime Rib or any other dinner they serve. We will definitely be going back. read more

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Wild Horse Grill. We were going to have brunch but decided on the lunch menu instead. We had the hot wings, Reuben and the pecan crusted salad. All of us enjoyed our meal. The view on the patio was beautiful and in the shade, we weren't hot at all. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back. read more

Wild Horse Grill located at the Robson Ranch active adult living community about seven miles southwest of Denton just off of I-35W is actually a great place to eat with the only downside being that they have very limited open hours, so call ahead to make sure they will be serving before making a trip out there! read more

Visited Wild Horse Grill a week ago. Sunday Breakfast. They have a very nicely done buffet and an omelette station where you can have eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Along with a good selection of fruits, bacon, sausage, potatoes, breakfast pastries and sometimes biscuits and gravy or french toast. Good service and generally quiet and enjoyable. Great for a leisurely Sunday breakfast / brunch. read more

For atmosphere, service and prices, the Wildhorse Grill is just hard to beat. Simply stated, this restaurant does not get the attention that it so deserves. Salads, burgers/onion rings, steaks/baked potatoes and especially the salmon are our favorites. Prime rib (only offered on select nights) is just as good or equal to Lawry's. Sunday brunch is equally awesome. RR residents, who account for most of the business, are very friendly and accommodating to non-residents. read more

Had heard place was good so had lunch there today since I had an appointment in the area. Nothing special about the food (and toasted bread on lunch companions sandwich was cold and soggy). Took over an hour from start to finish for 3 people and salad and sandwiches only thing ordered. Service not real attentive and confused about salad dressing (wanted reduced fat not reduced balsamic reduction dressing). When asked for to go boxes as we were running late by now took several attempts to get three containers as only 1 brought initially. View was nice but will not be going out of my way to go there again even though will be in the area quite often. read more

We live here at Robson Ranch. We have been eating at the Wildhorse Grill for almost a year. Never had a bad meal. Never had anything but great meals! Reasonably priced, yummy food. The Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad is off the hook! The burgers are fantastic too! You need to get here. Its open to the public but on a private senior community. The atmosphere is fantastic. We live here at Robson. Since the grill re-opened the service has continued to improve. The menu has a good cross section of items, and you can always order off the lunch menu for sandwiches, burgers, etc. Personal favorite is the 6 Oz Filet Mignon. Always melt in your mouth great! read more
