Okay bar. Early evening drinks are fairly reasonable. Later at night fairly expensive for Sioux Falls.

Sunday evening visit. Not crowded, very nice, comfortable atmosphere. Great beer selection. Decent food menu(typical bar fare). Did the Mushroom Swiss Burger, came out in just the right amount of time, cooked perfectly and was delicious. The fries are typical greasy fries. The bartender was great... warm and inviting! Worst bar in town. They will not let you use the bathroom. Left shocked and upset, avoid this place at all costs

Love and hate this bar. It's a clean bar and I always feel alright using the restroom (which is great) and the drinks are priced moderately well. 4 stars goes to the facility itself and I never had an issue with the saff really. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because that bar is so popular its dangerous. I have had TWO friends who were given date rape drugs here. I cannot pin the bar responsible for people wanting to date rape but I do hope they are aware of this. Also people get incredibly drunk here, to the point that I question the responsibility of the bar tenders (to not cut people off). However it is such a tough call I dont neccessary blame them. I went here last week once it opened. i had the spinach and Artichoke dip. It was really good and cheaper ($8) than other places who charge $12 for it. my friend had the pretzel and beer cheese dip. it was warm and good but a little pricey for one pretzel. the place got a little rush at 3 pm and there was only one person taking orders and serving( or what it seemed like) . they did pretty good on their own however needed the help. i saw on the wall their specials so i will be back. I stopped by as I was staying at the Radisson down the street and always try and get out and try new places. I stopped in at happy hour and drinks were very affordable and the personal pizza Margarita there was amazing and quite inexpensive. Wish I had one of these in Milwaukee! read more

Food. 3 stars. I would recommend the chislic, but I would NOT recommend the philly sandwich. I wouldn't recommend the philly sandwich because the edge of the meat is extremely fatty. This could have more to do with the service though because the cooks could have taken 20 more seconds to trim the fat off the meat while preparing the food. The main reason why I was frustrated was because there was only a few other customers at the time and the cooks could have taken the extra time to trim the fat off of the edges, but they didn't so I had to bit into thick hard fat and pull all of it off! Makes me wonder how much they enjoy their job. I would think twice about ordering food if it is busy because if they don't take pride to prepare great food when its not busy, what will it be like when it is busy. Also, the waitress said it was probably because the meat was towards the end. I was thinking to myself that it doesn't change the fact that it wasn't busy and the cooks could have taken the extra time to take it off before serving it and why would they want to serve extremely fatty meat in the first place? Again, probably because the they don't care about the bars reputation or take pride in their job. I hope the owner will try to fix this problem. Service. 2 stars. It doesn't matter if it is busy or not you will always receive 2 star service. Prices. 3 stars. The prices are average if taking quantity into consideration. There are some great drink specials. Came here with my partner for what I thought were some of the best wings in town. They weren't. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bartender who didnt seem too happy to be there. Asked for a Tom Collins and was given a cranberry vodka. My boyfriend asked for a bloody Mary with dos equis and was given all the ingredients to make it himself. We let it slide because we really wanted those wings. Ordered them extra spicy and was given the mild flavor. My boyfriend paid an extra $3 for a bison burger but was given a regular burger instead. He also asked for potato wedges and was given sweet potato fries. These are also things we would normally let slide if the service we receive is great. (We are friendly people and enjoy being able to tip well.) Instead, the bartender seemed uninterested. Throwing napkins our way and paid more attention to his phone and casual conversations than his actual customers. Will never visit this place again. The $50 tab wasn't worth it. read more

Your typical midwest bar, located in historic downtown which makes for a little more pleasant experience. Service is good but drinks can be a bit expensive. Sometimes the weekends can draw some unruly clientele so I frequent the week days. read more

Looking for a fun time! Wileys Tavern is the place to be... they have happy hour specials from 3pm-7pm Mon-Thur with 1/2 off everything. Thursday from 8pm-11pm they have this thing called... You Call it For a Dollar... any drink or shot you want for a $1. They also have one of the hottest light shows in town on their dance floor with top notch DJ's on Thur. My husband and I decided to stop for a drink and a horsd'oeurve around 5:30 pm on a Friday. We seated ourselves a the empty bar. There were about 4 or 5 tables of people. The air was already thick with smoke even though it was early in the day and I commented to my husband that it may be too smoky for me. The bartender was at the end of the bar picking through her chicken wings and obviously annoyed that we had interrupted her dinner. She asked us what we wanted and I asked if she had menus. She sad YES! and then just stared at me not making any move to give us one. I then asked if we could have one and she slapped two down in front of us and stomped back to her dinner. She was literally licking her fingers. My husband and I were visibly uncomfortable at that time and thought we would move to a table..at least physically further away from the bartender. A waitress joined the bartender at that point and they made a point out of staring at us and rolling their eyes etc. My husband and I had enough and decided to leave without ordering anything. At this point, I was afraid anything we did order would be spit in and it was clear that they didn't want us in their bar. We are in our mid forties and never have been treated so rudely .. We quietly got up to leave through the door we entered. Both the bartender and waitress called loudly after us in a sing song voice causing other patrons to turn and look..."thank you for your business!"..while rolling their eyes. I am a retired teacher and have seen children humiliate other children in this manner, but never adults. My husband and I are still stunned at the behavior of staff. I have been places that were just mediocre..but I have never had an establishment be so outwardly and blatantly obnoxious and rude.
